Complaint: I purchased my car at the end of my lease from Toyota Financial Services. I financed through my bank XXXX. The check for the amount of the car was sent to them and cashed closing the account, but there was an error on XXXX 's part sending the sales tax amount. Toyota Financial reported to the credit bureaus that I had not made my car payment which was not true. This dropped my credit score over 30 points.

Complaint: I have contacted TOYOTA MOTOR CREDIT or Toyota Financial Services regarding a late reporting on my credit report. They reporting that on XXXX or XXXX that I was late. I sent the payment via check and they said they didn't receive it, I then made the payment with then and there. I have had this loan since XX/XX/2016 and never been late and I also had another loan with this company that I paid off and was never late on that one as well. I closely track my payments and are never late. It beyond my comprehension why Toyota Motor Credit or TFS would report me late when I was not. I have been a loyal customer for 2 loans and that I paid on time this is how they treat me by falsely negatively reporting to credit reports when I was not late, after I pay off this loan, I will never do business with TFS again or buy any Toyota vehicles. Such a terrible experience.

Complaint: I bought a car from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2019. I added a warranty to the purchase. I told them I wanted to finance with XXXX XXXX XXXX. They said they worked with them and I could refinance later. Their finance rate is 5.99 %. XXXX XXXX XXXX 's rate is 3.69 %.
The next day I called and cancelled my warranties. There were two:1. ) Service contract for {$2300.00} and 2. ) Wheel and tire warranty {$990.00}. Total of {$3300.00}.
Then I called XXXX XXXX XXXX to refinance and they said I needed to wait for my title.
My title arrived in late XXXX So now I have waited nearly two months, while paying 5.99 % on {$3300.00} that I don't owe.
I checked my balance owing to Toyota Financial and they had not credited my account for the warranty. I called the finance manager at XXXX XXXX. I did not get a return phone call. I sent an email. No response.
Several days later I got a notice in the mail saying that the {$2300.00} had been credited, but not the {$990.00}. They said it generally takes about 2 months to credit an account, So I still couldn't refinance. I called again. I wrote 3 emails. I was told it was taken care of. I called Toyota Financial. They had not received the request from XXXX XXXX. So now I need to wait another 2 months.They said I would see the credit at the END of my loan. They are trying to get me to finance {$3200.00} for 7 years at 5.99 % THAT I DON'T OWE.
In the meantime, I am paying 5.99 % interest to Toyota on {$3300.00} that should have been credited. And I have a lock on a 3.69 % interest rate at XXXX XXXX XXXX that will expire soon. If I have to reapply to XXXX for a car loan, I will end up with the new and likely higher interest rate for 6 or 7 years because Toyota won't refund my money, something that should take fewer than 5 minutes to accomplish.

Complaint: I purchased a car because my XXXX XXXX engine blew up and the man who helped me finance the car wanted to be off the loan. I had finally got my credit score up since I am a survivor of XXXX and XXXX XXXX and was unable to finance previously. I let the dealership understand my position regarding this. It was very important to me to rebuild my credit and to make payments on time.
The Dealership told me the wrong information regarding when payments were due. I have gone to Toyota Finacial and they said they can do nothing that I will have to go to the dealership and work it out with them. I have gone to XXXX of XXXX, TX and tried to get assistance regarding this issue. Prior to payments being made I went to the dealership to find out when they were due. Nothing was given to me other than a .com for Toyota Financial. Nothing more, no papers of when payment was due and where to make the payments. I have called the dealership repeatedly and left messages for the director of Finance to please contact me back and fix this. I have gone to the dealership where I waited for 1.5 hours to speak to someone only to be sent home. This problem is not getting fixed.
Tomorrow I plan on going to the dealership to please get assistance to fix this problem. Because of their error it has affected my credit score dropping 122 points. I AM A SURVIVOR OF XXXX AND XXXX XXXX I am trying to rebuild my life and my credit this has not helped.
The reason why I agreed to this loan was because after 6 payments on time I would be able to go back to the dealership and my payments would go from {$350.00} to {$150.00} and the most of that payment will go to paying off the car.

Complaint: I participated in the Toyota Motor Credit Corporation Settlement earlier this year, by filling out and submitting ( 2 ) Eligibilty forms on or around XX/XX/XXXX. Those 2 forms were for a XXXX XXXX XXXX and a XXXX XXXX. My loan was for the XXXX. Then I traded the XXXX for the XXXX, a year and a half later. I called the Settlement Adminatrator the next day to confirm they received both forms, and was told they did. On XXXX, I called and spoke to " XXXX '' for an update re : the settlement and was advised to do nothing now. The deadline to submit was XX/XX/XXXX.
In XXXX, I called for an update re : when checks were to be mailed. But I always got the same answer. " TMCC is still going through the eligibilty forms before any payments can be made, and to keep checking their website for an update ''. But the website only tells you payments will be mailed in XXXX. There is no forther info and the CSR 's aren't so helpful. Well, it's almost XXXX and I have yet to receive any payment or, even a letter stating otherwise. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was purchased by me at XXXX XXXX in XXXX MA.
On XX/XX/2018 I read the entire purchase contract & realized that there was an item on the contract that I was not made aware of, or agreed to purchase. The item is XXXX XXXX & the amount is {$1100.00}. The whole amount is taxable. I expected that I could correct this oversite with the dealer so I attempted to do so on XX/XX/2018. I went to XXXX XXXX in XXXX MA to discuss this item with the sales manager who then transferred me to the finance consultant. After stating my position of " nondisclosure '' of the XXXX XXXX charge to my contract, the financial consultant admitted that he had " packaged '' the XXXX XXXX item along with an Extended Service Warranty in order to provide me a discount on the Extended Warranty. However, on XX/XX/18 he told me that the discount for the extended warranty was because I had an XXXX membership & he said nothing about " adding on '' the purchase of XXXX XXXX in order to discount the extended warranty. His parting words to me were, " you signed the contract ''. The company has made no attempt to correct this unscrupulous sales practice.
