Complaint: My personal information was used without my authorization to co-sign on a auto lease for 38months. I wasnt aware until I received a letter in the mail regarding an early lease termination. The bank has the auto and sold the lease to another dealer. There is a remaining balance and the bank still wants me to pay for this while the primary lease holder is not owning this.

Complaint: TD Finance continues to call for a XXXX XXXX that no longer has this phone number. I obtained this phone number several months ago. I have asked politely that this number be removed from their calling list as this individual no longer has this number. I have requested twice that TD Finance discontinue calling this number for XXXX XXXX. But I received another call on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, from TD Auto Finance : XXXX. I attempted to call but unable to obtain customer service because I am not a customer with this organization. I have twice requested they cease already. I feel I have been patient but now consider these calls annoying and harassing and for no reason because TD Finance refuses my request. They are calling an incorrect number.

Complaint: Every time I encountered some type of time with hardship. I would never get approved for a payment plan. Because of this, the company would stack on more and more late fees while knowing I was going through a hardship. The company was not fair and understanding of my situation to help. My main concern was always tp try and pay and not to have negative reporting.

Unknowingly to me they ran my credit through lots of agencies before coming to me and saying I don't qualify with XXXX unless my husband co-signs. Reluctantly he co-signs and I am approved. Whats worse is that XXXX will only show on my husbands credit not actively on mine because he is listed as the main owner when I specifically asked them to make me the main owner. Hard inquires will stay on my credit report for about 2 years but I would like the freedom to be able to apply for more credit without deducting too many points from my score. Complaint: I became a XXXX XXXX credit card member since XX/XX/XXXX. Upon signing up at the store, I was issued statements directly to a former address. When I moved to my new home several months later, I wasn't receiving statements when I had a balance. I did change my address online successfully. I followed up with the credit company and they told me that my statements weren't sent to my new address successfully because USPS had returned to them. Not sure why or how but I was receiving other mail. XXXX never bothered to call me about this issue. This prompted me to call them to update my statements to be sent electronically to my email address. When I had a balance, I received a couple of notifications about my statements and due dates. However, the last time I used my card, there was no communication sent. I had made a small purchase on XX/XX/XXXX and completely forgot about that purchase. I would have been reassured about payment due dates via the electronic communication but there was none from XXXX. When I finally received a notice via email, it was in XX/XX/XXXX stating I was overdue payment. I immediately called XXXX to explain my situation and they could not help me at all. My original balance of some {$37.00} became {$100.00} that included fees. I paid my balance and sent a letter to the address listed when logged into my XXXX card online : Correspondence : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MN XXXX And never received any response. I am really upset that they failed to contact me during my first statement cycle and thereafter until I had accumulated more than three times my purchase price.

Complaint: TD Bank converted their online banking system over the weekend of XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. The new system came up on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, but was not fully operational. We can access account data, but the Bill Pay function is not working at all. I pay almost all of my bills using the bank 's Bill Pay function, so I am at a loss. I have called, and emailed, and visited my local branch, but no one can tell me anything, just that they are working on it. Someone needs to get to them, and make them either fix the system, immediately, or back out of the conversion and go back to the old system. I am sure that TD Bank will not cover my late payments and interest if I can not pay my bills due to their failure to convert their system correctly and in a timely manner. As a consumer, I am being ignored, and I would like some one to put pressure on them IMMEDIATELY!
