Complaint: XXXX XXXX XX/XX/17 Td auto finance XX/XX/17 Neighborhood XX/XX/17 XXXX Llp XX/XX/17 I didnt authorize the dealership to run my credit to any of these places. After one bank with a high interest rate, I specifically told them I was getting a rate from my bank after the weekend and to not pull my credit from anyone else. They wanted to sell me the car so they sent out my info to all these lenders without consent.

Complaint: I have always paid my bill online every month with a bank and they always show that they receive my payment. however, one time this bank sent me notice in 30 days that they never received the payment even when the website said they did. This caused a late pay to show up on my report. Their website clearly stated when i made the payment that it was made on time. I have tried to get the negative reporting removed with the company as well as thru the bureaus but have had no success.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX TD bank set up landlord tenant account for my XXXX XXXX XXXX, as required this account needed to have my name on it. I was not aware of this account as is the norm however I assumed my landlord would set up the account as was required by our lease agreement. On or about XX/XX/XXXX a new account appeared for me XXXX XXXX in addition to the one account I had with TD Bank. I had not seen this account before and was frankly surprised and confused by what it was. So I went to TD bank and they informed me that it was in fact my account my money. At no time did they indicate that this was in fact a landlord tenant account. On or about XX/XX/XXXX TD bank froze my account and set up a debit for over 4000 dollars. After I discovered this I went to the bank to find out what was going on and I was told that in fact the account that became visible available to me in XX/XX/XXXX was in fact landlord tenant account and the funds with that account I should not have been able to access at any time nor should I have been transacting any business on that account. So after visiting the branch in XXXX NJ I was put in contacted with XXXX XXXX from TB banks fraud unit he told me that account was frozen for unjust enrichment and acknowledged 1. My having access to the account is a td bank error and 2. That the landlord had filed an affidavit seeking the restoration of funds to the account. The account was Frozen from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX the debit from my account caused the account to be over drawn. In addition my direct deposit could not be processed as TD bank indicated to my employer XXXX XXXX XXXX that the account was closed. TD Banks behavior in this instance is outrageous. They would not provide me the affidavit they did not contact me prior to taking action and NONE of this would have occurred if TD bank had not changed made the error that created all of this. There was ZERO due process and zero communication with me. If there was I could have worked with the bank and resolved this issue without costing me overdraft fees and without messing up my direct deposit. I will pursue legal action ; that at this point is not in question.

Complaint: XXXX uses dishonest and misleading language to describe the status of payments made against outstanding balances on their in-store red card. I have experienced this problem on several occasions, most recently regarding a payment today, XX/XX/XXXX that, according to XXXX, posted to my red card, meaning that the money was taken from my registered checking account by XXXX and used to pay down my balance. When I verify this information online using the my red card service, the payment in question is listed as posted along with the transaction number. It is not listed as pending, and the amount of the payment has been deducted from my outstanding balance on the card. However, no money has been removed from the checking account that I registered at XXXX. This is the one and only method that I authorized XXXX to use to conduct this transaction. As a consumer, I rely on accurate and timely information regarding my transactions. I do not appreciate XXXX representing a transaction being completed, which is what I can only reasonably assume they mean when they say, posted, when this is ostensibly untrue because no funds have been removed from my checking account. I dont understand what the issue is here because its a simple matter of changing their language to make it accurate instead of misleading. My guess is that they keep it this way so that people are more likely to XXXX up and overdraw on their checking account balances, like I have several times in the past because of this very issue. But, I cant be sure. Thank you for your consideration.

Complaint: The complaint is about an interest that TD Bank is charging. On XX/XX/2017, I made a transaction at XXXX store, the amount was {$310.00}. The day I made the transaction, I called the bank and I told them to not let XXXX take the money on my account because the phone I purchased I did not take. So, I called TD Bank many times, they told to wait until XXXX take the money and they are going to start the dispute. When XXXX took the money in my account, I called again to let them that XXXX already took it from my account. As a result, the bank provided me the case number. The bank asked me to send them the receipt of the transaction, I sent it by fax. A few week later, they told that they closed my case. So, I had to solve the issue with XXXX. Since that day, TD bank sent a bill of the interest that I have to pay them, if I do not pay, they are going to give my name and information to a creditor. TD bank did not solve my problem. Last month, I paid the {$310.00} to the bank. Now that XXXX refunded my money, the bank is still send the bill of the interest.
