All Rights Reserved Please investigate this website ensure that it working and operating according to United States Federal Regulation and all misconduct and mismanagement found all individuals involved be convited according to United States Federal Regulations Now this supposed be online bank made easy this is not easy when you are not allowed to access you bank account or make transfer to any account. I called customer services regarding this and they said that they unable access my account and make transfer to my checking I would have go into the branch for access is this legal to offer services and the bank and the customer services is not able to assist and please investigate this store or bank ensure that it working according to United States Federal Regulation and all misconduct and mismangement found all individuals involved be convited according to United States Federal Regulations

Complaint: I am filing this complaint against XXXX and TD Bank for the manipulation of credit record and discrimination by denying me service and product. On XX/XX/XXXX, I visited XXXX trough my student account and ordered a XXXX XXXX XXXX in trade-in with my current XXXX XXXX. At the checkout, I was prompted to apply for XXXX financing provided by TD Bank. I filed the form and submitted it with all my personal information. I received a congratulation email notifying me that I have {$2200.00} credit line which will be used for the new phone with confirmation # XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, as I await my new phone, I received an email notifying me that my order was canceled. I contacted the customer service by phone at XXXX to find out what the problem may have been. I received no answer from the agent who asked me to call TD Bank. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXX again through an online chat. The agent informed me that my order was unsuccessful. He also stated that I needed another payment method in order to have my order processed. I copied-pasted him the funding availability note on my account XXXX account " FINANCING PROVIDER TD Bank, N.A. ACCOUNT NO **** **** **** XXXX AVAILABLE CREDIT {$2200.00} '' to show him that I do have funding available. He was surprised and asked me to call XXXX Financing Department. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXX Financing Department by phone at XXXX to find out what the problem may have been. The call lasted about XXXX from XXXX to XXXX Alaska time. The agent confirmed that he does see that I have funding available but can not understand why the order was declined. He concluded that he will transfer the situation to the management with promise that someone will take care of this. Before concluding the call, I notified the agent that I am concerned with the fact that my personal information was accessed but that I have the feeling that I am being lied to. He apologized for the inconvenient and asked me to be patient. Today XX/XX/XXXX, I opened my XXXX account and realized that my account was accessed, altered and the funding of {$2200.00} removed without my any form of communication. I immediately contacted XXXX by phone and online chat to find out what had just happened. The agent named XXXX XXXX repeated the usual regret and directed me again toward XXXX Financial Department. This time, the system requested my credit card number and automatically hanged up for three time. I am very frustrated and feel that I was manipulated, and my personal information abusively accessed. XXXX and TD Bank accessed my credit file and they know it will affect me. For some untold reasons, they lured and tricked me to obtain my Social Security Number, Financial and Employment Record and they then denied me the service. I feel abused and discriminated against. I don't think anyone deserve to be treated this way. I am asking for justice and reparation in all fairness for the consumer that I am with hope that the two companies are investigated to prevent this situation from happening to someone else.

Complaint: After checking my credit files I realized that an account that doesn't belong to me is on my files. The account is from Nordstrom/TD Bank. I have tried multiple times to have this item removed from my XXXX credit file, but it has not been. This account is fraud, I never applied for it, and it needs to be removed ASAP. The account information is as follows. Nordstrom/TD Bank ... balance : {$6400.00} ... date opened : XX/XX/2016. Remove this account from my credit file, it does not belong to me and is offensive. I have attached copies of my files as well as the police report I filed for this account.

Complaint: On Saturday XX/XX/2018 an unknown individual walked into a TD Bank located in XXXX, NJ ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NJ XXXX ), fraudulently without my knowledge filled out a withdrawal slip with my banking information and signature and withdrew {$500.00} from my checking account. I have notified the bank, TD, and filed a police report. Upon finding this information out on the following Monday when the withdrawal posted to my online banking statement, I immediately notified the TD Fraud department and my local branch. I discovered during conversation with 2 individuals working at the XXXX, NJ bank and XXXX, NJ bank that it is not mandatory TD protocol to check state issued identification with a withdrawal. It was stated to me that it is the tellers discretion to check ID and for amounts less than {$500.00}, they may choose to verify the signature. A teller is not a handwriting specialist trained to distinguish forged signatures. This lack of protocol or enforcement of safety procedures to ensure the safety of their customer accounts is highly concerning. I find this information incredibly violating that any individual that has ever retrieved a check or has stolen your bank account number can walk into a bank, forge your signature, and walk out with your money without questioning. This is blatant negligence on the part of TD bank and the teller. The funds have yet to be refunded and must await completion of the police investigation. So the consumer is being penalized for TD 's mistake.

Complaint: This company calls my ex-husbands grandmother on a regular basis- I am not sure who they are but they keep saying I owe them a debt. I have called back before and asked them not to call her as she is no longer family and they refuse to stop. Rather than stopping, they will tell her that I am going to jail for the debt I owe to them and that I defrauded their institution. After calling them back, the calls will stop for a month or so, but then they start again. I'm not sure how to get them to stop calling but this is very frustrating as I don't appreciate them sharing a debt ( that they have yet to confirm ) with other people. I also am concerned about her health, these calls stress her out and she is XXXX years old and taking XXXX medication. This needs to stop!

Complaint: XXXX added a 30 day late negative to my credit report. However, on XX/XX/XXXX I did an overpayment to XXXX of {$140.00} as I frequently added extra money to the account because i shopped there frequently. XXXX refuses to acknowledge where the money went. It shows it was paid and my bank does almost all payments electronically and the account number hasnt changed. However, this payment cant be found by XXXX. While I want the {$140.00} back, I am even more irate about the 30 day late they put on my account. The representative told me that " this is accurate and can not be changed '' even tho I told her I paid and can provide them my bank statement. On the attachment of my bank statement, if you look at XX/XX/XXXX you will see the XXXX payment. I used the same payment method for the last 5 years to pay it. They refuse to acknowledge a technical issue on their end and refuse to assist me. I tried to call twice and both times the representative told me I had no recourse even though this is an obvious error. I asked them why, after 5 years of higher balances always paid off on time, would i short XXXX for a payment at a random time. It makes no sense and XXXX doesn't seem to care.

Complaint: So here is the story. In XX/XX/XXXX, not long before XXXX, I visited my favourite watch store, XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX in New York. The sales person convinced me to put the XXXX watch I wanted on their store credit card, which is a TD bank card. The sales rep emphasized not having to pay interest for 24 months and misinformed me that if for some reason I can not pay off the full balance by the time the promotional period ends - which was XX/XX/XXXX - I will only have to pay interest on the remaining balance on the account, which is obviously not true. I thought I had about {$1500.00} balance left on the card and when I went online to make my payment, I saw that my balance was now almost {$3500.00}. I immediately called them up and they told me that the extra {$2000.00} was the added interest that accrued during the 24 months since I did not pay off my card by XX/XX/XXXX. I tried to make a deal with them and said I am willing to pay {$2000.00} at the time of the phone call and close the card and be done with it but they said no. On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX my wife called the phone number XXXX listed on the back of XXXX 's XXXX credit card. she was connected with a representative by the name of XXXX, to whom she explained the situation. She asked her to have the interest removed or reversed. The rep said she was not authorized to do so, so she asked her to connect her with her manager. After a little while, a male manager by the name of XXXX or XXXX came on the line and she explained the situation to him as well. He was very apologetic about the situation and he told her that she needed to put everything in writing and fax or mail the letter to the Department of Complaint. He advised her to make sure that she put down that I was given false information in regards to how the interest was being calculated. He also added that based on my payment history - I was never late with any of my payments and there were times when I doubled or tripled the amount I paid -only when I lost y job, I started to pay lesser amounts, but always paid at least the minimum due - the manager believed that based on my history and my current financial situation, the Department of Complaint should do something to ease the pain and reverse the charges. So my wife wrote a letter and faxed it to the Complaint Department on the same day, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX. She was hopeful that it worked. However, yesterday, I received the letter declining our request. I have attached the following documents for your reference : 1. First correspondence the Request Letter to remove interest faxed to the Department of Complaint on XX/XX/XXXX & confirmation pages of fax sent. 2. Denial Letter received yesterday in the mail.

Complaint: I have a Nordstroms account XXXX. They placed my account on hold telling me I needed to go into a store and show ID which I did on XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX in XXXX, TX. I was then told on XX/XX/XXXX that they couldn't verify my Social Security number and they were waiting on information from the Social Security Administration. Well fast forward I was told to go back to a store with my SSN and Photo ID which I did and then was told I needed to mail it directly to them. Which I find a little odd seeings how the mail can be lost. I called customer service only to be told I only had a certain number of days to send in the information and since I didn't the account was closed and can not be reopened. This was on XX/XX/XXXX that I was told to go into a store and on XX/XX/XXXX is when I went into the store. I was never told beforehand to send in copies of the information only told to go into a store. Now the account is closed they will not have it reopened. I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX saying the account was closed because of information on XXXX however nothing has changed at all. What I find odd to is they had just increased my credit limit on the account so if something was wrong on XXXX then why would they raise my limit from {$13000.00} to {$15000.00}. I wish to have the account reinstated.
