Complaint: I have a credit card ( visa ) w ith Wells Fargo Bank and my statements are reflecting XXXX different interests charges that I must pay otherwise I will never get out of debt with them! I had gone paperless since XXXX and it was n't until a company known as XXXX XXXX XXXX th at I realized I was being charged a fee each month for insurance that did not apply to me, so I requested all of my statements from Wells Fargo. I was told that my minimum payment was calculated : Interest rate times new balance plus 1 % of my new balance and when charged additional interest its calculation : Interest rate time my average daily balance. Since I have not charged on my visa since XXXX XXXX XXXX my minimum payment and my Interest charged are still running neck to neck in which that would be the case since my balance is being charged interest twice! In order to get my visa lower I have to add additional monies in which will thereby would lower my principle balance! Right now I have interest charge d by Wells Fargo Bank o ver {$5000.00}. I am trying to find out if 1.Is this legal and 2. If not would this be classified under RICO?

Complaint: I recently requested copies of my statements and cancelled checks for the last year from my checking account. I was emailed 6 months worth of statements. Wells Fargo sa id they could n't email the rest because " only some of them could be opened ''. They said they could only print them, but the files could not be opened. I then looked through the statements I did receive. I received XXXX different and conflicting statements for the month of XXXX XXXX They are both clearly from the same account, and yet they have different information on the statements ( one said we were overdrawn for the month and the other said we had over {$4000.00} in our account ). When I spoke to Wells Fargo about these obvious problems in their records, and asked them to look into these problems. They said that they would not do that, it was against policy to investigate problems like these. Well, these are my records and since there is a very obvious problem, this needs to be addressed.

Complaint: In late XXXX XXXX I submitted a request for a modification for my Wells Fargo Pick-A-Payment loan, and consideration be made using the Making Homes Affordable program. I was denied the loan based on a XXXX worksheet that listed my Principal and Interest payment ( P & I ) as {$3900.00}. I appealed the denial stating that the {$3900.00} amount is the lesser of the 3 Pick-A-Payment options and that my full P & I payment is {$5200.00}. I spoke to XXXX Banks on XXXX XXXX XXXX who was able to determine that my P & I was in fact {$5200.00} and not {$3900.00}. He stated that he would be forwarding this information to their underwriters to re-evaluate my request for a modification. On XXXX XXXX XXXX , I spoke to XXXX at Making Homes Affordable to include her in on these next steps since my review still fell under the HAMP program ( since my initial application was received b y Wells Fargo before the end of the program XX/XX/XXXX ). XXXX made an attempt to contact XXXX Banks to find out the status of my appeal. XXXX was not at his desk and XXXX said she would follow up with him and call me back with an update ( never received a call bac k ). On XXXX XXXX XXXX , I spoke to XXXX XXXX with the Wells Fargo Executive XXXX , who stated that based on my P & I of {$3900.00} I did not qualify for a modification. Explained the XXXX loan and that my P & I is {$5200.00}. XXXX stated that she was able to access my statement and saw where their information was incorrect. She attempted to add XXXX Banks on the call to find out if there was any progress made with the underwriters. XXXX was not at his desk. XXXX said that she would follow-up with XXXX as well as conduct more research to see if the differences with the P & I amounts would change the outcome of my appeal. On XXXX XXXX XXXX after making several unsuccessful attempts of reaching XXXX using the extension she provided me, and leaving numerous unanswered messages, I chose the option on the automated system to speak to the next available representative. I was then informed that XXXX no longer worked in that department and per the notes on my account, showed that the issue had been resolved. After requesting to speak to a supervisor, I was contacted by another representative from the XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX . I explained to XXXX the reason for my appeal and she stated that she would conduct an investigation and contact me by XXXX / XXXX / XXXX with her findings. On XXXX / XXXX / XXXX I received a call from XXXX stating that based on my P & I of {$3900.00}, I did not qualify for a modification. I again explained that my P & I is {$5200.00} not {$3900.00}. XXXX then assured me that " unfortunately '' that was the correct P & I amount, and thus I do not qualify for a loan modification. I am requesting that my review for a loan modification under the HAMP program ( because my initial request was submitted before the end of the HAMP program ) and all Wells Fargo programs be done again using my correct P & I which is {$5200.00} not {$3900.00}. Complaint: I have a credit card with Wells Fargo Bank. A pproximately one year ago I obtained this credit card, and it came with a 0 % promotional interest rate for 12 months. For the past 11 months I have been making payments online through the Wells Fargo website. My 0 % promotional interest rate expires on XXXX XXXX XXXX I w ent to the Wells Fargo website to schedule a payment for my entire balance, {$9700.00}. However, when I submitted the payment on the wells fargo website, I received the following message : " Requested transfer amount exceeds limit '' I contacted Wells Fargo, both their online banking department and their credit card department. Neither depart ment was aware of any limit and/or why I received this message. I had to then resort to contacting the credit card department and giving them my checking account routing number and account number to make the payment I did not receive a message of what the transfer limit was, or if there was any other way to accomplish this, merely that my requested transfer exceeded the limit. T he implication is that Wells Fargo is making it difficult and inconvenient for customers to pay large amounts on their account, resulting in possible interest charges to the consumer if they are not determined enough. I also find it difficult to believe that neither the Online banking department or credit card department was unable to give me an explanation as to why I had received this message, and find it more difficult to believe that this issue was never raised previously by a customer to Wells Fargo, the implication being that Wells Fargo is well aware of this practice, the same way they were aware of the practice of opening up false accounts in customers nam es

Complaint: Early in XXXX I posted a payment to Wells Fargo Home M ortgage for the XXXX XXXX XXXX . I did this because it keeps them from callin g 2 or 3 ti mes a day if I want to pay at the end of the month. By XXXX I was aware that I was n't going to be able to make the payment. I tried to reschedule to payment on my phone but I got a message saying that they were n't able to access the loan data so I should try back later. And I did. Over 24 hours I tried about 10 times, o nline and on my phone, to change the date of my payment. I kept getting the same message. On the XXXX XXXX XXXX I walked into a Wells Fargo b ranch to see if they could help me either cancel or rechedual my payment. After half an h our, two ba nk employees looking at my mortgage account, I was told that the problem is that the payment is pending, which is not what the message said. The woman who I talked with at the branch told me that the only think I could do was make sure that the money was in there because it was coming out. I knew that if I let them complete the transaction then the payment could be retried up to 3 times over drawing my account or taking out money as soon as I get income. I had to call my bank and put a ACH cancel/hold thing to make sure the payment will not go through.

Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was sent A letter from Wells Fargo Reverse Mortgage accou nt number XXXX stating that her account was in default due to no home owners insurance on the account. she advised Wells Fargo she di d not have a Reverse Mortgage on the hous e. Wells Fargo Advised her that she had put the reverse mortgage on the house in XXXX and that she would need to put the insurance on the home. she advis ed Wells Fargo that XXXX XXXX would be handling the account for her we then asked for a supervisor. the supervisor did advise me XXXX XXXX that the reverse mortgage wa s n place since XXXX . I assured that the insurance would be place on the account that day. I XXXX XXXX went placed the required insurance on the account. We were advice That XXXX Would need to Contact the tittle company that held the title to see who signed the agreement. this was found at XXXX XXXX in XXXX Idaho, in Finding the documents We found that there are XXXX reverse mortgages on the title XXXX was done in XXXX the other was done in XXXX also we found that the documents are not XXXX XXXX XXXX Signature, we also found that XXXX XXXX XXXX signed both documents. researching the deed of trust, this was in the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX . XXXX decided to try to obtain an attorney threw legal aid were they advised her to start a fraud complaint. XXXX Gave again Wells Fargo permission to speak to me about the account. the account was turned over to XXXX XXXX he had use fax documents he used account number XXXX . On XXXX XXXX XXXX become distorted over this and passed away. Wells Fargo demanded full payment. Of XXXX the fraud had not been resolved yet. In XXXX XXXX XXXX Advised me XXXX that they found that the account was fraud howeve r Wells Fargo was continuing the foreclosure of the loan I ask to speak to a manager were he passed me to XXXX XXXX saying she was a manager he r response was we owe the money pay it and hung up on me. We have let Wells Fargo know that during the time that this mortgage made XXXX and XXXX were separated at the time. so he would not even need to sign the documents. The amount of the mortgage is fare greater then the value of the home in XXXX the home was only worth according to the taxes XXXX to all that we can find we are not able to find that Wells Fargo t o clear tittle on this property there at this time since there are to reverse mortgages and other tittle leans that wel ls Fargo i s not willing to clear there i s two hundred and one thousand dollars owed on this home that is valued XXXX they are asking for 95 % of value of the home or XXXX dollars but the amount keeps changing. Wells Fargo had a appraisal done on the house in XXXX th e appraiser s aid to m y Brother XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX that the house was not even eligible in XXXX for a loan for more then XXXX due to the condition of the home and that it had not been upgraded since XXXX . We believe that When the reverse mortgages were done there was no appraisal done. We found that the person that did the notary is refusing to or is willing to show how she allowed XXXX to sign XXXX 's name

Complaint: I was in an accident, the other driver being at fault. His insurance accepted full responsibility, and declared my vehicle a total loss. A payment of almost {$9500.00} was made to Wells Fargo Dealer Services, leaving rough ly {$2200.00} left on my loan. I understood that this was my responsibility to pay and called to inquire how it all works. I was led to believe that my remaining balance would be spread among the 5 yrs left on my loan, thus making my monthly payments lower. Which is the factor I took into account when obtaining a separate loan for another vehicle. I calle d Wells Fargo Dealer Services customer service when I noticed my payment due was still at {$250.00} and was then told " unfortunately '' that it is not an option. Representatives have been rude, unhelpful and impossible. From there I have been repeatedly bounced from one dep artment to another in my quest to find a resolution. I have had to finance another vehicle, with a larger APR, and my payment for the new loan is {$330.00} per month, I have stressed I can not afford {$250.00} along with my other loan payment. Had I known this would be an issue I would have explored other options. However with the incorrect information from one representative I am now having to fight these people to keep good on my word without going broke. I have been completely honest and willing to work wit h Wells Fargo Dealer Services, stressing that my goal is to find an option that works well for both parties but I am getting nowhere. My hope is the complaint process will at least mediate a resolution.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX , I received an Escrow Analysis from my mortgage servicer, Wells Fargo . I found it odd because I just received my normal cycle escrow analysis in XXXX XXXX . I called them and the Customer Service representative was not helpful. She said that Illinois required an escrow analysis to be run every XXXX . I asked why this is the first XXXX escrow analysis I have we have received in XXXX and she could n't answer that. On that analysis, nothing makes sense to me. My Escrow Account History shows the Actual Payments from Escrow to be {$3100.00} but in my Escrow Account Projections portion , Wells is pro jecting it to be {$6800.00}. How the heck did they come up with that?

Complaint: I am the personal representative of my aunt. I was trying to continue to pay the mortgage on my aunt house during the probate process . Wells Fargo c ontinues to make withdraws on a closed XXXX account. I have tried to stop the automatic withdraw on the Wells Fargo mortgage from the XXXX bank account, but I have talked to at lea st XXXX diff erent people, and the process to get the automatic withdraw terminated is taking over a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . The details follow. The first part of XXXX , I contacted Wells Fargo a bout haveing them stop automatic withdraw on my Aunt mortgage since s he died XXXX XXXX this year and her account at XXXX had been closed. I was told by XXXX ?? that I needed to send a copy of a death certificate , and then go to XXXX Indiana personal ly ( this is over an hour and a half fro m XXXX ) to have my identity certified. I faxed t he death certificate at XXXX that XXXX . On XXXX XXXX , I received a letter from XXXX XXXX addressed to the Personal Representative of ( MY AUNT ). Then the letter as ks if ( My Nam e Spelled out ) have the PR permission to talk to in essence, myself! Then received a letter from XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX which asked me to send my letters of testamentary. I received a call from XXXX XXXX and I returned her call but she was not available so I talked to XXXX XXXX . He was nice and helpful and confirmed that they had received t he Death Certificate. He let me know that then we only needed to send the letters of testamentary and that someone would ca ll in XXXX h ours. I faxed the letters of testamentary on XXXX XXXX . I called Wells Fargo on XXXX XXXX and left a message with XXXX XXXX . She said in her message that she would call back in XXXX hours. It is Thursday, XXXX XXXX . She has not called. Since XXXX was not available, I tried to talk to someone else. He said that they did not receive my letters of testamentary yet and that it takes a week to attach the letters. That was over a week ago and that he still could talk to me. This phone call laste d XXXX minute s. I called XXXX XXXX today. She said that she had my paperwork but still could not talk to me because of some excuse. Mean while, Wells Fargo continues to withdraw money from a closed bank account and is not able to talk to me.
