Complaint: I have applied for 2 Mortgages and I have got denied on both due to remarks on my credit report XXXX XXXX and XXXX! I had a medical collection account sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX for 2 of the medical bills I am not disputing I owed this bill I am disputing in the notes on my Credit report it states Included in Receivership and included in bankruptcy! 2 account on XXXX and 1 on XXXX XXXX! I have spent the last 6 months disputing and re disputing and the keep coming back saying accurate! The remarks and notes are inaccurate I have never had a bankruptcy and these notes are causing my financial harm.

Complaint: on XX/XX/2018, I went to my local TD Bank to withdraw funds from my TD debit card. When I tried to withdraw XXXX dollars, the ATM at the TD Bank would say it could not process the transaction. I tried the only 2 ATMs there and it would not withdraw funds because it was " Unable to process the transaction. '' It was after bank hours so I couldn't speak to a representative. And I had about one thousand dollars of available funds so there was no reason why my withdrawal could have been declined. I had to use my XXXX XXXX XXXX ATM card to withdraw funds from that TD Bank. I was able to but was charged 3 dollars from TD Bank and also incurred a {$2.00} fee from XXXX XXXX XXXX, totally {$5.00} in fees because the ATMs couldn't withdraw from my card. I went to TD Bank the next day and told them what happened. We tested the card and it worked fine. There was nothing wrong with it. The banker said it must've been the machines. At this point all he could do was file or log a complaint, but couldn't reimburse me for the fees. He said I would have to speak with XXXX XXXX XXXX since TD Bank doesn't have any fees charged on their end. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and they also gave me the run around, saying that the fees are standard so they couldn't do anything about the fees either.

My bank statement shows the same name and amount for the charge to my account On Wednesday XX/XX/18 someone attempted to sever a summons at my parents address in XXXX CA. My Father told him I do not live there and that I live in XXXX CA. The same person returned on Friday XX/XX/18. My father told him again I live in XXXX. The process serve left the papers on the porch and left. My father called to tell me about this. I went to get the papers and it is a Summons and that I am being sued by TD Bank. The legal firm is the same XXXX XXXX XXXX that I made my payment to on XX/XX/18. I have sent them 2 emails to the address on the paperwork. both were returned as bad email address. I sent them a email from the " contact us '' on their web site and have not had a reply. I have not called them because I want everything I writing from them.

I am often times charged an OVERDRAFT PD even when I transfer money over from my savings account to cover the transaction. Even if the transaction is still pending, or hasn't even shown up on my online banking summary, it will still be put before my transfer of funds. Complaint: I closed my XXXX card account in XX/XX/XXXX. At the time of closing my account, I was told the fees would be waived and balance would be updated to XXXX. I called again in XX/XX/XXXX and was again told that the fees would be waived and my balance would be updated to XXXX. I've attempted to dispute the charges via the three credit reporting agencies. XXXX continues to report my account as late and charged off. However, the balance consists of fees that were supposed to have been waived.

Complaint: Summary of Problem : My rent check, which was made out to a business ( LLC ), was illegally stolen and cashed into a personal checking account. I filed a fraud claim with my bank ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) against the bank with the check was cashed ( TD Bank ). I also filed a police report which I provided to my bank for the fraud claim. TD Bank will not respond to my bank at all and XXXX XXXX XXXX has tried to close my fraud claim because TD Bank will not communicate. Details : I sent my rent check to my landlord on XX/XX/2017. My check was stolen in the mail and illegally cashed on XX/XX/2017. The amount was {$1600.00}. The check was made out to to " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' which had XXXX in the title, which is obviously a business. XXXX XXXX XXXX utilizes a stamp with their name to endorse every one of their checks. The check was cashed at a TD Bank to a personal account. The check had a scribbled signature on the back when I reviewed it in my account. The check should have NEVER cleared at TD Bank. The account it was cashed to was a personal account. NOT A BUSINESS. The personal account also had no affiliation with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I filed a police report and the detectives were able to track down the person whos account the check was cashed to but was unable to make an arrest. I filed a fraud claim with XXXX XXXX XXXX, which is my bank, and they can not recover the funds from TD Bank. XXXX XXXX XXXX has tried to close the fraud claim because they say TD bank wont respond to them. Which seems like a lazy excuse to just give up on me and move on. I am getting completely screwed by TD Bank because they let a check, that was made out to a business, get cashed into a personal account that had ZERO association with the business ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and not they are just ignoring legitimate claims that they should refund my money. I am also getting screwed by my bank ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) because they are not doing nearly enough to get my money back.

What annoyed me the most is that I set up the bank account on the XX/XX/XXXX and had a random automatic transfer set up with out tell me leaving me with a over draft fee

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I entered into an agreement with a website builder, to have a XXXX website built and delivered to me by XX/XX/XXXX. I made two payments with my TD Bank XXXX credit card for a total of {$1100.00}. After I made my final payment, and the site was partially turned over to me aroundXX/XX/XXXX, I realized that the site built was not the site I contracted for, per the written agreement with the website builder. I emailed to the Website builder that I did not receive the site that was contracted to be built, in the time frame that was specified in the contract. I requested to cancel the agreement and receive a refund, as the site built did not meet my needs. I was unable to use the website, and faced the added expense of building a XXXX website, at an additional cost. The website builder in his reply email, acknowledge that he had built a site that he was not contracted to build, but refused to return my {$1100.00}. I filed a claim with TD Bank XXXX department. OnXX/XX/XXXX, I sent TD Bank all of the evidence to support my claim and they issued me a provisional credit of {$1100.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, TD Bank sent me a response from the website builder and asked me to provide further information that the site built was not per our agreement. I had already provided all of this information in my initial package I sent to TD Bank. They requested that my response should be byXX/XX/XXXX. This second request from TD Bank was not dated, but there was a postmark date on the envelope of XX/XX/XXXX. I received the letter late evening of XX/XX/XXXX. I called TD BANK on the morning ofXX/XX/XXXX, to let them know that I was mailing my response back that day, since the letter was received late. The representative advised me to go ahead and mail the information and she would note my account that the letter was received after the deadline date. I also took a copy of the entire package to my local TD Bank branch to be faxed on XX/XX/XXXX. To my surprise TD Bank had already closed the case on XX/XX/XXXX, even before I had received their request for information. They released the {$1100.00} to the website builder. This information was later verified when I received a statement from TD bank, which indicated that on XX/XX/XXXX they had re-posted the charge of {$1100.00} to my account. I followed up with certified letters and phone calls to TD Bank, to no avail. In turn they sent me a letter stating that services were provided by the website builder. Which is totally false. I have all of the emails from the website builder acknowledging that the site built was not the agreed upon site. I ended up having to pay {$1100.00} to TD bank plus interest for a site that I was not able to use.

Complaint: I do not recognize any of the hard inquiries on my credit report and have never heard of those type of places and I've never applied to any of them and not sure what or who they are. I feel some has used my identity in the year XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXXbecause I did report identity theft back in XX/XX/XXXX. IRS called me back in XX/XX/XXXXto notify me someone was indeed using my information and for me to make a police report in which i did. The problem I have is why are these hard inquiries still their if its due to identity of my information being used without my consent or me even being aware of this. Please help me get rid of these unknown inquiries that don't imply to me and never have. Thanks

Complaint: During the time that I was paying this credit card, I was working two jobs in college and while all other payments were on time, I somehow genuinely forgot to make a payment to this credit card. I made a payment arrangement once I found out that I did not make the first payment ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and fixed the missed payment with the representative and I was also under the impression that my XX/XX/XXXX payment would be included in this agreement. However, to my surprise I was once again late on another payment for XX/XX/XXXX. Once this happened for a second time I set up automatic payments as these were honest mistakes and I did not want it to happen again. I have a 98 % on-time history and this incident was about 2 years ago now. I spoke with the representatives around the time and they informed me that they were unable to remove the " late '' payment, now after consideration I would greatly appreciate it if I could have both of these removed as I have not missed a payment or been late since this time. Not to mention, I was younger and did not understand the importance of credit at the time. I am now trying to increase my credit score and this would help immensely. Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I went to TD Bank in XXXX VA to have funds ( {$4000.00} ) transferred from my TD Checking account to my IRA at XXXX XXXX. I wanted this amount to be available as a tax deduction for my XXXX filing. XXXX emailed the wiring instructions to the representative while I waited for her to complete the transaction. The funds were deducted from my checking account, but a couple of weeks later in XX/XX/XXXX I realized that there had been no deposit to my account at XXXX. I opened a complaint with TD. To date the money has still not arrived at my IRA account and TD Bank can not account for it. I have been passed around by phone from person to person, department to department. They have no explanation although the manager tried to say that XXXX 's wiring instructions were incorrect. It is clear that the TD Bank representative misinterpreted the wiring instructions and sent my money to some erroneous location or account. At some point during several phone calls TD Manager XXXX XXXX told me that the money was deposited into someone else 's account and they are unable to recover the full amount. No other information has been given to me. It's been months. TD has given me no timeline for a resolution, I am running out of time to file my taxes and I will lose the ability to claim the deduction since I don't have another $ XXXX to compensate. I have recordings of our conversations and am planning to file a complaint in court.
