Complaint: I wrote and mailed a dispute letter to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX in XX/XX/2018 pertaining to a collection account that had been placed on my credit report from the collection company Ad astra recovery service for {$400.00}. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX responded with a copy of my credit report stating that the account in question was verified by the creditor. Ad astra recovery service did not provide any documents or evidence to verify the account. I sent another dispute letter to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX in XXXX asking again for proper validation of the debt, and instead of verifying the debt XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX reported the debt was verified at the previous amount. Of {$400.00}. Under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. I have the right to request validation of the debt, therefore I am requesting that you investigate this matter and delete this account from XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX or provide me with physical proof. Such as a signed legal binding contract. Your immediate response will be greatly appreciated.

Complaint: I submitted a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX certified on XX/XX/XXXX to Ad Astra collection agency requesting documentation this agency has the right to collect on a discharged debt. Ad Astra sent me a letter advising me this collection was assigned to them ; however, Ad Astra fail to provide me in writing any written agreement between Ad Astra collection agency and XXXX XXXX. The information provided was the loan agreement signed with XXXX XXXX, whom choose to charge-off this balance. I contacted Ad Astra by phone on XX/XX/XXXX, to discuss that this item should be removed if they could not give me the requested documentation ( written agreement between Ad Astra and XXXX XXXX ). Ad Astra representative stated their company can't provide that in writing only verbal. After this call and I indicated this amount is not collectible and Ad Adstra doesn't have the right by law ; Ad Astra change the reporting payment to reflect past due which cause my credit score to drop by 12 points.

Complaint: Hello, I am having trouble with the collection company that is listed below. Their claim is that I owe them but I have never done any business with the company they claim that I owe. I have submitted letters requesting that they send me out information ( contracts showing my signature, a copy of my identification ), but the company failed to do so. I am tired of them harassing me about a debt that I never accumulated. Please help me with this company because Im so sick of them constantly harrassing me all time of the day and the constant contact at my employment ( I have told them to stop calling me at my place of employment, but they continue to do so ). He was told by the agent that he should contact me to tell me that there were charges/complaints being charged against me for this account.
