Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX-I received a letter in the mail that RPM ( Receivables Performance Management LLC ) is trying to collect a debt from XX/XX/XXXX, for XXXX XXXX saying I owe {$120.00}. I have never had an account with XXXX XXXX and this is the first I heard that I owe money for a XXXX XXXX account, I have never received anything from XXXX XXXX saying I owe them money ... .I think this company RPM is a FRAUD/SCAM!! I called RPM at XXXX, I spoke with a guy that eventually hung up on me, then I called back, got hung up on again, called back got a different lady that could barely speak English ( or so I thought ) until I said, " I 'm sorry can I speak with someone else I ca n't understand you '', suddenly she started speaking plain English!! then I am transferred to a so called manager, I opened a dispute with them and gave them my email address and telephone number ( which they got by caller ID ) - I am freaking out because I know this is a scam!! I then called XXXX XXXX XXXX they checked my name and address and said I do not owe them anything. The lady tried to connect me to XXXX disputes XXXX ; she said they have heard of this from several people. ***I know XXXX had a breach of information just a couple of months ago****

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX,2017 I switched my mobile phone service from XXXX to their wholly owned subsidiary XXXX and thus began a nightmare of trying to deal with XXXX.
Shortly after moving my account I received an email from XXXX acknowledging the move and stating I would owe them {$440.00} On XX/XX/XXXX. I assumed it was just an accounting error and thought nothing more of it but on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX did, in fact, deduct that money from my account. I tried contacting their " customer service '' XXXX number but was told that I was no longer a XXXX customer so the charges must have come from XXXX. I explained that I was looking at my online bank account & it showed the money was paid to XXXX. I also communicated with the associate that I had never given XXXX permission to take money from my checking account so I questioned the legality of their doing so.
I received a subsequent email from XXXX indicating I had paid the {$440.00} and would now owe {$42.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I tried again to communicate with " customer service '' at XXXX. Nothing came of that attempt but further frustration except the associate removed the permission that was noted on my account that they could deduct payments from my checking account.
Then I started getting notices that I was in arrears on the monthly payments and still no explanation as to what I would have an ongoing monthly obligation to a company I had ceased to do business with in XX/XX/XXXX.
When, by their records, I had " missed '' three payments, I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating they would be pursuing debt collection actions. That letter gave me the option of submitting a denial of the legitimacy of the debt. I provided them with all my documentation of attempt to dispute the account with XXXX 2 letters, copies of emails and a live chat with one of XXXX representative. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX indicating the had received and reviewed my documentation and would arrange to cease their collection efforts. I assumed that would be the end of the matter.
Then last week I received a letter from Receivables Performance Management , LLC stating they would be taking debt collection action on my account on behalf of XXXX. I have taken the time to provide them with my documentation as well. My concern, as you can imagine, is that if RPM, LLC agrees that I legitimately dispute these charges that XXXX will simply send the claim to another of what must be thousands of debt collection agencies in the USA.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2018, XXXX CST, I received a phone call from XXXX who works with Receivable Performance Management. I asked XXXX what was this about and he said they are collecting a debt. I advised XXXX this is my first time hearing of this did he send me a letter in writing to notify me of this debt. XXXX advised me that would be redundant. I asked him well, how would I know who to pay, what, when to pay and he advised that the person I owe would have sent me a letter. I advised him since this is my first time knowing of this via phone call, I asked him not to correspond with me via phone, only in writing and that 's when the phone disconnected. Lo and behold, I pulled my credit report and notice this same company reporting.

Complaint: The unvalidated items listed on my credit report in violation of Federal Law [ 15 U.S.C Section 1681 ]. This company is required under the FCRA to have a copy of the original creditor 's documentation of file to validate that this information is mine and is correct. In the results their first investigation, they stated in writing that they " verified '' that these items are being " reported correctly ''. Who verified these accounts with valid proof? They have NOT provided me a copy of ANY original documentation ( a Consumer contract with my wet live signature on it ), as required under Federal law. Under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA, they are required to " ... .promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified. '' Under the Administrative Enforcement [ 15 U.S.C. Section 1681s ], the law is very clear to remedy the Civil Liability for willful noncompliance [ 15 U.S.C. Section 1681n ], Civil Liability for Negligent Compliance [ 15 U.S.C. Section 1681o ] and Obtaining Information Under False Pretenses [ 15 U.S.C. 1681q ] if you fail to comply. I am a litigious consumer and fully intend on pursuing litigation in this matter to enforce my rights under the FCRA. I demand the following accounts to be validated or deleted immediately under these false allegations. I have no contracts with these corporations ... .15 U.S.C. Section 1692f. This is also a request to remove all non-account holding inquiries over 30 days old as I did not initiate these inquiries. They are required by law, according to [ 15 U.S.C. Section 1681b ] Section 604 ( c ) to remove all inquiries that I did not initiate. What valid proof does the creditors/companies have for the inquiries on my credit report to be, according to them, " a factual record of file access '' when I have no account with them? Non-account holding inquiries and unvalidated inquiries that remain on my credit report that they failed to with maximum accuracy to validate and verify shall be remedied by enforcing my rights under the FCRA. The following inquiries need to be removed from my credit report immediately. Thank You, By : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Account information incorrect
Complaint: In XXXX XXXX, I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX concerning a new bill I received, even though I no longer had an account with the company.
I had transferred my account to my now ex-wife and she was legally responsible for the account as part of a divorce proceeding. She was the only person that actually had telephone service through XXXX XXXX XXXX.
I was advised that when the transfer was accomplished, there were two telephone numbers transferred to her, but she refused one of the numbers. XXXX XXXX XXXX representatives advised me that I was responsible for paying for the number that remained.
Prior to this transfer, the number in question was simply a " placeholder '' number with no device, calling plan, nor data plan. The fee to keep the number assigned to the account was XXXX per month. However, after this transfer, XXXX XXXX XXXX began charging me XXXX per month for the same number, without notifying me of any change. I had no means to access any service on this line whatsoever.
I disagreed that I owed more than XXXX for something I could not actually use in anyway. XXXX XXXX XXXX elevated that call to a supervisor, who completed a protest for forwarding up the approval chain. I never heard anything else from XXXX XXXX XXXX.
In approximately XXXX XXXX, I noticed a new collection account on my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX had turned this account over for collection and this is hurting my credit score.

Debt was paid
Complaint: I already filed a complaint previously the complaint ID XXXX. Against Receiveables Performance Management. According to them they are correctly reporting to the credit bureau and that XXXX enlisted them to collect a debt ( which was already paid to XXXX ) I contacted XXXX once again who has again stated that because I had a agreement to pay them and I paid as per our agreement they did not enlist Receivables Performance Management. One of these companies is in the wrong!!!!!! I had an agreement with XXXX to pay at a certain time and if I kept to this agreement no collection activites or action would take place! So if XXXX indeed contacted Receivables Performance then they are in the wrong and if they did not as they keep telling me then Receivables Performance is in the wrong. All I know is I kept my end of the agreement and next step is to seek legal advice! This is very deceptive and something is not right.

Debt is not yours
Complaint: XXXX XXXX is attempting to collect a debt that is not mine. Possibly fraudulent account I have disputed this debt which was never validated as per the guidelines of the FCRA and FDCPA. This account should not be reported until credible information is obtained such as a contract bearing my signature assuming debt, a itemized copy of the bill reflecting how the balance was calculated, and confirmation that this collection agency has bought the debt or was assigned the debt and have a legal right to collect it from me under my jurisdiction and statutory rights. Please help me resolve this matter quickly and efficiently before any further damages are obtained.
