Complaint: I have tried 14 times to use a credit line issued by TD bank at XXXX. Each time it tells me my order has been accepted and that if there is a problem someone will contact me. Each order looks like it is being processed or about to ship but never does. I have contacted both XXXX and TD Bank on several occasions but get nowhere. I now have a hard inquiry in addition to a credit line that is useless. Complaint: I reached out to this company several times in hopes of trying to resolve this matter. I was sold a lemon vehicle of which I was trying to pay the car payment and multiple repairs totaling over 15,000.00. In XXXX, I called the company to advise of payment being sent and was advised by the representative not to send payment, in fact the company was not longer collecting on the vehicle as it was too old and had no value. I was advised someone from collections will be in touch with me to further discuss payoff and get me my title and that never happened. upon calling them back in XX/XX/XXXX and again in XX/XX/XXXX and again in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I was advised the due to the original creditor going bankrupt they could no longer collect on this item and the {$8000.00} ( + ) still owed was expunged and I would receive a letter and title in the mail by the end of XXXX well that never happened. now when I call them I get the run around and nobody calls me back. I reached out to them several times even more recently because when I disputed this item several times on my credit reports with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX they went in and now said the item in collections for {$14000.00} ( + ) dollars. How can they now want so much money for a 14 year old vehicle and where did they get these figures from. I never rec 'd anything indicating I owed them again since the original conversation in XXXX nor did they send any collection letters or contact me and none of my information has changed. they also are reporting repossession and redeemed and that is not accurate. I paid the vehicle before it every got to that status, not to mention this being on my reports and it is not accurate at all. I tried everything I know to get this resolved and to date I have been unsuccessful on my own. I have all the repair documents and the financing documents for the vehicle still and never rec 'd anything from them releasing me besides verbal authorization. Lastly for over 7 years I was paying for a vehicle and being robbed as the monies were not being credited appropriately as per the terms and conditions of the contract. When I went back to the original dealer on this issue I was advised they closed down for faulty contacts and swindling people. When I contacted the financing company I got the same information and they then went bankrupt after receiving bail out money from government. Then TD auto finance purchased the account and pretty much started my payments all over again and increased my balances. which should be considered unlawful.

Complaint: I was at the end of my lease and I contacted XXXX to arrange an inspection for the return of my lease. Unbeknownst to me, a payment that I paid from my business through ACH was returned due to a technical glitch. I was on the phone with XXXX on Wednesday and Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX discussing my end of lease options and return of lease. At no time during the conversations, did they mention to me that there was a problem with my payments. Furthermore, XXXX never contacted either by email, phone or regular mail to inform me that there was any sort of problem with my lease. Sunday night XX/XX/XXXX, a tow truck came to repossess my car. Please keep in mind that this was a holiday weekend, and I had no recourse until Tuesday. I immediately called XXXX, made the payment of {$1000.00}, and I was assured that the car would be returned to me so I can retrieve my personal belongings and fix and slight damages. After called again, I was then informed that no, I would not be allowed to retrieve my car. XXXX agreed to waive the towing fee, but I have yet to receive a confirmation of this. The way XXXX handled this was troubling on so many levels. They never informed me of a default or late payment. They never gave me ANY opportunity to correct the default. I have NEVER been late on my car payments even once during the whole lease period. They NEVER mentioned any issue even though I was on the phone with them many times. And Finally, they came like a thief in the night to repossess my car on a Sunday night on a Holiday Weekend

Complaint: My direct deposit was placed into an unknown account, that my name, to my knowledge not attached to. All statements went to a different address that I was unable to obtain. I requested information of my ACH deposits, however, XXXX XXXX does not allow you to speak with their ACH department. After long hold times, I am hung up on by representatives and have attempted to reach the employer to learn the banking information and they also refuse to assist. All my money for employment was placed into an account and I am unable to obtain it. I have also attempted to get in touch with anyone who is anyone in the XXXX company and they are at the mercy of the employer who also refuses to provide the information on the account my payroll was deposited in.

Complaint: This bank is the worst bank ever. They updated their online banking system 2 and a half weeks ago and it still does not work. Their support team is one of the worst! I called and was put on hold for over an hour each time that I called and each time, they were unable to help me. They suggested deleting the app and installing it again and other terrible and time wasting " suggestion '' but they were unable to help me. I didn't know how much money I had in my account nor could I pay for my credit card bill using the online app and I had to go to the branch each time. They have been unreliable for almost 3 weeks. Was on the phone with XXXX XXXX and he told me that he was the highest ranking member in his office but he was unable to do anything to help me. They literally passed me around between different people working there and no one could help me. I am taking my business else where since TD can not manage to run their bank. This is America 's most UNreliable bank. Honestly, I've never felt so helpless when it comes to accessing my own account or money. I am deeply disappointed and there is nothing TD can do to fix this. I honestly think someone should be fired for this stupidity.

If that last activity was a charge off in XX/XX/XXXX, then how was I 90+ days late in XX/XX/XXXX I haven't had this account in many years and the balance has been paid since XX/XX/XXXX. Complaint: The XXXX XXXX XXXX TD Bank did not issue an electronic statement for my first statement period and charged a late fee. The statement also does not appear on my online account and is not accessible. I opened this account in XX/XX/XXXX and we took delivery of our furniture in XX/XX/XXXX. The first statement should have been emailed or mailed toward the end of XX/XX/XXXX. This is a zero-interest-for-XX-months-style card, but has very high interest and penalties if payments are missed or late. I contacted the company and the they reversed the charge, but in trying to set up recurring payments online I discovered several questionable practices on their site. Additionally, the XXXX XXXX XXXX TD Bank issued credit card has several issues with its payment option and information online. XXXX XXXX XXXX 1 ) Does not offer any information on how to mail in a payment on their website. In their FAQ and other areas has broken links to payment information ( See, under FAQs, Account Overview/Bill Payment/What should I do if I want to mail my payment but I do not receive a paper statement? This link is the only offering of a remittance address and is not active. 2 ) Does not post statements online. 3 ) Customer Service email address XXXX is not active. 4 ) There is not option to make a recurring monthly payment for more than the minimum payment due. In my opinion, these are intentionally put in place to make payment difficult and confusing in an attempt to have more accounts default and jump into higher interest payments.

Complaint: TD Bank recently completed a disastrous upgrade to their online banking. When I logged in to their updated website it showed incorrect contact information, specifically a XXXX area code phone number I previously requested be removed from my account over a year ago. I followed the process to update this phone number, but they sent a confirmation stating that my address has been changed. I spoke to a XXXX XXXX that told me this was just a generic message. However, I just got my most recent TD Bank statement dated XX/XX/2018 and the address has reverted to my old address. The XXXX phone number still appears from my account and they did not remove it as I had requested.
