Within 30 days. its now.gone Past that plus.have tried to.direct dispute it again an ad astra is.reporting.it.is.a.valid.debt and.is.not.removing.it.as.agreed from.my file..I have called them.an.they assure.it will fall off not.to.dispute it.an to just wait. I.do n't buy it. I.need this.taken.off.my.the bureaus as agreed.

Complaint: I do not have a contract with this Ad Astra. I have never signed a contract with them and I am not liable for any debt associated with this company. I have requested through all 3 credit bureaus for validation of this account with a signed contract from me obligating myself to this company and have never received from this company. I am not responsible for the alleged debt. I have asked the credit bureaus all 3 to obtain the following information. What the money you say I owe is for : Explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe : Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe : Provide a verification or copy of any judgment if applicable : Identify the original creditor : Prove the Statute of Limitations has not expired on this account : Show me the you are licensed to collect in my state : Provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent and Signed contract with my signature. I have been victim to identity theft and have been victim to scams related to alleged debts that were found to not be mine so I am very proactive in validation of my accounts. I have contacted the following credit bureau ( XXXX and XXXX ) and they have reported that this account is validated and I have not received any information personally that shows validation of this account and I have requested it twice. This is my last option and then I may have to retain a lawyer to see what can be completed.

After speaking with XXXX XXXX XXXX it was noted that I applied for 2 loans which I had not. They informed me that it would be corrected and I did not have anything to worry about. My original the account was paid in full and should have never been forwarded to a collection agency. I informed AD Astra via certified mail and they still are trying to collect and this account remains on my credit report. The 2nd account must be and err or fraud.

Complaint: I received my credit report showing Ad Astra is collecting on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for an loan I never received or applied for on XX/XX/2014. I have been disputing with this company for months & the credit bureaus that this is not my loan. Ad Astra sent me a letter, but this was no contract that I signed. This is misleading & inaccurate on my credit reports, Federal Law requires that mechanisms is provided to ensure that each item on my credit is accurate. I also have placed Fraud Alerts on my credit showing I was a victim of identity theft in 2014
