Complaint: Ad Astra Recovery failed to validate or send proof of contracts that I have with Ad Astra Recovery. If Ad Astra Recovery does not send a copy of this contract within 30 days, The only resolution i will accept is to delete the said debt from all credit reporting agencies, as it is a fraudulent account. The FCRA requires you to verify the validation of the item within 30 days. If the validity can not be verified, you are obligated by law to remove the item. There is a clear case of unverified debt here and i urge you to remove this item before i am forced to take legal action.
