Complaint: One girl contacted for renting my room from the ad of XXXX that i posted. She sent me a check for XXXX dollar for rent + processing of her car transfer from XXXX. And after receiving the check i deposited it and after one day the amount was posted in my account and i transferred the money to the above account according our discussion. But after one day when my money transfer was completed, she put a hold on the check and my check was returned and the whole amount was deducted from my account. After that i contacted her and she said i needed to XXXX XXXX dollar to some other account and i didnt have the money. She force me to send XXXX dollar at last saying that after i sent this XXXX she will withheld the hold, so i did that transaction to another account. But now she is n't responding. And the whole amount was deducted from my account. I complained to the bank, they were n't ready first time to take the complaint. After that they tooka complaint and gave me a reference number. Bank even didnt notify me about the pending process in time and didnt take my request to hold the online money transfer.

Complaint: In 2013 I applied for mortgage refinancing under the HARP program with Wells Fargo. After submitting the proper paperwork the loan was apparently approved, as I was assigned a closing date. Two days before the assigned closing date I was told the loan was denied.After several inquiries and receiving no information I called my Mortgage Consultant at the local NH office and finally received a letter indicating the reasons for denial, which read ( " Underwriting researched your request and due to Agency requirements and our investor ( XXXX ) the following has been determined. There is aproperty type discrepancy. The subject property is an age restricted community of manufactured homes. The original loan to purchase the property was produced as a Single Family non-manufactured home with no mentioned of the age restriction in the file or the fact it was in a PUD. If underwritten properly at the onset, the loan would not have been approved and can not be approved now since the combination is not acceptable to the Agencies ( XXXX ). All of the above information is inaccurate and false as proven by the information on the recorded properly on the registered deed involved with the original loan. The refinancing rate would have been 3.75 % while my then existing mortgage rare was 6.65 % and still is 6. 6..65 %

Complaint: WELLS FARGO ( the XXXX that they are ) outsourced their collection to initiate foreclosure on a reverse mortgage while working with the deceased sibling knowing that the legal process to become a personal representative of the deceased had been initiated. The outsourcing to an attorney in XXXX Arizona created a {$2200.00} increase added to the payoff. Had Wells Fargo gr anted an extension requested by the sibling and waited the allotted period after the death of their client, the sibling would not have incurred the additional fee s. Wells Fargo is no one 's friend and does n't care what circumstances arise. If any one person does n't adhere strictly to their dictatorship, Wells Fargo will kill you off slowly with their XXXX tactics.

Complaint: I have opened wellsfargo everyday checking account online with XXXX $ sign up bonus on XXXX / XXXX / 2017 . Received the approval email on same day with disclosure to qualify for the XXXX $ credit. I have received Direct deposit of XXXX $ on XXXX / XXXX / 2017 and received XXXX more on XXXX / XXXX / 2017 . i have satisified the conditions on XXXX / XXXX / 2017 and i was supposed to recieve my XXXX $ bonus on or before XXXX / XXXX / 2017 , but i have not received the bonus amount. i contacted wellsfargo on XXXX / XXXX / 2017 and i was told that the bonus is not at all available in their site and i was not qualified. i have attached my welcome email to resolve this issue Terms to qualify is : Within 60 days of account opening, either make XXXX purchases/payments with yo ur Wells Fargo Debit Card or establish a qualifying Direct Deposit of an accumulated {$500.00} or more to the consumer checking a ccount opened for this bonus offer. Complaint: I use an app called XXXX XXXX Well Fargo is really bad about updating my bank account info for the app to be able to work I keep getting errors that Wells Fargo has not updated my bank account deposits. I have called Wells Fargo and asked about why they take so long to update my information and they say they will have it updated very soon. Same problem every time I get paid. Along with this I recently opened my account I have not had an account since 2004 when I closed my account I opened a new one recently but my debit card says I 've been active since 2004 I have not used Wells Fargo in a very long time and when I asked about my question gets ignored.

Complaint: I have been trying for several years for help the last time Wells Fargo helped the lady went up on my years and on my payments so that sure did not help me. I was told take this or get out of my home by a lady at Wells Fargo when I had hired someone to help me and the lady at the law firm said she had never heard such. But I was told to take this with higher payments or get out. Now they are trying to foreclose on me and I have begged for help and I am underw ater by 50.000 or more and they rather loose all that than give a lower rate.Just dont understand why they rather foreclose than help me stay in my home. thanks XXXX

This is being done at a very slow rate and it is literally costin me money.
