Complaint: I have tried multiple times to get an answer from Receivable Performance Management ( RPM ) in which I believe this debt is not owed as I have never applied for a Card Credit credit card. I 've repeatedly asked for verifiable proof of debt obligation by them providing me the original signed instrument of indebtedness. They have not provided anything to me to verify this debt as of XXXX . XXXX It has damaged my credit report and decreased my chances of obtaining a favorable mortgage rate.

Complaint: I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and wanted to get cable services thru them for XXXX XXXX . and I did, but I started to have problems with my tv, enternet, and phone services and this went own fo r two mo, s. I got so tired of reporting this to XXXX XXXX I finally canceled my services. I was told I was under a contract and I reply ok one that do n't work. they threatened to report me to my credit bureau. I told them find at least I can get some service that works so I did. they reported it to my credit report and stated it was in collections for XXXX dollars. date was XXXX / XXXX / 2017 and I '' ve tried to settle this but they insist I owe them. XXXX I do n't think it is fair to pay for something that do n't work. thank you

Complaint: I keep receiving multiple calls a day from the same company, they continue to call and call and call and most times they just hang the phone up. The last person I spoke to said that he did n't care they could call as many times a day as they want to. It has gotten to the point in which it seems they are doing this purposively in an attempt to harass me into paying them to stop calling.

Complaint: I called XXXX and try to find out why my bill was {$1700.00}, and XXXX XXXX finance department stated the account is with an outside agency then transferred me to RPM ( Receivable Performance Management ). I tried to explain my situation to the first agent at RPM, she discontinued the call. I tried again, it was discontinued and the third time it was transferred to the escalation department.

The RPM escalation department agent then gave me two options, dispute the balance immediately or request for a detailed bill from XXXX which will be sent to RPM to review then she 'll get in touch with me. She stated it will take about 30 days for RPM to receive the detailed bill from XXXX . If I decided to dispute the balance now, then she could go ahead and do that. But, after the dispute she 'll need a bill to review the items I am disputing ( which does n't make any sense to dispute now if she needs a detailed bill from XXXX to begin with. ) While talking about these options, the agent told me I have 89 days until they put this on my credit bureau and ruin my credit. A reminder this 89 days is counting down while XXXX and RPM figuring out their processing of receiving and sending the detailed bill.

I tried to ask why that is and the agent told me there is nothing I can do about it. Then stated she 'll start with the dispute now. She stated there 's nothing I can do about it as if I do n't know my rights. She also suggested I pay the bill now and dispute the bill items later, which I think is ridiculous because the bill is not yet verified.

Furthermore, RPM never once sent me a letter at my house which they claimed to have done. I asked if they could send me a letter again, they said they already have sent it and will not send it again.

Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and in XXXX of XXXX I moved from XXXX, to XXXX, XXXX. Since the moment I moved into XXXX, my service with XXXX was bad and resulted in many missed, dropped and no calls either coming in to me or my attempting to make. I spend countless days and weeks attempting to resolve the problem with XXXX. I was finally in XXXX of XXXX advised that because no resolution could come with regards to my paying for telephone services I was neither making or receiving, I was advised that I was being let out of my contract. since XXXX I am continuously being sent collection notices, and I have spoken to countless supervisors and have been advised that I do not owe anything to XXXX and that my account is not stating any negative remarks and/or comments. Complaint: I was with XXXX for 18 months with a family plan ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ), they told me my plan was going to be XXXX dollars a month I star receiving bills how they promised, 3 months later they star increasing to XXXX , 9 months later XXXX , until I got tired and decided to go back yo my last carrier XXXX , when I port the numbers att Took the phones and told me they were going yo send m e a prepaid visa to pay XXXX ( because I gave the XXXX to XXXX ), before that XXXX told me to pay off the phones and the last bill was going to be {$1000.00} dollars which {$180.00} the last bill and {$300.00} each phone, so I decide to pay the last bill and wait for XXXX to send me the prepaid visa to pay off the phone, ,they said that I had a remaining of {$900.00} dollars, now a 3 weeks ago I received a phone call from a collection agency that I owe then XXXX XXXX b ecause XXXX coold not wait and decided to take me to collection, and now I owe the collection agency more that my balance with XXXX because I waiting for the prepaid visa from XXXX , my question is if is legal now what the collection agency is doing charging me more for what I owe XXXX ?

Complaint: I received a copy of my credit report on XXXX / XXXX / 2017 and noticed that Receivables Performance has listed an alleged debt on my report for {$460.00}. I immediately contacted this company by certified mail # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . Receivables performance was in receipt of this letter on XXXX / XXXX / 2017 that informed them that I am disputing this debt as this account is NOT mine and I have never done business with the original lender or this third party agency. I requested full validation/verification on this account and per the FDCPA, gave them 30 days from the receipt of the letter to complete this request. Per my rights, failure to verify the accuracy of this alleged debt is grounds for removal. As on XXXX / XXXX / 2017 , Receivables Performance has ignored my request and failed to provide the information I have requested. This account is not mine, and I have NEVER done business or signed a contract/agreement with the original lender or the third party that is inaccurately reporting.
