Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXXa purchase was made at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY fo {$49.00}. the clerk typed {$79.00} and refused to make good, refused to print a receipt and copied signature from the back of the card, Owner was contacted following Monday Tuesday and Thursday and refused to make good, credit card issuer was advised, via internet site, and failed to respond, on XX/XX/XXXX I contacted the credit card billing to dispute charges, I held over an hour from agent to another who they refuse to dispute, upon threatening to close the account they took the dispute, which clearly stated the wrong charge and the merchant refusal to provide a copy. TDbank opened a case XXXX, sent me a letter asking for the receipt which I told them clearly that the merchant refused to provide, while calling them they have in hold again for over 30 minutes, because I disputing a charge, and still refuse to make good.

Complaint: i tried disputing the accuracy of the account multiple times with the credit bureaus and directly to you guys and nothing is happening every time i send a dispute i get the run around to go back to the bureaus and after i send them a dispute they tell me to go back to you finally i sent a dispute on XX/XX/18 to XXXX and XXXX with supporting documentation showing that you guys are reporting differently to from XXXX to XXXX and i find that odd because i have already submitted multiple disputes with you guys and the bureaus and you both said that all information on the report is 100 % accurate furthermore i see that XXXX deleted this account how did they delete it if you verified it with XXXX and XXXX

Complaint: I have been a victim of Fraud with several accounts and attempts to open accounts, including store cards and services. I have disputed many times with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX so some has been fixed. There still has been one from XXXX XXXX as an inquiry which I have disputed over five times in a years time, then disputed with XXXX fifteen times in many disputes and called their customer service, spoke to a rude girl named XXXX who said she cant control what the credit bureaus report and she couldnt even find my information, then transferred me to a voice mail where I never received a response. Im still writing to them. I already submitted another request to them.

Complaint: Hello, a little over a Week ago I applied for XXXX XXXX and was approved for {$32000.00} credit limit. I was trying to purchase a device for $ XXXXand all went though just. A day later I was checking my order to find out it was declined. I called the bank and was notified everything Was OK on their end and nothing is wrong with my account, and they haven't seen any activity from XXXX. I called XXXX and was advised to cancel the order and re order again. I did has was advised to get the same results again. This been going on for 10 days and was asked to do it over and over again with the sane results and no one is willing to fix the problem. I feel that now, I've used my good credit to apply to a service I can't even use, and in result, it might effect my credit. I ask of you to help us fix the problem. I see that it is an on going problem for several months now and lots of people are complaining about the same issue.

Complaint: I have applied for and closed on my residential mortgage loan with TD Bank. I was provided a loan estimate on in XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXXand closing disclosure on XX/XX/XXXX without New York State and XXXX XXXX XXXX property transfer taxes disclosed to me. Section E of the Loan Estimate was disclosed on all of these documents to be {$70000.00} which was sum of all transfer taxes. I received a revised closing disclosure on the evening of XX/XX/XXXX with {$27000.00} of property transfer taxes added. This was the evening before closing! I closed my loan onXX/XX/XXXX. This disclosure was provided less than 24 hours prior to closing. It is also my understanding that New York Real Estate Transfer taxes must be disclosed on the original Loan Estimate and can not be redisclosed ; and certainly not less than 24hrs prior to closing. This was a shock to see the additional required funds for closing and it amounted to {$27000.00}!!! I contacted my loan officer via email and phone on the evening of XX/XX/XXXX and again in the morning of XX/XX/XXXX before and during closing which was scheduled for XXXX. She would not respond to any emails and did not pick up/return my calls. I was forced to close under duress as this was a home purchase and I had movers already packing my current home and family in transit to the new property. My most recent contact at TD Bank was XXXX XXXX, Ops Manager ( XXXX ) XXXX and XXXX XXXX in Operations ; neither of them expressed any interest in addressing the matter. My attorney drafter a letter onXX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX ( Chief Risk Officer ) and XX/XX/XXXX ( General Counsel ) at TD Bank at corporate headquarters with all of my supporting documentation and requested a prompt reply. It has been over a month and we have yet to hear back. I am livid that any lender, especially one of TD Bank 's size can operate in this manner. I was provided disclosures on the eve of my purchase transaction with an additional {$27000.00} out of the blue and when questioned, nobody would return an email of phone call. When i continued to request to speak to management, I was connected to a sales manager to told me TD Bank did nothing wrong and that's all they could say and would not elaborate. Absolutely horrible for TD Bank to operate in this manner! After speaking with my attorney, i understand that this type of transfer tax can not be added as a change or re-disclosure, again certainly not on the evening before closing! For a bank to disclose this large sum with no explanation at the very last minute is completely unacceptable.

They refuse to process the refund in a timely manner, informing me that it will take up to ten business days. It has now been ten business days, I have no money in my checking account, and do not know what path to resolution there is.

Complaint: Starting on XX/XX/18 over {$18000.00} has been stolen out of a TD checking account. This happened several months ago and we opened another account. We had over {$400000.00} in this account recently but moved most to XXXX XXXX. Thank XXXX. My husband went to a local branch in XXXX yesterday and they told him they froze the account and more money was stolen. They didn't even notify us in any way. When this happens with XXXX we get an immediate text. We are going away for a few weeks and want this money back asap. XXXX XXXX
