Complaint: Nordstrom lied to me, the CFPB ( ref Complaint Number XXXX ) and the Kansas Attorney General in order to conceal a fraudulent conspiracy resulting in a {$10000.00} taking from XXXX XXXX, an innocent 3rd party, by knowingly issuing a fraudulent XXXX. Additionally, Nordstrom 's maintains " The notes confirm that in XXXX of 2007, XXXX XXXX requested to take over ownership of the account. '' No reasonable person would have " faxed '' a request to assume a {$33000.00} debt, especially from their ex-wife. No law abiding bank would accept such a fax.

Complaint: I was told by a bank that I can't open a bank account due to money owed to TD Bank in NY. I called TD bank on approx. XX/XX/XXXX and was advised that amount owed is {$370.00} and if I paid {$200.00} within 30 days it would be marked as paid in full and I would be removed from the " blacklist '' that is holding me back from opening any bank account through out the banking system. On XX/XX/XXXX my sister walked into a bank branch and paid the {$200.00} which I have a reciept for. On XX/XX/XXXX I called wondering where my paid in Satisfaction letter is and why I haven't been removed from the " blacklist '' since I was told by a bank that I still can't open an account. I was told by Recovery Department that they made a mistake and didn't mark it as paid in satisfaction and that he would mark it as paid nd request chexit system to be updated so I can open an account. On XX/XX/XXXX I called back requesting a update for a letter. The guy said a request has been made and I should've gotten a letter from the branch where I opened an account. He said he would put another request in. I called the branch today XX/XX/XXXX and the branch said I'm not getting a letter cause I still owe {$170.00}. At this point I'm furious cause there obviously not caring or know what there doing. I again called Corporate TD bank again and they said no request has been put in to update the chexit system " blacklist ''. But according to corporate it's paid in full. I asked them to call the branch to let them know and he refused. He said they don't do that. So as of today I can't open a bank account to do business, the branch isn't on the same page as the recovery department of TD bank corporate, and it's very obvious that they don't care even though I gave them there money and have been extreamly patient. Also I was advised today that no one in recovery made any notes to update the chexit system or " blacklist '' system. PLEASE HELP ME!!! I can't open any bank account to do business. ThANKS

Complaint: On XX/XX/18 I went to make an ATM deposit. I followed procedure to enter pin and steps to deposit. I deposited {$400.00} into machine. My card was returned, but the money remained in the machine. I IMMEDIATELY called the Customer Service/ Corporate office to ALERT of machine issue, find status of deposit ( SINCE I DID NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT ), time for which deposit would be posted to account. The c/s representative ASSURED me it would be resolved and deposited once account was noted of issue/visit the bank to review the deposit camera. So I decided to wait of it would or at my available time, XX/XX/18, I visited that location. The loan officer advised me the issue would be resolve in 7-10 business days, yet the money is in the hands of TD BANK at this point and NOT credited to my account. This is unaccepted as I am now facing late fees associated w/ the delay of the deposit of funds!!! I need the late fee that I will have due to the delay of standard to have CASH balances deposited. The balance was to be posted the following business day, yet I " should be clear to spend cash in 7-10 business days '', which is XX/XX/18 -- -- I need an apology and a speedy availability of {$400.00} balance.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX my paycheck was supposed to be deposited to my checking acccount by my employer but it was not due to an error on their part. I discovered my account was overdrawn on XX/XX/XXXX. I called my employer and they admitted to their error and promised to deposit the check to my savings acct on XX/XX/XXXX.My employer will not work with me concerning the overdraft fees. I called my local TD bank and told them my employer caused the overdraft of {$420.00}. The TD bank rep said it was my fault and would not work with me in reducing these fees. I am a single mom working for a temporary agency after losing my job in XX/XX/XXXX. Recently, I was out of work for over a month recovering from a XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I did not get paid for this time off. I am back to work now and struggling to catch up. This error caused me a very big setback and will not be able to pay back this {$420.00} in a short time. I would like to have the fees waived or reduced to half amount. Thank you.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, my debit card was stolen and the person that stole my card used my account to deposit stolen checks ; leaving my account in overdraft. I spoke with my bank about the problem and they connected me with the fraudulent department. They closed my account and opened up a brand new one for me. About XX/XX/XXXX I had trouble getting access to my account. I spoke with the bank and they told me to speak with the fraudulent department again saying that my account is on no check status. Money was able go into my account, but I wasn't able to take any money out. The attorney on my case, XXXX XXXX, told me that until I pay back those overdraft fees of $ 950+, I will regain access to my account. I called my own personal attorney and filed a police report. They wrote a letter regarding my situation, to the bank, about fixing my account and nothing has been done since then. It is XX/XX/XXXX and I haven't been able to gain access to my account since XX/XX/XXXX. I have bills that are way over due now because I still don't have access to my account. My attorney gave me advice and told me to file a complaint with the Department of Banking so that they can help resolve the situation. The bank knew that there was fraud on my account but they're having me pay back those fraudulent fees, which I don't understand.
