Attempted to collect wrong amount
Complaint: In XXXX I was a guarantor on a business credit card for XXXX XXXX XXXX . They and myself were unable to pay the {$20000.00} credit card at that time. In XXXX Wells Fargo sold the debt after they charged it off to XXXX XXXX . In XXXX XXXX XXXX ability to sue me for the debt cease under TX statue of limitations. They may still be able to go after XXXX XXXX if the company still has assets. It is my understanding it does not. XXXX XXXX they sent me a collection letter claiming they have the right to demand payment from me despite the debt being time barred from collections under TX law. They are also attempting to collect {$28000.00} instead of {$20000.00}. This may be business debt but I am still a TX resident and they have no ability to sue me under TX statue of limitation laws.

Complaint: I have attempted to short sale my home for the last year with the repetitive declines stating that the offer was not sufficient. We have asked for a valuation dispute and was advised that we were not eligible to dispute the value of the home. This last review I was advised that the offer of {$370000.00} was not valid - and that the offer needs to be {$470000.00}. The bank was sent an offer for {$470000.00} and they are now stating that the file is denied due to an invalid offer. Please help me have my file accurately reviewed as the Bank is not acting in good faith with my situation and it seems that they wanted to foreclose on my home no matter what.

Other problem
Complaint: I obtained a secured credit card from WELLS FARGO in 2014. This secured card was for the amount of {$300.00} I obtained this card under the guise that it was a tool for rebuilding my credit and that if i used the card an made my payments on time that the limit would go up and that that it would become a regular credit card. I have had this Wells FARGO secured credit card for over 3 years. in that time i have never made a late payment nor even so much as waited for my bill. In fact I have, consistently, paid this card off in full every month. <P/>
I have patiently waited for Wells Fargo to increase the amount and return my {$300.00} as promised for proper usage of this card. Instead i have been paying annual fees as well as usage fees and and exorbitant cash advance fees for it when it covers as overdraft protection for my well bank account. ( I have another credit card from XXXX XXXX that i obtained well after the Wells Fargo card and it was almost immediately increased and no longer a secured card. over a year in fact. ) My main problem with Wells Fargo, this card and their inappropriate action is : I am currently attempting to purchase a home. i have learned that this card has actually been detrimental to my credit and credit score due in fact to none other than its minimal limit. I. E. I rent a car for the weekend and it costs me {$160.00} however XXXX puts a standard {$300.00} hold on any card for security purposes. Well this shows on my credit score as exhausting my available credit resources, or at the very least exceeding the preferred 30 % usage of available credit. having and using this card regardless of payment history has held my score back not improving it. ( by the current standards the only way that this card would improve my limit is by my having it, paying fees for it but never using it! ) What has it done to those less fortunate and with less income who could barely afford the {$300.00}. to start. How much money and fees have i paid for the usage of my own money.

Complaint: Afte r Wells Fargo den ied my loan, I sent the company the below letter and received no response I am responding to your XXXX XXXX , and XXXX , XXXX , letter informing me my co-signer load was denied. Please provide answers to the below questions : 1. How Wells determine whose loan will be approved 2. Specifics, why my load was denied. Please do not indicate generalities.
3. Minimum credit score required to receive a loan 4. My point score 5. Ple ase provide evidence which states specific creditors reported I had pass and current delinquencies. I am requesting that you email me specific, detail reasons, why my co-signer loan was denied. According to pass phone conversations wit h Wells load specialist, I had pass and current delinquencies.
If you are unable to provide specifics, one can conclude Wells makes subjective, arbitrary, and capricious loan decisions. Your letter states that my credit report indicated I had delinquencies.
I will litigate this matter and file a formal complaint based upon racial di scrimination, and will argue that XXXX who have lower credit scores than XXXX and no relationship wit h Well Fargo are afforded student loans.
Taking into consideration my current banking relationship with Wells, I am extremely disappointed Wells denied my loan. I have my IRA account with Wells, along with XXXX other savings and checking accounts.
Finally, according to my credit report that Wells Fargo provided, my credit score is XXXX . My credit report indicated that I have no credit card debt, I had XXXX delinquencies, which were paid in full. I look forward to expeditiously hearing from you. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX XXXX

Transaction was not authorized
Complaint: On XXXX / XXXX / XXXX , I received a summ ons from my county fr om XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX that was filed against me to repay a loan for the amount of {$140000.00}. The loan was obtained and opened using my identity, without my knowledge or permission, on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX . A Wells Fargo business checking and savings account was opened in California using my identity, without my knowledge or permission, utilizing fraudulent practices that intentionally overlooked the fact that I reside in South Carolina and had been a signer on another account for more than 20 years. Even though my identity was used to open the Wells Fargo account s, my authority to be a signer was thus removed so that I would not be able to withdraw any funds. The aforementioned loan company disbursed the proceeds, by wire, into the Wells Fargo business checking account on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX . Within 3 days, without imposing reasonable security restrictio ns, Wells Fargo 's team member ( s ) allowed more than {$98000.00} to be withdrawn. {$94000.00} was withdrawn in cash and more than {$3000.00} was taken through POS transactions. The cash withdrawals were allowed to be made within hours of each other. However, I am not sure if they were done at the same site or by the same Wells Fargo 's team member. I was invited into mediation with Wells Fargo and a third party mediator from XXXX on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX . The mediation session ended with the mediator suggesting what he thought to be a fair monetary com pensation proposal. At that time, the amount was n't disclosed to me and I was informed that the Wells Fargo representative did n't have the clearance to give me the suggested amount, but another mediation session would be scheduled for the next week once clearance was given to conclude the matter. I requested to continue with the same mediator and in good faith agreed to continue a week later. I was contacted by another Wells Fargo representative two weeks later, told that no monetary offer was made, and no explanation was given of why the second promised mediation session did n't take place.
