Complaint: Hello : My briefcase was lost/stolen had a few credit cards in it that were paid off and a couple of pin # within briefcase to cards. XXXX other cards removed unauthorized charges with no problem! Wells fargo card was completely paid off then whaam {$3300.00} worth of charges of which Wells Fargo Refuses to credit and states that I made these charges. I 'm not sure what else I can do or if Wells Fargo would listen to me anyway? Complaint: I have 3 issues with Wells Fargo : 1 . Failure to honor a promise through Customer Service to refund overdraft fees, after discussing the entire affair with the Executive Office. I have a running message dialogue with Executive Office re presentatives, and spoke on the phone ( where the promise was made ), and despite reminders and additional demands to honor the promise, Wells Fargo ha s failed to follow through. <P/> 2. The underlying unfairness of the fee itself, which I 've also messaged and verbally addressed with the Executive Office. Specifically, it is Wells Fargo practice with their debit cards ( and likely credit cards too ) to BOTH pre-approve a card transaction on a low account balance AND to charge fees when the transaction exceeds the balance. In this manner, their practice functions to check available balance ( i.e., knowledge of low balance ) and approve card use despite the likelihood of exceeding account balance - and then they charge an overdraft fee. That 's patently unfair, especially when technology is used by other banks to only approve up to the amount available, after all the card used was a debit card not a credit card. Moreover, the vendor where the debit card was used was a gas pump. My other debit card from another bank only approves an expenditure that correlates with existing balance. Wells Fargo ' s policy is unfair, manipulative and predatory. And, they have knowledge and control to prevent a customer from incurring repeat {$35.00} fees. <P/> 3. When I depos it a Cashier 's Che ck, which is a guaranteed funds instrume nt, Wells Fargo e mplaces a Hold on the funds. The Federal Reserve, which governs bank behavior and the proper treatment of deposits and the legality of funds holds, has regulatory provisions on Cashier 's Checks : From the Federal Reserve ( o n Cashiers Checks ) : Sectio n 229.10 Next-day availability States that the regulation requires that cash deposits, wire transfers, and certain check deposits th at Congress b elieves pose little risk to the depositary bank, such as Treasury checks and cashiers checks, generally be made available for withdrawal by the business day after the banking day of deposit. <P/> I have messaged th e Executive Office at Wells Fargo about th eir noncompliance with Federal Reserve authorities on Cashier 's Checks. The hold length they 've imposed is as long as 10 days! Cashier 's Checks are guaranteed funds and are cash equivalents. Their explanation for the hold includes account history. Beside the inadequacy of that justification under Fed rules for Cashier 's Checks, their assessment of my account history directly ties t o Wells Fargo 's u nfair practices associated with # 2 complaint above. That is, they 're unfairly charging fees and next using that unfair practice to justify an improper Hold emplacement upon a guaranteed funds deposit. <P/> I have record of my messages with the Executive Office at Wells Fargo, wi th names and contact information.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I was notified by Wells Fargo text alert of suspicious charges which I replied by texting XXXX the response text back was that someone from the bank would contact me I went to my mobile online banking which there was 3 pending transactions in the amt of {$19.00}, {$45.00} & {$3.00} which left showing a balance of {$30.00} and change, I previously viewed my balance that morning XX/XX/XXXX which {$97.00} was available.I missed the call becaus I immediately contact the bank when I tried to answer my other line there was no one available so I spoke with a representative in thr customer services call center who advise me the transactions was real and that I was notified by Wells Fargo text because a {$40.00} XXXX transactions was trying to post which did not so thats why I was beginning notified she advised me that she was stopping my card ending in XXXX and requesting a new card I informed her that I just got the card because of a previous message where I was notified about this before I received the new card the representative advised me this was more common nowadays she confirmed that I only had {$30.00} in my cheking account she advised that we would do a fraud claim which was filed on XX/XX/XXXX got the claim number and transfered the call over to the fraud dept which was not open on Sunday. I went to the bank on XX/XX/XXXX for a temporary card. Now XX/XX/XXXX the call center customer services are saying that the claim was filed for {$19.00} and I had over 200 in my checking account on monday XX/XX/XXXX because they did not post over the weekend. My transactions reflected on Monday XX/XX/XXXX night under {$10.00} on my online mobile banking because of my transactions using the temporary card, the Wells Fargo supervisor is now telling me today XX/XX/XXXX that there was no claim for the {$45.00} & {$3.00} which fell off my account but I was given a provisional credit for {$19.00} which funds accounted because I went online after a deposit of {$170.00} posted on XX/XX/XXXX which I paid {$63.00} for a bill and the following morning XX/XX/XXXX I checked my account I had a available balance of {$120.00} which the {$19.00} provisional credit was posted. They are saying the funds has never posted to my account because they were in a pending transactions but online banking showed that those funds was not available in my balance.

Complaint: Starting in the XXXX if XXXX , I began to experience financial hardships. I request ed that Wells Fargo w ork with me to lower the APR on my account and establish a payment plan that I could fit into my budget. This included an initially lowered monthly balance due, with it increasing as I paid off other financial obligations and money became available. The company agents refused, but did offer a short term payment plan to cover the delinquent amount due on my account. I fulfilled that plan. However, I was subsequently unable to make the bank-stipulated payments. Between the XXXX of XXXX and XXXX XXXX ( approx. XXXX ) I repeatedly tried to make a repayment arrangement w ith Wells Fargo age nts, but was repeatedly told that they do not make repayment agreements ( that they would only accept payments in the amount listed in the monthly bill ), and that I should just contact them if I am able to make payments in the future. On XXXX XXXX , I was sent a letter informing me that my account was being reported as a loss.

Complaint: My bank , Wells Fargo, is failing to update another payment service, XXXX , I use that I have connected to the aforementioned Wells Fargo account. The service XXXX is an app that allows one to access part or all of their next check a pay period earlier but they base the amount and frequency of of the reporting from whatever banking institution you have. This means if your bank fails to report balances and direct deposits posting in a reasonably timely manner you could end up suffering. Wells Fargo ne eds to do a better job at updating their servers and reporting to these external financial institutions. This is no where near the first time I 've had to encounter this. This is just the first time it has inconvenienced me to the point of feeling the need to file a complaint.

Complaint: I filed a complaint abou t Wells Fargo Ban k ( No. XXXX ) becaus e Wells Fargo c ontinues to allow XXXX XXXX XXXX to access my Mother checking and savings accounts without authority. <P/> I have provide d Wells Fargo with all the documents. <P/> XXXX had m y Mother sign documents on XX/XX/XXXX showing that her Trust document she has had since XX/XX/XXXX was revoked, and she had created a new Trust, naming herself sole beneficiary as well as a documents giving her POA. Her POA was revoked on XXXX . These documents were provided to Wells Fargo. When I contacted Customer Service they indicated they had not received any of the documents I provided. <P/> I have given evidence that XXXX 's POA and Trust document are invalid as they were signed on XXXX . My Mother was deemed incompetent on XXXX . <P/> She has been using my Mothers checking and savings accounts, as each time I supplied the branch office of Wells Fargo with the documents, I learned that the Branch Manager did not forward them to the legal dept for review. Understandably, when I contacted the Customer Service, they had no knowledge of the documents being provided. In addition, I went tot he local branch on XXXX , and had a 3 way calls with XXXX XXXX , my Mother, XXXX XXXX ( owner of the Trust, that owns the accounts ) and myself. She instructed XXXX to stop allowing XXXX access to her account, she directed all communication to go to XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX , CA XXXX . Her requests were not complied with. I have proven that XXXX had no authority to access the accounts, her POA was revoked on XXXX . When I contacted Customer Service, I was asked for a " reference number :. I did not know the reference number as it was not set up by XXXX XXXX , owner of the account, nor did she have any knowledge of same. This " reference '' number was set up between XXXX and Wells Fargo . <P/> I have advised that I am listed on my Mothers Trust as successor trustee. According to the Trust, on ly XXXX ne ph ysicians report is required to make me successor trustee. I forwarded to Wells Fargo th e medical report. <P/> Wells Fargo ha s been advised on several occasions that her daughter, XXXX XXXX was not to be trusted and to please oversee her accounts and protect them from the possibility of XXXX accessing the accounts. <P/> I have give n Wells Fargo a ll the documents that support this position. And you continue to tell me you do not have my POA. I have forwarded it to XXXX XXXX , expecting XXXX to forward same to the legal dept. She failed to do this or forward any information I had been providing t o Wells Fargo. <P/> Wells Fargo ha s failed to guard m y Mother 's acco unts. Accordingly, I am informing you that you are leaving yourselves open to criminal liability for each and every debit from the XXXX Accounts, as you were told that the documents she presented to you were fraudulent. <P/> I have forwarded my POA dated XXXX . Do not tell me you do not have it. <P/> In any event, I will be closing the Savings Account on XX/XX/XXXX and removing the bulk of the checking account, which my Mothers new accounts are set up with a different bank. <P/> I want my Mother to be reimbursed for the debits XXXX has caused to her accounts. In addition, I will be presenting t o Wells Fargo doc uments that clearly state the ownership and control of the accounts, and I expect that the XXXX Accounts be fully reimbursed, as your lack of management of her accounts is the reason XXXX had full access to her accounts. In additi on, Wells Fargo has been warned of XXXX 's possible attempts at fraud on two separate occasions, giving Wells Fargo notice. <P/> In any event, again, I would like to reiterate, I am seeking full reimbursement for your careless protection of her accounts. Your lack of securing her accounts, after being warned on several occasions. <P/> Further, all documents and statements have already been requested to be directed to XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX , CA XXXX . <P/> Did I mention? I am now the Trustee of the Trust, and with that authority, I will be closing the accounts.

After 45 days, I should have received those requirements. I opened the account, fulfilled the requirements on XXXX XXXX , 2017 , but never received the bonus after the 45 days. They said they were going to look into it and send me mail. I never got the mail and sent them a secured messaged and they said I did n't meet the requirements. That was n't true because I had more than 10 de bit transactions, then they said " It was because I was n't targeted, which it did n't say anything about being targeted on the advertisement and I have an email telling me how to get the bonus.

Complaint: I was 3 months behi nd on my Wells Fargo h ome mortgage because me tenant was late on rent. My tenant became current on the XXXX . Normally i pay online thru Wells Fargo 's website from my Wells Fargo checking account but my access was denied with Wells Fargo stating they were trying to help me avoid foreclosure. i called Wells Fargo mortgage on XXXX XXXX to ma ke 4 payments and asked the late fees to be paid next month. I was at the pool with my kids and the Wells Fargo rep asked for my routing number and acct number which i did not know. I asked for online access I could make my mortgage current and was told to call back when I have my checking info. I gathered this information and called Wells Fargo three times t oday. The first time at XXXX XXXX I provided my info but was disconnected when i was transferred to the mortgage dept. I called back at XXXX , gave my info and was connected to the mortgage dept but the rep had computer issues and could n't access the payment portal so she asked to transfer me. Again i asked for online access so I would n't waste more of my time but when i was denied i asked not to be disconnected when I was being transferred. Sure enough i was disconnected. I called back at XXXX and provided my info. The customer service rep tried to walk me through an online payme nt which failed so she transferred me to the mortgage dept. I am going through a prolonged divorce so being fed up Wells Fargo I decided to pay other bills and only pay 2 monthly payments to Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo said they would not accept a payment for half the amount owed and would only accept payment in full. How is this trying to help me avoid foreclosure? I only owe $ XXXX on my mortgage. My hous e ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX , WA XXXX ) is in a high demand area and will sell i n one da y for $ XXXX . Additionally, Wells Fargo diverted several thousands of dollars of mortgage payments paid by XXXX XXXX XXXX to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to their attorney ( s ). The amounts obvious to have been granted on a XX/XX/XXXX statement indicates three ( 3 ) payments were for attorney cost all on the date of XX/XX/XXXX . Payment ( 1 ) {$830.00}, ( 2 ) { $550.00} ( 3 ) {$400.00} ; totaling {$1700.00} with additionally evidence of > {$14000.00} was placed in a suspense account and never applied. There is sufficient evidence that the mortgage payment account was assessed a " foreclosure service fee '', " advertising cost '', " recording fees '', " foreclosure attorney cost '', " title cost '', and " bankruptcy attorney fees ''. Foreclosure service fees {$970.00}, Advertisement costs & XXXX , recording fees {$1700.00}, foreclosure attorney costs {$1700.00}, title cost {$2100.00}, and {$2300.00}. None of these costs or diversions in mortgage payments were consented to not did XXXX XXXX XXXX agree to XXXX XXXX . XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX . or Wells Fargo Bank, N.A . reversion of deed or representation in behalf of consumer, XXXX XXXX XXXX when it comes to altering the deed on her home known as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , VA XXXX with a total investment in just the property being {$160000.00}. It was never made known to consumer XXXX XXXX XXXX that she was to pay these attorney ( s ), for a foreclosure sale that did not occur, or the XXXX , much more deprive her own family and allow the XXXX XXXX Virginia, et al. including but not limited to the Judge ( s ) i n XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , VA to attack her family ( parents, a woman on a cane, a XXXX aunt and many others ), whom greater than 10-15 persons have directly been impacted in XXXX & XXXX XXXX , VA as a result of the violent conduct of XXXX XXXX XXXX and/or police officers threats to them, their children ( at minimum XXXX children who were both ages XXXX and under at the time of the incidents ) and their homes. There is sufficient evidence that on or after XX/XX/XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sent letters to my family. They requested money from my family. The XXXX XXXX XXXX Sheriff 's Office threatened to harm me if I did n't leave as well as set my belongings outside. They FORCED my family to go into my home WITHOUT consent and pack my belongings up ; further turn over property and as a result of recent activity, I have no choice but to accept that as true. It is further known that greater than 200 in the XXXX XXXX XXXX or otherwise has met some contact as a result. There will be no release of liability in this matter as there have been too many affected by these individuals conduct.
