I am on my 4th round of certified return receipt letters disputing and nothing has changed so far.

Complaint: I am in the XXXX XXXX and I had my repossessed car returned to me. I agreed to the terms of the loan being rewritten under the new interest rate of 6 %. I have added my mother to my loan to manage it. I sent the email to XXXX XXXX he confirmed that this took place. My mother has made several calls to pay my loan with no luck. I will soon have a late fee and a ding to my credit due to her not being able to make any payments. I was also told that my loan started over when the car was returned to me which did not happen. There was also extensive electrical damage done to my car in which I have forwarded some of the bills to XXXX XXXX. He said that he would call us back to settle this matter but never did. My mother called this past week and spoke to XXXX XXXX and was told Im busy right now Ill call you back which he never did. All we want to do is have this loan rewritten as agreed and make a payment. My mother is the only one who can do this until I return from training. I was also told that the repo that appears on my credit would be taken off and that has not happen either.

Complaint: This account was paid off as agreed. The principle and interest was paid in full in XX/XX/XXXX. There was only a balance of estimated 400.00 left on the account. The finance company advise that my vehicle would not be repossessed due to paid in full. I just wouldn't receive my title until that amount was paid. In XX/XX/XXXX, my vehicle was unlawfully repossessed. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) you have on file of the accounts. I was told they sold my account to a collection agency and they were the ones who repossessed my vehicle. Under the FCRA, unverified accounts must be removed and if they are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, they must remove the accounts from my credit.

Complaint: Hello, I have had worst and bad experiences with Westlake Financials and the used car dealer worst companies ever, In XX/XX/XXXX of last year illegally they repo my car from a private parking, at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX where Local securities and police intercepted, and i have had the agent from Westlake on line informing the towing company to drop the vehicle but i was informed once hooked they will need to drive away by the police and the Westlake agent " a ripe off artist '' informed not to worry was an error car will return the same morning, but never did and ended up in a repo yard forced entry messing with private and personal belonging, damadged the car estimates close to 2500 , they did not allow me to pick up the car only after the weekend when i needed to pick up the car only following Monday with damages, i immediately informed the yard and the police before pick up, Police informed i need to file a small claims court which i did since the tow company damaged my car, i have brought to a repair shop and got myself an estimate, but lost for a fabricated or fraudulent document indicating that i have signed and received the car with no damages, the yard informed me to sue them they don't care, i lost the case Judge informing that it was an expensive lesson to learn, now since then i call to pay off the car they do not return my calls i have had a balance of XXXX XXXX the legal rep of westlake financial the biggest lier " XXXX XXXX '' i think ever i have seen promised that as soon as he returns to his office will adjust the pay off and remove the fees and authorize the payments to be collected, ever since they do not return my calls been 6 months until i have called 10 times in a single day, now they tell me it's XXXX with recurring interest, now they tell me they have charged off the vehicle in XX/XX/XXXX and massively damaged my credit report, i need your assistance to deal with these fraudulent act and rip off charges, I am not able to settle and cant get my Title, contacted DMV investigation no help, contacted others but no help each department informs to contact the other

Complaint: Im filing a complaint against Westlake Financials I own a small auto dealership in XXXX Arizona called XXXX, XXXX. When I opened my dealership in XX/XX/XXXX I was excited to add Westlake financial services to my list of lenders. Westlake informed me that they need a {$500.00} deposit until I submit 10 deals or have one contract funded through them. Little did I know about their high unrealistic interest rates for top tier clients with excellent credits and the absurd fees they charge the dealers to approve the auto loans. For example if Im selling a vehicle for {$18000.00} to a client with a XXXX credit score Westlake charges the dealer a buy fee close to {$900.00} with an interest rate of % 13 which is totally absurd, attached is a copy of their contract and lender fees. So after submitting 3 deals, I decided to stop sending them credit applications and contacted my Westlake representative XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to close my account and refund my {$500.00} deposit. Atfer I spoke Today with XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX he informed me that Westlake did close my account but they wont refund my deposit. Their excuse is I failed to submit a minimum of 10 deals or I didn't successfully sign 1 contract. Is it legal for Westlake to refuse to refund my deposit? Thank you
