Complaint: My TD bank in XXXX is blocking any cryptocurrency purchases. Previously, it would block any purchase from a website called XXXX. I would have to call in and have the website unblocked to make a purchase. Then the block would be immediately put back on. Now, they've gone a step further. Now they are saying it's not even getting to their banking system. And that they can't unblock it because its not even getting to them. The purchase on XXXX says " declined by your bank ''. The first representative i spoke with from TD bank on XX/XX/18 told me they have a new " blanket ban '' on all cryptocurrency. The manager i spoke to immediately after claimed they are not purposefully blocking anything. But after claiming that they don't know why it wasn't showing up, they made no effort to try to resolve the problem. You think a bank manager would want to know or solve a problem with a non-working purchase. It seems this would be a big problem or technical issue that their technology or security team would want to know about. But no help whatsoever. I would like to resolve this block or sue TD bank. Thank you.

Complaint: I signed up for a XXXX Red card and set it to paperless statements and meant to set up automatic payment. The automatic payment was not set up so my first payment was missed. There was no notification from XXXX and they charged a {$38.00} late fee. This happened again for two more months with no notification. The first notification I got was from a collections agency over the phone where I stated that there was no notifications. The agent claimed there were many notifications but that is false. I have many XXXX Emails and none are notifications of late payment. I have XXXX credit cards with on time payments for over 15 years and plenty of money in my bank account so there was no reason for me to let it go unpaid except for error which could have been quickly corrected with a simple late notification. In stead XXXX is demanding over {$100.00} in late fees on a single purchase, {$39.00} balance. I feel that XXXX was negligent in notification policy and is improperly profiting through late fee charges at my expense.

Complaint: A fraudulent charge of {$160.00} was made by XXXX using my TD Bank debit card in XX/XX/2017. I reported the fraud to TD Bank multiple times and the issue has still not been resolved. - TD Bank first told me that they would investigate, but I didnt hear back. - I called TD Bank again and was told that I had to resolve the matter myself with XXXX XXXX. - I spoke to XXXX XXXX and they told me that I had to resolve it with my bank. - I called TD bank again, waited for a response, and was eventually told that the claim was denied because they couldnt find any evidence of fraud, but I could not talk to anyone who actually did the review or made the decision. I was told that I must file a police report at my local precinct for then to re-evaluate the case. - I filed a police report, went to the TD Branch and had the claim revisited. I was then told that the claim was denied because, again, they couldnt find any evidence of fraud. I believe that TD Bank purposely made me go to the police just because they thought I wouldn't want to spend the extra time and they could ignore my case. XXXX XXXX says that they will not talk to me about the details because I should be dealing with the bank. TD Bank later said that if I file other requests with XXXX XXXX to force them to give me details about the transaction that they will review it again, but I believe that once again they are counting on me thinking it is not worth spending further time on this and that I will just go away. Can you please help me resolve this?

Complaint: I applied for XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and was approved through TD Bank. I placed an order on XX/XX/XXXX and then cancelled it as my promotional item wasn't included even though I had selected it. OnXX/XX/XXXX I placed a new order that included my promotional item. The order went through and I saw the pending withdrawl on TD Bank. A few hours later I get an email that my order was suppressed and cancelled. So I waited 24 hours and placed the order again on XX/XX/XXXX and again it was suppressed and cancelled. I waited 48 hours and tried to place the order again onXX/XX/XXXX and still it keeps getting cancelled. I have called XXXX and TD Bank numerous times trying to get them to fix this issue as all my information is correct but they just keep telling me it's due to a fraud alert. XXXX says it's TD Banks issue and TD Bank says it's XXXX issue. I've called and verified all my information over the phone but yet they still will not let me place an order. At this time I have a hard check on my credit report as well as approved financing that XXXX and TD Bank refuses to let me use.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX my account was charged off due to a negative balance, on XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from a collection agency stating that my account has been placed with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX collection agency for collections from TD bank. On XX/XX/XXXX, th a direct deposit from a previous job came to the account. On XX/XX/XXXX the account was approved for credits only by ACH, and on the XXXX of XXXX a notice was placed with the credit agency that the account was cleared up. I did not approve any credits only on this account, onced it was closed and placed with the collection agency I no longer had any affiliations with TD. Also TD Bank are making all these actions against a closed account however they have not notifed me in writting of any of these transactions they took upon themselves to do. I just want my XXXX from this closed account.
