Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX ; I pulled my credit score to find a Collections Account loan from XX/XX/XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX, I do not recall obtaining or show records of receiving any funds from. The account has now been sent to AD ASTRA Recovery Service for Collections. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent ( via certified mail ) a letter to AD ASTRA Recovery Service, requesting all information of this account. I requested everything that is in the due diligence to send an account into collections ; Actual copy of my signature on the loan agreement, phone call records, mailing records in which they did come in contact with me. I received back ; a typed out loan agreement with my current address on the loan agreement, with a computer generated, typed signature, and a loan payback agreement. In XX/XX/XXXX, when this loan was supposedly obtained I lived in a completely different city & area code ; yet what the " History of Payments '' reflects my current information. I have disputed this with the Collections company to which I was told to Pay or they will continue to report and update the dates so it will stay on my credit report ; I have disputed with the collections agencies that this information was incorrect & supplied them with the paper work I sent in & the letter received back. I also submitted in a copy of the Alabama LAW & LAW CODE about reporting " Payday Loans '' on credit. This account has caused multiple issues personally ; for one I have not been shown the correct paper work that they have to supply, and 2nd, under the state law is not a proper credit reportable account. AD ASTRA RECOVERY SERVICE is a fraudulently reporting & damaging consumers credit reports ; with a blank disregard to the law.

Complaint: Originally there are four payday loans that were originated at XXXX XXXX in XXXX Nevada. Before they charged off I attempted to contact XXXX XXXX in collection department and they refused to get a manager involved so I can settle this before it charges off. They go ahead and charge off all for loans. One is in the amount of {$270.00} one is in the amount of {$190.00} one is in the amount of {$480.00} and one is in the amount of {$670.00}. I presume that that includes the interest at the time of charge of. And then went to a XXXX XXXX company called Ad Astra in XXXX Kansas. On XX/XX/2018 I did call And spoke to XXXX. and I offered them an {$800.00} settlement the response that I received from this company was " oh I can't even consider that because this was not has not even been reported to your credit profile '' pull the call, apparently they are recorded ... Well that is the purpose to try to settle this so my credit profile is not damaged. XXXX XXXX refused to speak with me regarding a settlement and so is Ad Astra their address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Kansas XXXX their telephone number is XXXX. Their collectors are quite rude so I asked to have a manager call me. I did request that a do-not-call be provided due to the collection efforts on this however no one can ensure me that I would only be called once a week or once a month. I requested personally for a manager at Ad Astra to return my call as of today 's date there has been no such call. Respectfully, XXXX XXXX

Complaint: Hi, I took out a payday loan for about {$270.00} from XXXX XXXX here in XXXX, Oregon. The date was XX/XX/2013 I paid them back within 2 weeks and they never credit my account. I went to check my credit report and they don't have a copy of my payment and they sold the account to Ad Astra. Ad Astra Recovery, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, KS XXXX Account # : XXXX I never had a contract with Ad Astra, they don't have my records and I can't understand why they are there on my credit report. Complaint: I have reviewed my credit reports and have found that I do not recall having an account with Ad Astra/XXXX XXXX. I have previously disputed this account on my credit report to no avail. This most recent dispute was on XX/XX/XXXX. I wrote them a letter requesting validation of the debt. I cited the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( 8 ) ( FDCPA ) in hopes that they would take me seriously. Unfortunately, as before, they don't. On XX/XX/XXXX I received documents in the mail that include information from the original creditor, XXXX XXXX. There is also what appears to be a generic " Multi-pay Loan History '' typed up on 5 pages. There is NOT a signed contract. In fact, there's not even a contract at all. I know that a spread sheet of sorts is not sufficient to have something placed on my credit.
