Complaint: A complaint was previously filed however, " AD ASTRA '' has failed to comply with FDCPA violations, which have not been adequately addressed in their " reply '' to the initial complaint. 1 ) They failed to provide me notice of how to dispute this or validate this " account '' when they acquired it. 2 ) After I mailed two separate correspondences to request validation, they failed to respond to either or send the requested documentation. I specifically asked for documents showing an original loan amount with a break down if fees, interests, and payments, so I could determine if this amount claimed owed is not only owed, but reflects an accurate amount. 3 ) After failing to respond in written correspondence and provide that information, they replied to the initial complaint however, this was n't all the information I needed, and I did n't receive amt documentation requested. 4 ) After they failed to provide information to verify everything requested, they also ignored a written request to cease and desist collection due to failure to comply with FDCPA regulations and continued to try collect on this corresponding only in the " company reply '' to the complaint, I provided my contact information months ago, and have not received the requested documentation or satisfactory reply. The original creditor has provided documentation in response to the initial complaint however, AD ASTRA has failed to provide documentation of what they are attempting to collect and reporting, which was different from what the creditor sent.

Complaint: In the beginning of XX/XX/XXXX I started to monitor my credit and found out there was a loan that I did not apply for. The amount was for {$650.00} and was " opened on XX/XX/XXXX. I have recntly contacted this company by phone and spoke to a collections rep that was rude and would only tell me that the loan was done in person. I requested validation of this debt and the rep told me no to just pay the balance and that they did not have to validate. I sent letters to the bureau 's to get this taken off since it was not mine nor validated and they refused to take it off saying it was accurate. I spoke to all 3 bureau 's about this and none of them had validation with my actual signature on the contract. I then sent out validation letters to AD ASTRA requesting validation and they sent a copy of the contract with my name typed in. In XX/XX/2017 I sent a second validation letter letting them know what they sent was not validation but just an unsigned copy. A 3rd letter went out 30 days later and no response.

Complaint: My account with AD ASTRA RECOVERY SERVICES, INC. was paid in full. ( Please see attached letter ). The loan was XXXX {$400.00}. It is now in collections on XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I called the 3 credit bureaus to have them to remove it, but the representative told me that I need to provide them a letter from the creditor showing that it should be removed or deleted from collections and not showing paid in full on the letter. I would like help of removing it from collections on all credit reports a.s.a.p. Thanks You
