Complaint: XXXX has refused to correct my account which has a delinquient account on a vehicle lease from 2012.
They continue to show it was a collection account and charge off.
I constantly have written to challenge and it is incorrect.

# 1.With American Honda.. I co signed on my daughter 's loan. They had incorrect info on her loan of 2 late payments. Honda had her info removed from her report after discovering it was an error. But XXXX and other two C. U. failed to remove her incorrect info from my report. # 2.Returned leased XXXX to XXXX dealership XX/XX/17 in perfect condition to GM at XXXX XXXX XXXX, in XXXX. We asked if we owed anything else as per our agreement. GM stated NO. We looked for another vehicle on their lot to purchase, had a new salesman who left us on lot, stating he was too hot. We went in and tried to tell XXXX XXXX ( OWNER ), what happened as we had no ride home. He told his GM to tell us he was too busy and ignored us. We called dealership across the freeway, XXXX dealership and they picked us up and we bought a car from them that night. My perfect XXXX credit score was ruined when XXXX reported me to all Credit Union 's, due to not purchasing from them.We TRIED to. I talked to Owner XXXX XXXX '' s assistant, XXXX XXXX,XXXX, explained what happened, she apologized and promised she would have it removed.She never returned calls nor removed.Credit score took HUGE hit. I have never missed or made late payment in over 20 years.

Complaint: I co-signed on a Honda for someone back in XXXX of 2013 the car was stolen I was aware that it had been stolen but it had full coverage with XXXX and the dealer also would not let the car leave the dealer withought gap ins I reciently became aware of this because I tryed to buy a car and I have a debt through American Honda financial services I called and they told me that XXXX only payed XXXX towards the car an I was responsible for the remaining balance so I called gap and they said that they reversed the gap insurance because Honda never sent them the police report nor paperwork they needed o feel that one they should have called me if Im the co signed and 2 the car had the proper insurance and the proper gap yet they reported it to my credit report as a repo I dont understamd what to do now

Complaint: I returned my leased vehicle to the dealership that I bought it from prior to my payment due date. This was because I fell upon financial difficulties. Honda finance told me if I returned the car that they would call it a repossession on my report. Until then I had never missed or been late on a payment and this was my fourth Honda. I disputed the dishonest claim of repossession and nothing has been done about it. This is extremely unfair and I feel that it should be labeled properly because nobody repossessed my vehicle. How can the lie be changed?

Complaint: Honda Financial Service, is the bank I have my XXXX XXXX XXXX Finance, and has never being report to by credit on any of the bureaus, and I need this to be reported for me to be able to qualify for a house loan. I make all payments on time. I contact Honda Customer Service and they said that the bureaus don't want to accept the reports, and the bureaus said the Honda never had sent anything and that they don't denied any report because it was never sent.
I need it update because I'm looking to buy a house and I need those installment payment on my credit

Complaint: I co-signed for a lease for my daughter about 3 years ago. When her lease was up, she qualified on her own and no longer needed my commitment. She purchased a new lease on XX/XX/XXXX and turned in her old car, thus releasing all payments owed on the former lease.
I received a letter from Honda Finance dated XX/XX/XXXX that immediate action was required to purchase of return the vehicle. I called the number on the letter ( attached ) to explain that the car had been turned in. I was told that documents were required from the dealer so my daughter called to fix the issue.
The dealer is XXXX XXXX Honda and my daughters sales person was XXXX XXXX. She was told that a check was sent to Finance on XXXX for {$280.00} and the tracking number was # XXXX. I told her to check that all the proper checklist was done to turn in the vehicle and she called to ask. She was told they would go through the paperwork to be sure and call her back - which they never did.
Last week I was notified from my Bank the the credit reporting bureaus have been notified that I am over 30 days late on payment to Honda Finance. I feel that the Dealer and Finance companies incompetent practices have negatively affected my credit rating.
