Complaint: I have been arguing with Honda Financial Services over disputed late payments for 34 months. They claim they have no record of our conversations and wo n't remove the lates from my credit report. Since our last conversation, they have made changes to previous leases reported to XXXX in an attempt to further ruin my reputation. They are targeting me because I reported them. They are now claiming that a lease I had in XXXX ( acct # XXXX ) was included in a Bankruptcy Chapter XXXX and became delinquent in XXXX XXXX None is this is true. There was never a delinquency, and there was never a Chapter XXXX B/K. I do n't appreciate Honda Financial bullying me by trying to claim that a lease that ended without incident almost 7 years ago was delinquent or subject to a phony bankruptcy.

Complaint: Husband w ent to a Honda dealer ship on Saturday , XX/XX/XXXX and wa s quoted an amount for the vehicle and monthly payments. The dealership allowed him to take the vehicle home, even though he had not signed all the paperwork with the finance department. When he went back to the dealership on Sunday, XX/XX/XXXX , the was told th at there was some confusion with the offer he was given and that the agency was not quite sure how they had come up with the number. My husband was told to call back on Monday morning to have everything straightened out. Monday morning, the dealership is now quoting my husband payments that are {$140.00} more than what he was quoted two days prior. My husband left the dealership on Saturday, after signing paperwork stating that he was committed to the deal and the rate ( among additional paperwork that he does not recall ) he was never provided with copies of what he signed. Nor was he provided any disclosures related to cost of the vehicle, charges e tc. On Monday, XXXX XXXX , 2017 the dealership called my husband to inform him of the new payment rate. At this time I asked what interest rate they used to calculate monthly payments and as told it was not really a rate but a formula and that the sales person did not know how it was calculated. The MSRP of the car was significantly different from what had initially been told to my husband. I feel that the dealership is practicing unfair, deceptive and abusive practices in efforts to entice consumers to purchase vehicles.

Complaint: I purchased and financed a new XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX KY and financed it thro ugh Honda Credit. I am aw are a payment is due XXXX XXXX ; I have STILL NOT RECEIVED a statement from Honda ; I called the number on the website and their customer service is not open on Saturdays/Sund ays. Poor business! I tried to make a payment on the phone, can not make a payment on the phone for you must set up a payment option online. I can not set up a payment option online for I do not have an account number because HONDA has not sent a statement. The dealership can not help ; called them as stated above. This is an unfair and sloppy business practice. My payment will be late for I must wait until Monday to phone them and spend hours on the phone probably to get through. You would THINK I could set up an account with my social security numb er, phone number, size of underwear for I had to give all that info to get credit and buy their product. BAD BUSINESS!!!! I never even got an email from Honda Credit.

Complaint: I le ased Honda ca r with American Honda Finance Corp ( account # XXXX ). Upon signing a leasing agreement, I set up an online account wit h Honda Finance , with autopay option when all monthly payments automatically withdraw from the dedicated business checking account opened with XXXX . In about six-seven month later, XXXX blocked the account for security reason due to suspicious activity. I got a call from the bank and during the conversation addressed all their concerns. And I was under impression after that XXXX will unblock my account and all scheduled payments will be automatically resumed too. But, in reality, XXXX policy is such that customer must call the bank and request to unblock his account, even though I did not request to block it at the first place. When a truck driver come to our house to take the car out, I immediately called Honda Finance and offered a full payment for the rest of the lease term, which we had right to do according to the agreement. But instead of taking payment right away over the phone, the Honda Finance representative suggested that car has to be taken now, but tomorrow we should call and make payment via XXXX XXXX , motivated that account already closed and nothing can be done. Next day, when I called to the customer service, I was told that it is too late to do anything and that it happened because of a red flag was put on my account as my husband, who handles all finances, had a controversy with some of customer service representative. According to them, he was impolite and demanding with customer service personnel. It seems like a personal vengeance to me. American Honda Finance Corp. violated my leasing agreement and intentionally and misleadingly re-possessed the car just several months prior to the end of lease date. American Honda Finance Corp. intentionally damaged my credit history and my reputation as a responsible consumer. Even more, American Honda Finance Corp., is attempting to collect the amount of {$5800.00} which is almost three times higher than my payoff amount was. Just recently I received a letter from a collector, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( r ef. accunt # XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TX XXXX Phone : XXXX and from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( ref acc # XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , IN XXXX Phone : XXXX demanding payment of {$5800.00} Please help to obtain a full accounting info and all communication recordings with customer service representatives from XXXX software and to restore my reputation as a responsible consumer.

Complaint: To Whom It May Co ncern : The reason of this Letter of Intent to Sue is due in fact to the events that took place on XXXX XXXX , XXXX wher e AHFC instr ucted XXXX XXXX , XXXX , to take possession of my XXXX XXXX Pilot. I have several times communicated to AHFC about the fraud committed to me by XXXX of its dealership branches that had concealed information about the mechanical issues on the vehicle I purchased from XXXX Honda XXXX back in XXXX XXXX , XXXX . American Honda Finance Corporation ignored my claims regarding the wrong doing of their counterpart, due to the fact that the car that was sold to me had several mechanical issues and factory defects which I will be pointing out in a separate complaint pursuing punitive damages for such collusion between all parties involve. XXXX after instructing XXXX XXXX , XXXX did not disclose nor give any advice in regards to additional non reasonable recovery charges and illegal fees to me. AHFC should be liable for all the additional expenses I have incurred due to their illegal and deceptive practices, by referring the recovery of their asset via XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , which has exaggerated and without my consent incurred additional charges beyond the scope of normal business practices such as the charges and fees. I was incurred additionally without my consent, aside from committing aggravated trespassing of personal belongings. Also I want to clarify the fact and statement that I voluntary handed the key to the towing company technician of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA, as most of the documents are stating involuntary repossession of the vehicle asset. I am requesting the refund of unnecessary and unreasonable additional car recovery expenses that have been incurred to me by instruction of AHFC, which should have a comprehensive recovery system in place in order to handle cases such as mine, and not penalize consumers for their lack of compliance when executing these recovery procedures and processes. I was charged {$220.00} for recovery of personal property and {$360.00} for vehicle release. My personal belongings which were a bag of paper with items purchased receipts, important documents items that were inside the property and therefore should have been left alone. As the intention to redeem the vehicle had already been communicated and expressed to AHFC, they shouldnt allowed such additional expenses on top of the redemption amounts already quoted by its staff. I will proceed to file several complaints in regards to this matter as well use all means possible including local and regional media TV to expose such practices committed against the People, as it is in the best interest of the Public to become aware that what HONDA pretends on their TV commercials is far from that of what their real customers in this case such as mine go through. We the consumers are tired of lies. Companies that do business this way should be exposed, and forget about spending more in deceiving the consumer with your Time To Help campaigns, if a resolution as well refund and compensation to the allegations and complaints expressed here are not satisfied or settled, your spending for such deceiving campaigns will have to be turned into try to get people 's trust back into your brand. I hereby reserved other allegations and complaints which will be express in further escalations and exposure of your deceptive unlawful practices if the matters expressed above are not resolved. Complaint: Back on XXXX, 2016, I made a payment to American Honda Finance Corporation online. This was very customary for me as it was a payday and I made sure to be proactive in my payments. After a few days, I noticed the payment was still pending online. I followed up with a phone call to Honda so that I could get clarification on why the payment was still pending. During the call, I was assured that the payment was received and the " pending '' status was just a system glitch. I was very wary of this because it had almost happened before with a previous payment that almost caused a late payment. I even contacted my bank about the payment and was notified the payment was being taken out. However, it was still listed on the Honda website as a pending payment. On XX/XX/XXXX, the payment was " officially '' cleared out of my account according to Honda. I do n't know what issue came about and what other payments were made that caused there to be a deficiency in my account but the payment was reversed. This is after I was assured the payment was processed already. After the payment was reversed, of course, there were additional bank fees and fees with Honda that caused me to be unable to make another payment within a few days. This caused my account to be reported late, and in turn seriously affected my credit score. I attempted several times to resolve this issue with Honda, as I had NEVER made a late payment before this incident. They refused to listen to my explanation of the situation, and while doing so stated that their reps never told me the payment was processed. I even went so far as to write a goodwill letter requesting the late payment to be deleted, and they did n't even acknowledge the letter I provided.

Complaint: I had a loan for my XXXX thru Honda Financial Services. I had automatic bi monthly payments set up thru XXXX for a 5 year loan. I ended up moving in XX/XX/XXXX and called Honda Financial to change my address. They started sending me monthly statements to my new address. I stopped receiving statements in the mail approximately a year ago. I did n't have an online account set up or emails set up where I could easily access my statements. I thought my automatic payments would end in XX/XX/XXXX. I called Honda Financial in XX/XX/XXXX to find out when my car will be paid off. Honda told me my car was paid off XX/XX/XXXX and I should have gotten my title. I never received my title and found out my automatic payments of {$130.00} were still being automatically deducted thru my XXXX checking account thru XX/XX/XXXX. I called Honda Financial and they had my old address on file, stated my title was originally sent there and it was eventually forwarded back to Honda. They told me I had to contact XXXX to have my automatic payments stopped and have XXXX reimburse all of the payments made to Honda after XX/XX/XXXX. They also told me I had to get a release of lien from the DMV to apply for a new title. I had to make multiple phone calls to XXXX and Honda to try to get this resolved. Whenever I called Honda I would get a different rep on the line and would have to explain the situation every time, sometimes getting different information from each rep. One rep was able to find out that they had my car title on file at Honda and they could mail it to me at my current address, which was different from what another rep told me before. XXXX told me they would only be able to go back 60 days of payments made in error and would reimburse me for the payments within those 60 days. I have to ask Honda to reimburse me for the remaining payments. I called Honda again after I talked with XXXX. XXXX said that so far they have record of XXXX checks that were mailed to my old address. They owe me 3 payments of {$130.00} after the money XXXX reimbursed me. They said that for each payment they have to research to see if the check was cashed first. If the check was n't cashed then they could send me a new check to my current address. The total that is owed to me is {$1000.00}. XXXX was able to reimburse me {$680.00}. Honda still owes me {$410.00}. I did finally receive the title in the mail. I 'm afraid they still do n't have my correct address on file because every time I call Honda they ask for security what my current address is and they tell me that they only have my old address on file. Each phone call I gave them my current home address, but it was never changed in their computer system. I asked last week to talk with a manager and they said one will call me back. I so far have n't received a call from a manager. I would like to be reimbursed the amount owed to me with interest. I find it very frustrating that I have to call a big call center at Honda, talk with different reps each time and not have anything resolved at the end of the phone call.
