Complaint: Toyota motor credit account # XXXX / after the lease was due i turned the car into the dealer and waited 6-7 monthfor s for a final bill never received one until it went into collection and they wanted XXXX the inspection report was never taken at the time I delivered it to the dealer.
the condition of the car was excellent other than the mileage being over and I was waiting for the bill for the mileage overage only.but {$1900.00} I said no.
its been 3 years and a few collection agents .I need to settle it and have it re moved from my credit history.CAN YOU HELP?

In XXXX XXXX, I contracted a car loan with Toyota Motor credit to purchase a car XXXX XXXX with XXXX # XXXX for a length of five years contract in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, California.
In XXXX XXXX, when I lost my job due to the Economic recession, my car was repossessed after I missed a payment with a remaining balance of the amount of {$1500.00} to paid off my auto loan.
XXXX never responded to my inquiries to know how much my car was sold? What have they done with my belongings ( XXXX )?
After almost after 14 years, I am still paying thousands dollars of hoax interests to this group of XXXX Toyota Motor Credit and their corrupted collecting agency law office of XXXX.
I am asking to the CFPB to request from Toyota Credit Motor on my behalf, the legal copy of the document of the sale of my repossessed car ( XXXX XXXX with XXXX # XXXX ) with the amount that the car was sold in that year.
IF Toyota Credit Motor refuse to show this documents, then the CFPB must give order to Toyota Credit Motor to stop its deceptive collection business practices on my account.

Complaint: Was requested for 2 month deferment on loan for XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX loan payment. I advised that had scheduled date to return to work on XXXX 2016. Due to nature of restrictions to return to work, I was unable to work to this date. I received a call XX/XX/XXXX from a gentleman advising that extension was approved, and that an extension letter was sent out. I requested for a the letter to emailed or faxed to see the terms & conditions immediately & he stated not to worry about it was mailed out.. In addition, I requested for months to add XXXX insurance & change my payment due dates because my current situation which is only temporary .. My car has been repossessed as of XX/XX/XXXX, they revoked the 2month extension, now requesting {$2700.00}, which includes 4 months of a payment 0f {$490.00}, {$240.00} late fees & {$530.00} repossession fees, re-registration of my car & $ 35 day in storAge.. An car is mandatory where I reside, especially to get to doctors appointments & place of employment .. I need my extension to be restored, along with Late fees & this repossession fee as long I agree to cover the payments for XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX .. In addition to changing my payment dates to the XXXX of the month.. I can find a way to stay on top of my payments & do what I need to do to ensure I will no longer default on the Loan..

Complaint: I purchased a Certified XXXX Toyota from XXXX I did a test drive on surface streets, however, on freeway speeds over XXXX, the car shakes violently.
I purchased a XXXX Toyota Camry from XXXX Toyota XX/XX/XXXX. When I asked about the high price ; the salesman said that XXXX only sell " Certified Vehicles ''. As an older woman that was the selling point that sold me on this purchase. With my age and work schedule ; I have no time to take off for repairs.
I took the car for a test drive on the surface streets only per the sales persons ' direction. However, once on the freeway with speeds over XXXX to XXXX, the car shakes violently when slowing causing the vehicle to veer to left onto other lanes if caught off guard.
In addition, the car makes a whining sound that gets louder as you accelerate, when taking off from a stop, the car has a hesitation or slipping. sent an email XXXX/XXXX/XXXX immediately to XXXX ( the salesman at XXXX ), explaining the problem. He said I could bring it in, I did, they drove it and said they could not detect any problems with shaking and that it could be the balancing.
I had the car balanced, by a repair shop much closer to my job so that I could walk back to work, since XXXX could not detect a problem, they refused to provide a loaner or rental vehicle and I had to get back to work. The car was balanced. However, he said- it would not take an alignment.
Due to the violent shaking when slowing from freeway speeds, but the need to commute to work ; I had to get new tires several times. Then with everyday life and employment pressures, the issue was put on the back burner - I thought the problem to be a minor issue.
A couple of months later XXXX Toyota did another inspection, I let them know that the shaking was still there and asked could the car be inspected again. After sitting in the waiting room for well over 6 hours ; I was told that the car did not need balancing and they once again could not feel any shaking.
I have already filed with Consumer Affairs and other Consumer advocates ; nothing has happened except the offer of arbitration from an approved XXXX XXXX.
Then XX/XX/XXXX approx. 8 months after purchase ; I took off from work to take the car to XXXX because everywhere I went, they were unable to determine the cause. Once again XXXX Toyota Service could not detect any shaking when breaking, so I asked the Service mgr. could he drive the car on the freeway, which he finally did and according to XXXX 's service dept., my front Brake Rotors are Warped and the cost to fix them is over XXXX. I complained on Yelp regarding this issue ; and was contacted by a Public Relations person from XXXX Toyota who was rude and insulting, she was very irritated about my comments on Yelp, and basically told me my situation is too bad and that all she could offer me would be XXXX % off the repair because I waited too long to report the issue. I then told her that I had e-mail proof that I sent to the salesman 1 day after the purchase, she said that did not matter. I was then contacted by someone else who just confirmed what the XXXX XXXX said. XXXX Toyota is well known for selling cars extreme high interest rates, and rude behavior once the deal is closed.
I agreed to this purchase based on the great track record that Toyota vehicles have. However, since my last communication with XXXX Toyota, I have filed a complaint with Dept. of Transportation XXXX dept., ID # XXXX. They informed me that this vehicle year, make, model & vehicle ID # has over XXXX complaints, XXXX recalls and XXXX of these complaints were for the same suspension problems. ( I have copies of these complaints ).
My vehicle was sold XX/XX/XXXX and returned to the dealer for the same issue then sold to me XX/XX/XXXX, 7 months later as a certified vehicle without the needed repairs.

Complaint: I 've tried to resolve a credit issue with Lexus Financial over the phone and I 've had no luck. I finished a lease with Lexus Financial Services and asked them to show the credit transaction as satisfied and paid off with a zero ( {$0.00} ) balance. I have always paid this account on time and the history of it account should reflect that on my credit report. I 've tried to contact multiple departments as well as trying to reach their corporate offices with no luck. I normally would'nt file a complaint, however, their responses of " their is nothing we can do '' seems very scripted and does not sit well with me. I 've never had a problem with LFS accept for this. Please help!!

Complaint: I was leasing a car from Toyota Financial Credit and Toyota wanted to take the car back a few months early so I went XX/XX/2015. I believe it was on XX/XX/XXXX. I left the car and signed off on the mileage and leased a new car, a XXXX RAV4. The dealership representative, XXXX, sorry it is true, did not complete the paperwork. I continued to get a bill for the car I gave back. I spoke to Toyota Financial Services several times. They were less than helpful and even tried to say that they did n't care about the dealership, that I had a contract with them. They said, they knew obviously that I did not have both cars. It was only after I told them that I had a contract with them and would be in that night to pick up the Camry that they panicked and located the papers where I of course had signed off on the mileage and traded in the car in XX/XX/XXXX. They had the nerve to put on my credit bureau that I was delinquent in paying my car payment for the car I did not have since XX/XX/XXXX when I gave it back. They billed me for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX etc. It was only through a mortgage refinance inquiry that I found out they did this. When I tried to call them, 3 times, each time they left me on hold for 50 plus moments and then would suddenly be gone, leaving me to have to call again and start the 50 minute process of waiting, never having helped me. I am beside myself with anger. I have been a customer of theirs for 20 years. I have never been late or missed a car payment when I bought or leased a car. This is unacceptable. They also promised me when I spoke to them and they realized their error, that this would not happen. I am going to make a complaint against the dealership as well and I hope to have the person fired that handled my car. Often people consider what that could involve, but in this case it is appropriate. When I called the dealership, instead of being helpful the manager tried to accuse me of not reading the contract etc. Of course I signed off! His XXXX dealer did n't do his job. Now I am after jobs as this is unforgivable. I am an XXXX XXXX, work very hard and the least I should expect is honesty and compassion. XXXX XXXX XXXX

Complaint: I went to XXXX Lexus to see if I qualified for a new lease turning in my current lease. I was told the payment would be similar and terms also. When I got to the Finance office to sign the lease it showed it was a 48 month vs a 36 month. I was told it was too late to change and I had to accept the payments. I told them I wanted to change back to 36 month and they said they would work on it. Mow almost a year into it they still have not corrected their mistake.
