Complaint: Ad Astra Recovery Services is attempting to collect a debt that is being reported on my credit report. The collection account was created on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$460.00} and was last reported to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I called Ad Astra Recovery Services in regards to this collection account on XX/XX/XXXX and was informed that this collection account was no longer being serviced by their company. I requested that if this collection account was not being serviced by them, that they would have to remove it from my credit report. The representative on the phone told me that they were not able to process that request for me, but in the past I have successfully had items on my report that were not being serviced by the correct collection agency. I ask that Ad Astra Recovery Services remove this collection account from my credit report immediately due to inaccurate credit reporting practices.

Complaint: i sent them a letter requesting validation that they received certified XX/XX/XXXX of 2018. i told them by law they had 30 days to respond in receipt of this letter they signed for certified with validation with a contract bearing my signature. That would prove that i had some kind of contract with them. There first violation was that they sent me a copy of an alleged contracted with a huge " copy '' sign on it. Secondly, i pulled my credit report on the 31th day to see that they didnt comply and that they only updated 2 out of 3 of the bureaus as " disputed ''. This is a clear failure to comply and i have all the evidence.
