Complaint: I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with the State of Alabama. I contacted my friend XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Alabama to purchase a New XXXX Truck under my Company 's Name using it's XXXX Number and EIN. He explained to me that I would have to Guarantor the loan in which I new. I inquired about a New XXXX truck, explained to him that my XXXX score was a 691 and that I only had 1 Tradeline. I made specifically clear to him to tell his Sales and Finance Manager to only pull my credit once, to only use my XXXX Credit report and to only send my loan request to XXXX XXXX Well that did not happen, XXXX XXXX pulled my credit 3 times and they sent my loan request to 19 different lenders in which is fraudulent and unacceptable. I did not give them permission to blast my information to all of the Lenders they sent them to with me knowing that my XXXX report was the only hope I had. They took advantage of me, lowered my credit scores and now preventing me from Refinancing some commercial property I am buying on a lease purchase. I want all of the credit inquiries removed from my Credit Report Immediately.

Problem during payment process
Complaint: The store card administered by TD Bank offers a deferred interest period of either 6 or 12 months depending on your purchase amount. They encourage you to sign up for electronic statements and billing, but their online payment system is designed to make you underpay during your promotional period so that you will be walloped with a massive amount of accumulated interest at an incredibly high rate. They have the online payment system rigged so that you CAN NOT pay any more than the minimum payment due each month on auto pay. Of course, if that's all you are allowed to pay through the system each month, then you will be far short of the total due during the promotional interest-free period. It is obvious that they have set their system up to increase the likelihood that consumers will either ( 1 ) have to make individual monthly payments, which increases the likelihood of missed or late payments, which will in turn incur late payment fees and it will be considered a default on the interest-free terms of agreement and they can start charging interest immediately ; or ( 2 ) they will only pay the minimum monthly payment since that is all that the online auto pay system will allow and then they will be be far short of having paid off the balance during the promotional period and will incur accrued interest at a whopping 29.99 %. This is THE ONLY online system I have ever used that prohibits consumers from making automatic monthly payments larger than the minimum payment due. It is down right fraudulent in their attempt to force consumers into defaulting on their interest free period. I called them on XX/XX/18 and they confirmed they will not allow automatic monthly payments larger than the minimum amount due.

Complaint: I made a purchase with XXXXXXXX on XX/XX/2018 using my XXXX credit account issued by TD Bank. I scheduled the delivery of the TV and the delivery company did not show up when on the date it was scheduled, so I had them return the TV to XXXX. So I never received the TV. Order number with XXXX is XXXX. XXXX Tracking number is XXXX. XX/XX/18. XXXX XXXX XX/XX/18. Shipping company XXXX did not deliver the tv as promised. XX/XX/18. Talked to shipping company and told them to return to XXXX. XX/XX/18 XXXX received the TV back at there warehouse. XX/XX/18. XXXX finally acknowledges on my account that they received the tv, but never issues a refund to TD Bank. XX/XX/18 Talked to XXXX and the hey said they canceled the order so a transaction was canceled so there should be a credit with TD Bank. XX/XX/18 TD Bank says they show a transaction and it was not canceled with them. Agents Name at XXXX was XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX Agents Name at TD Bank was XXXX at XXXX TD Bank also told me I need to continue to make payments until the dispute is resolved.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2017 purchase a battery operated handheld massage that supposed work with batteries I change the batteries several and not responding so I contact the XXXX Customer at XXXX claim that they was unable to help me and put in complaint with the full credit number and then I contact TD Bank Customer Service regarding disputing this charges since the business will not honor a exchange or refund on the product and the TD Bank Representative all said she unable to dispute the charge because it has been more than 60 days I explain to them and she aware that checking account is closed on the statement it indicate XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$180.00}. Why is that Fraudulent purchase can not be dispute is this legal and why is the full debt card number need for dispute when the bank should have all access to Banking Activity is this legal and please ensure that staff do not tell me and others that I will be wasting my time this is my money from my working and depositing in the Retirement this money was transfer from IRA Account and governing by Retirement Account Federal Regulation and the transaction with these account are be reviewed by United States Department of Treasury Internal Revenue Service please investigate this Bank and ensure that they operating according to United States Department of Treasury and United States Federal Regulation and then after informing they not going to be able file my dispute they transfer me to Recover and Charge Off for XXXX XXXX and she was not able help with pass account and Debt Card Number is this legal and the number I was transfer to XXXX

I went to the bank on XX/XX/XXXX to report this and I was told they would look into it. As I was told by XXXX XXXX customer service was I had to file a compliant with the notary from the bank. Her name is XXXX XXXX. I did this on XX/XX/XXXX and was told they would XXXX XXXX the complaint immediately and I would hear from them within the next few weeks. I continued to follow up and I was told these things take time when claiming XXXX. I think I have been more than patient with them and I would like my {$500.00}. plus fees for bounced checks and other expenses.

Complaint: I have a Nordstrom Stores personal Visa card. I was late in XX/XX/2017 on two occasions due to the birth of a child. My interest rate was raised from the agreed 17 % to the deliquency rate of 31.15 %. I called and spoke to customer service. I was informed I had to make 6 payments on time in order to be considered for the 17 % rate again. I got a voice mail today informing me that I was approved ... .but at the same 31.15 % delinquent rate. I would now have to wait another 6 months before the next review period. This is a deceptive trade practice. Nordstrom is advising clients to wait 6 months, while they continue to collect 31.15 % interest, even thought the account has not been delinquent for 6 months. I contend that there is no review period, or anything else occuring here. They are simply coercing people into believing they will have their rate lowered.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018 I was charged XXXX in over draft fees. Furthermore here was a fraudulent charge in the amount of XXXX dollars and XXXX cents. I then again was charged another XXXX dollars for over draft fees on XXXX the XXXX, although there should have been enough funds to have covered the balance for an atm withdrawl. I went into a branch and the representative advised me to get a new card in which I did and at the time the representative advised that I call to dispute the fraudulent transactions but each time that I do, they hang up on me, transfer me to the wrong department Or no one end up picking up the phone. I then went in and tried to go into a branch for a second time to resolve the issue at XXXX located close to my house and they denied me entrance because they had told me they were closed yet, the door showed that they closed at XXXX. Poor customer service and illegal fees is all this bank has done for me. I am requesting for all the fees to be reimbursed immediately and for the fraudulent charge that was done on my previous account to be credited as well.

Complaint: I applied and received a Nordstrom signature credit card with an initial limit of XXXX which was later increased to XXXX my first payment was made XXXX in cash and second payment made online was XXXX from my checking account. the card company put a hold on my card after making a full balance payment in XXXX for XXXX and a purchase for XXXX to XXXX. I called the company after I was declined a purchase at XXXX and I was told that they needed to verify information to remove the hold. I had verified the information and the agent informed me that the problem had been remedied. I continued to ask questions as to why this happened, I was told that it was because of the merchant ... also the location of the merchant that triggered this. I proceeded to ask for more information on what triggers these issues .... after that I was transferred to a supervisor for more information ... .. After asking him several questions was told the same thing ... .. at which time he became frustrated with my continued questions then said that I was being put on hold because of an address issue ... .. during the next few calls to the call center I was even told that the I needed 20 days for my payments to clear??? cash payments??? and also I needed to give them address information .... after further calls to the center I was told yet another reason ... now the company is requesting tax information ... when asking was this a common request or what is the policy regarding asking for this information I was told that I would not be given the companies policy ... .. I believe their is an underlying reason and that these different requests are not inline with general policy or how other customers have been treated. I have been given 3 different reasons and after the 1st call the account was supposed to be cleared instead I have believe that the company is finding reasons any reason to block or hold my card. my account is being treated in accordance to how other accounts are handled with this company ...
