Complaint: OnXX/XX/XXXX - Receivables Performance Management LLC contacted me about my debt with XXXX. I agreed to a payment arrangement of {$50.00} to be taken out of my bank account to start the payment arrangements and {$25.00} every two weeks there after.
On XX/XX/XXXX {$200.00} was taken out of my account and on the XXXX I contacted the company about it. I was told they would review the call since all calls are recorded and they would get back with me on a decision about a refund.
About XXXX XXXX I called them back and was told the call had been reviewed but no decision was entered about a refund. I called back onXX/XX/XXXXand the agent put me on hold to review the call. The agent cam back on the phone and said yes that I was due a {$150.00} refund and the check would be in the mail on the XXXX.
I called back todayXX/XX/XXXX and was then told by the agent who answered that there was nothing in the system about a check being sent out. I am filing this complaint because this company has done nothing by lie to me about getting my money back.

Complaint: I had a collection account with Receivables Performance Management LLC on behalf of XXXX Receivables Performance Management contacted me ok XX/XX/XXXX and made me aware of this debt with XXXX at which time they said I could set up a payment plan to pay of the debt and they would not report to the credit bureaus and place this account in collections with the credit bureaus so at that time I set up an arrangement to follow of an amount of XXXX/dollars a month to be taken out on the XXXX of each month until XX/XX/XXXX at which I was told would be my last payment to satisfy the debt and I always would be sent shipping labeles to return equipment. So to follow payments were taken out of my account as agreed as I gave them my account information to pull out every month until XX/XX/XXXX and agreed this would not be placed on or reported to the credit breaus. I check my credit report very often and I received noticed on XX/XX/XXXX that Receivables Performance Management LLC reported my account to the credit breaus in which baffled me because as I knew they were pulling the XXXX/dollars out of my account every month and the agreement was they wouldnt place this on my account .. I called Receivables Performance Management LLC to see why this account was reported to the credit breaus and placed as collections at which time a rep told me the last payment on XX/XX/XXXX came back declined and when asked what was the reason they were not able to tell me I was very upset and I told them as far as I know the payment went through and o did not know why it would be declined and why there was an error and when asked to speak to supervisors I was placed on hold and the line disconnected and I called back and spoke to another rep advosed him of the situation once again and told him o never received any called or notices un eleven mail that this happened with payment because I would of rectified the situation immediately if that was the case as I know what the agreement was and asked what I needed to do to clear this up and I feel like I never got a clear answer. So I called back with a credit repair service prom I am working with I called with the agent I am working with to repair credit and authorized him to speak on my behalf and I was on the phone with him as well on XX/XX/XXXX he asked the same questions and the reps gave him the run around at which time he started to record the called and infirmary them of this that he was recording for all parties protection because we were being told different stories then from previous conversations he asked to speak with a supervisor the agent from the credit repair company once on the phone with the supervisor advised her he was recording the call he explained the situation about the payment and the supervisor informed us that the payment was declined due to insufficient funds that was the error they said they received and why the account was put into collections even though no one contacted me by phone or mail to inform me of any declined payments or the reasons previously the agent front he credit repair company advised her as I stated to him money was in the account at the time so there is no reason payment should have been delconed unless they enetered the wrong information to run the payment for XX/XX/XXXX Payment a lot of other conversation took place in regards to inconsistent and not clear information with the collection ageny from previous conversations and phone calls so the supervisor stated if I were to go to the barn and get a letter or proof showing funds were on the account on XX/XX/XXXX they would take that and is found a mistake on their end they would remove this as a collection account from the credit breaus as that was the ultimate goal was to have this removed from reporting on my credit reports XXXX, XXXX and XXXX impacting my credit and bringing my scores down. I called Receivables Performance Management LLC and someone to XXXX and advised him of the previous conversations and why I was calling and back on XX/XX/XXXX and advised I went to my bank and got what statement showing there were funds in the bank account when payment should of been taken and asked where I could send this information and also advised him what the previous supervisor stated to me and the agent working on my behalf on XX/XX/XXXX in that phone call said if I was to send this information they would look at it and remove this from reporting to the credit breaus as a collection after a long conversation and also asking him to verify the card number that he could not verify the whole card number and the last 2 digits of the card he gave me did not match the one I previously gabe them and infomraed him of this and given the run around again he told me that they could not do that I asked him to listen to the phone call as I have it recoded as well from that previous conversation with her stating that he said he would listen to the call and give me a call back at which time I stated if he listens to that call and finds she told me and the agent working on my behalf that the supervisor did tell us that what would happen he said that what she told me would be honored and I said ok. XXXX from the collections company called me back on XX/XX/XXXX the same day at which time I started to record the call and informers him I was doing this recording this call he said despite what anyone told me before me sending this information from my bank to them as they stated that I would need to send to have this removed immediately from reporting to the 3 credit breaus that despite what he told me about it being honored once he listend to that call that me sendin this information over they will not remove it from my credit report even if it was an error on their part. I have both conversations recorded from this collection telling me if I send in the information they would remove it from the credit breaus as a collection account as well as them telling me even thought I got the information and would send it in they now wil not remove it!!! The ultimate goal is to have this removed from reporting to all 3 credit breaus as a collection because it is not what was agreed upon or accurate.

Complaint: Had service with the company and I moved. When I moved the company could n't provide the service I previously had and suggested another offer they had. When company tried to install the new service it did n't work and the are trying to charge me for the service I never had at my new address. I informed them that since the service was never hooked up in my home in which they are trying to charge me for because they tried to install it over the phone and it did n't work that I should not be financially responsible for it. I later found out that they do n't service the exact building complex I live in and had to use another service anyway. In the building I live in you have satallite dish in order to use service and they do n't offer that through their company they have another company they work with for that. I never used the service and then they told me that it was a previous balance. I asked them how could it be a previous balance because they would n't even had tried to transfer my service if I had one. This complaint is against XXXX XXXX XXXX amount is about {$210.00}

Complaint: I have yet to receive notification from this company of any validation that I owe a debt. I spoke wth several agents over the phone advising me that they didnt not have an address on file for me, but yet still placed something on my credit report and not giving me any chance to validate or verify who or what. Complaint: My unpaid account with XXXX was sent to collections to two different collection agencies : Receivables Performance Management ( XXXX ), and XXXX XXXX, XXXX.
I settled an amount with XXXX, and the account was settled in full on XXXX/17.
However, I am still listed on XXXX XXXX system and the account is showing on my credit reports, affecting my chances of obtaining a home loan, due to the bad and misrepresented information. I have spoken to XXXX XXXX Escalations Department Manager 's to try to resolve the issue, and have forwarded them email documentation ( PDF file of receipt from XXXX ) proving the account with XXXX has been paid for, but they have yet to update their records. They keep telling me they have not received any proof, and keep on prolonging this stressful situation for me.
I am asking for assistance to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

I have no outstanding debts, my credit report is clean, I never recieved a letter, they wo n't tell me what they are calling for, hang up more than 50 % of the time, try to verify information before telling who they are or what they want, hang up if you do n't comply. Complaint: It was brought to my attention a few weeks ago that i had an account in collections. I contacted XXXX XXXX that same day to see why they were reporting that I was in collections. I was hesitant to give them my personal information because of all the scamming going on.I gave them my name and nothing came up.I then gave them my address and got the same results ... .nothing.I gave them only my last four of my ssn and they found it.I then discovered why they could n't find me, all the info they had was incorrect except for my ssn.I told them i wanted it disputed right away. I was told to was 60 days for a response.I cant wait that long, its ruining my perfect credit. I 've call every week since and still no updates.They just hang up when I ask to speak to a supervisor!!!!!!
