Complaint: I have put in numerous complaints with Ad Astra and they are still unable to satisfactorily verify that the 2 debts that they are alleging that I owe them. I have not asked for validation but for verification. The right of subrogation does not exist for a stranger to the transaction. 73 AmJur 2nd, Section 90. This statement means There is no right to substitute someone or some entity that was not on an original contract. It is not allowed. Ad Astra has failed to send me a contract between myself and a representative of their company so therefore this is not legally my debt. If I have to sue for legal damages then I am willing to do so because what 's going on is illegal as stated by the law Please do not send the same contracts that you all have been sending, I need to see a drawn up contract from Ad Astra with myself and an Ad Astra representative physically in the document.

Complaint: On the date of XX/XX/XXXX an account was opened in my name for a XXXX XXXX account in the amount of {$900.00}. I joined the XXXX and left for XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. When checking my free annual credit report around XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed a collection from AD ASTRA RECOVERY SERVICE with XXXX as the original creditor. After calling XXXX XXXX about this matter, they told me that this account was in collections with a third party collection agency and that I needed to contact them for payment details. I kindly explained to XXXX XXXX that this account was not opened by me, but they kept pushing the fact to call the collection agency and was done talking with me. AD ASTRA RECOVERY SERVICE did not help either, all they kept pushing was that I owed {$900.00} and how would I like to pay it. I explained to AD ASTRA RECOVERY the same thing that I explained to XXXX XXXX, I joined the XXXX and left for XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX, GA. where I remained for 2 months and 1 week. AD ASTRA really blew that off and was still asking for payment. I have been disputing this collection for over 4 years now and I keep getting the same results which reads " Account information disputed by consumer, meets FCRA requirements ''. The last update was XX/XX/XXXX and this account is still open and hindering me.

Complaint: Ad Astra has consistently sent documents to my address stating that I owe a debt to them and have not been able to validate the debt. Ad Astra Recovery is also not licensed or bonded by the state of Texas to collect on any type of debt as stated on the XXXX website. Ad Astra needs to send information regarding being bonded by the state of Texas. Until then, they can stop with the sending of contracts and contacting me stating that I owe a debt. This information needs to be removed from all 3 reporting bureaus if it is n't provided.
