Complaint: This account should have never been reported to my credit report. There was an error with XXXX and the issue was resolved directly through XXXX. This collection agency was notified early XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX to delete the account and has yet to do. In fact, theyve recently verified the account as valid with XXXX after XX/XX/XXXX which was after Ive received the letter from RPM promising to remove the account. I called XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX who informed by that it will be additional 30-60 days since i exercised my right to dispute the account. I plan on pursueing legal action if this account is not removed immediately.

Complaint: I disputed a debt on my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX from receivable Performance. I asked the company to provide me with a validation of the debt, I also told them that this account is not mine. I send them a letter certified. which was received and signed on XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX. As of today XX/XX/XXXX I have not received anything from this company and they are still reporting this debt as mine on my credit report. Im attaching a copy of the letter and the certificate of delivery.

Complaint: Receiveables Performance Management has reported to XXXX and XXXX credit bureaus that I currently have a remaining debt of {$340.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX which is FALSE REPORTING and a direct violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). By law they are required to report accurate information! This account is settled in full therefore, no balance should be reflecting and the account must be closed according to FEDERAL LAW!!!!
Receivables Performance Management is negatively effecting my credit for the month of XXXX for a debt settled in full on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$410.00}. Complaint: With date XX/XX/XXXX, I made a payment of {$120.00} for cell charges. Numbers XXXX, XXXX and XXXX in store # XXXX of the West of XXXX ( see Receipt # 1 ) On XX/XX/XXXX, I went in store # XXXX of XXXX to transfer the Cell number XXXX and XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX , explaining to Sale Rep. that the line XXXX was not going away to use any more.
The day XX/XX/XXXX, 16 days after I made the change of the numbers to XXXX XXXX XXXX, I went again in the Store # XXXX of XXXX and made a payment of {$110.00} ( See Receipt # 2 ) I received a notification from XXXX that Cell line XXXX was delinquent and had to pay a penalty, so I went to Store # XXXX again on XX/XX/XXXX making a payment of {$100.00} for this line that did not it had not been used or had charged minutes ( See Receipt # 3 ). Again I told the XXXX Representative that that line was not in use, he replied that I need to call at XXXX. I made the call and talk to the Representative named XXXX XXXX # XXXX canceling the completed cell ending XXXX.
After having made all the payments explained, I am notified by XXXX Credit Alert that I had reports on my credit for delinquint. ( Potentially negative information has been posted to your Credit Report ) .I suppose this was the reason for the denial of credits to which it applies. This did not stop and they kept on sending collection notification to the credit bureaus and phone calls to me, by those Agencies : A.- XXXX XXXX XXXX B.- RECEIVABLES PERFORMANC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, AL XXXX XXXX, WA XXXX PH : XXXX PH : XXXX and the last report was on XX/XX/XXXX.
I was several times in XXXX XXXX and I made phone calls to the offices of XXXX to complete this problem and they continue with this abuse harassment since XX/XX/XXXX.
I consider myself a citizen complying with the laws and with a record of good moral behavior in the 33 years I have been living in the country, with a good credit record that they are affecting.
For this reason I demand that my credit be repaired by XXXX and those agencies and leave this abuse of harassment.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX, I was trying to qualify for a home loan I was confronted with a debt from a company Receivables Performance. I XXXX the companies contact information. I spoke with several people about the debt they stated I owed to XXXX. I asked for a breakdown of the charges owed to XXXX. On my credit report it's currently reading I owe a balance of XXXX highest of XXXX. I then asked for a letter of some kind to confirm the balance. The representatives of the company stated it would take 30 days I also asked for a letter to confirm they are truly collecting on the behalf of XXXX. I was said they sent me a letter in XXXX. I explained I never got it. I even asked them to email it to me it was against companies policy. After going back and forth I paid what was to be a settlement amount of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I was then told I would get a letter via email to confirm that the bill was paid. It was also stated to me that the settle would be updated on Sunday XX/XX/XXXX. After 24 to 48 hours of the payment clearing my bank. I called back on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with yet another representative to confirm my payment and asked about my letter to confirm my payment I was told the letter takes 10 days to generate. I still don't have a letter or receipt of payment. I was called on XX/XX/XXXX and asked to make a payment of XXXX or XXXX to settle the remaining balance of the debt. I stated to agent I paid the agreed amount the agent kept saying that wasn't what we agreed upon. I asked for a manager. The manager said she was sorry my number was accidently called 5x and would remove my number from the data base and would sent my receipt of payment within twXXXX hours of our phone conversation. No letter or email. I called back on XX/XX/XXXX requesting a receipt the agency told me it was under review and I would get it in a hour of our phone call.

Complaint: I was contacted by " Receivables Performance Management '' XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, WA XXXX I was told the had a debit for a previous account I had, they asked me if I wanted a settlement. I paid from my debit card on XX/XX/XXXX and the funds were taken from my account. It was removed from my credit report. More then a year later I received a piece of mail from XXXX XXXX try to collect on the same account. I immediately called them and told them about RPM and the settlement. They told me they would look into it in contact me. I got on the phone and contacted RPM and I was told they were going to have to pull the voice recordings from XX/XX/XXXX. I was to be contacted, I did not hear back I called back 25 times! Manager to manager excuse after excuse the files were stored in a separate location they had to submit to get the audio file. I ask my bank to revoke the transaction of settlement from them because it was obvious they had taken by money and they weren't consered with helping. Unfortunately it had been over 6 months, and the funds couldn't be pulled back.
There was previously a reslease and RPM and XXXX amount on the closed account on my credit report. Today after I have spent a lot of time energy a money to XXXX out everything on my credit report XXXX XXXX is still Harassing me and trying to collect on something that's been paid for over 2 years! Now it's on my credit report and I'm freaking out. Despretly need addvise, please help me!

Complaint: Receivable Performance management ( on Behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX ) Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Washington Zip : XXXX Phone # : XXXX They reported a derogatory remarks to the credit bureau and damaged my 10 yrs clean credit records based on the failed communication. This debt collection agency failed to communicate to me and within few trial of communication and based on the failed communications. This debt collection agency did not try to reach out to me in enough means before damaging my credit history.
I would like to pay off the balance ( {$60.00} ) with this agency and I want them to remove the derogatory remarks about my credit reporting.
I want consumer finance to help me in this situation and resolve this unfortunate circumstances. I would like to pay off the tiny amount to the agency and I want the debt agency to remove the remarks in my credit history.

Complaint: I made a settlement offer with Receivables Performance Management ( RPM ), a collection agency for XXXX XXXX. The settlement was made in XX/XX/XXXX and accepted by RPM, all payments were made in accordance with the settlement agreement. Today, XX/XX/XXXX RPM is stating I still owe the original balance. I have a hard copy of the settlement that was printed from their WEB site that clearly shows the settlement was agreed to and that all payments were made.
I called RPM and explained this to them and they said they have no such agreement with me. Please help in resolving this matter with RPM. I can provide all the evidence you need to show that they agreed to this settlement and I made all payments according to the agreement.

Complaint: This company has been calling me all week. When I tried answering the first two times, there was no one on the line or I could not hear them. Then on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX when they called, I answered and talked to a person. This heavily accented person asked for someone other than me. I said that he had the wrong number and that I didn't appreciate this company calling me two times per day everyday. I told him to remove my number from their calling list. I told him that I am not that person and to take me off their list ; that they have the wrong number. My request has been ignored. Complaint: Received letter from XXXX XXXX offering an amount to settle account. The letter states your account will be considered " Settled in Full '' Once I paid the debt my credit report updated to " Settled - less than full balance ''. I believe that is very deceptive and misleading. It appears as if your debt will be considered settled in full however it is stating you settled for less. This was never stated in the letter or phone call.
