Debt is not yours
Complaint: Original creditor XXXX 's debt was sold to XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX to ask for itemized balance showing how they came to the total. XXXX told me that they cant send me anything but XXXX would have that information. I called XXXX and was told that XXXX has all of the information regarding the balance, but that I was charged multiple monthly payments after his XXXX account was cancelled. Both creditors refused to send me any sort of debt validation and would not share any more information.

Attempts to collect debt not owed

Debt collection: Other debt

Debt was paid
Complaint: We reached out to RPM LLC, Receivables Performance Management LLC, to pay a debt owed from a XXXX XXXX. We were given an offer for the debt and we paid it, the orignal debt was for roughly XXXX and we paid XXXX in the settlement offer. The very next day we saw on our credit that they put on there we owed the remaining balance of XXXX dollars. When we contacted them they said our manger has to approve and it will get updated, but there system updates every Saturday. The next 3 days they put the same amount on our credit, so its now on there 4 times, so obviously there system updates when they want it to. We try calling them and they either hang up on us, or put us on hold. This is not fair or legal practices and they should not be in business!

The representative was extremely rude and hostile. They advised me to ay my bill and that even if wrong info on file, I must pay for them to remove. I reiterate i don't have an account with the referenced creditors ( They seemed lost and no accurate information was verified other than my name and not my middle name ). Please help me remove this erroneous information, which is a violation of my rights and the fair credit reporting act. Kind Regards, XXXX XXXX XXXX

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2017, I sent a letter to Receivables Performance Management ( RPM ) collection agency, requesting they ( RPM ) VALIDATE, not VERIFY a debt that they ( RPM ) is trying to collect from me. I specifically stated " Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I have the right to request validation of the debt you say I owe you. I am requesting proof that I am indeed the party you are asking to pay this debt, and there is some contractual obligation that is binding on me to pay this debt. '' I requested RPM to send me, in addition to a signed a signed agreement, the following : Please provide the following : Agreement with your client that grants you the authority to collect on this alleged debt. Agreement that bears the signature of the alleged debtor wherein he/she agreed to pay the creditor. Any insurance claims been made by any creditor regarding this account. Any Judgments obtained by any creditor regarding this account. Name and address of alleged creditor. Name on file of alleged debtor. Alleged account number. Address on file for alleged debtor. Amount of alleged debt. Date this alleged debt became payable. Date of original charge off or delinquency. Verification that this debt was assigned or sold to collector. Complete accounting of alleged debt. Commission for debt collector if collection efforts are successful. RPM sent me a billing statement which does not, BY LAW, meet the requirements to validate a debt. RPM has reported delinquent information to the credit bureaus. I am requesting the delinquent information to be deleted from my credit reports immediately.

Debt is not yours
Complaint: I recently received a copy of my credit report. On my report it show a collection account for receivable performance for {$82.00}. I never received anything stating this was being placed on my file or that I ever owed this debt! Because I did not recognize this account as being mine I sent a certified letter asking for VALIDATION of this debt to the collection agency on XX/XX/XXXXwhich was received by a representative of the company on XX/XX/XXXX. I requested that this debt be Validated within 30 days of receipt of my letter.. and if they were unable to send Validation Per the FCRA guidelines the alleged debt should be removed from my credit file. I have the right to have a alleged debt validated. As of today i have not received any communication from the collection agency. Per FCRA if they can not validate this alleged debt I must be removed as a account on my credit file because it doesnt belong to me! I am now asking that the information be removed from my file as the debt has failed to be validated. I am trying to obtain financing and this black mark has been detrimental to my ability to obtain credit.

Frequent or repeated calls
Complaint: Company uses auto dialer that calls every five minutes for days on end. No one on the line. Forces you to call the number to get a person. They were calling my business number, and costing business and time expense with no one on the other end when picked up. This went on for 5 days. When I called the number and finally got a person, they were looking for someone we have never heard of. When I stated they need to inform management about this horrible practice of calling with no one on the line I got no reply. When I stated I would report to FTC I was told " Good Luck '' by the collector. This practice needs to stop. Receivables Performance Management XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, WA XXXX XXXX

Frequent or repeated calls
Complaint: I bought a phone contract with XXXX online, where I was told My service would include " international calling '' specifically, calls to the XXXX where my wife resides. I ask the agent specifically about this. I went to the local XXXX store and activated the phone I had received. A few days later my service was discontinued. I contacted the local store and they said I had to return the phone, because my credit was not good enough for the contract they had sold me online. I returned the phone and was refunded my payment. Then they sent me a bill two months later saying I owed them {$430.00} for the few days I had used the phone and for long distance calls. I contacted XXXX and explained how their agent expressly told me calls to the XXXX were " covered '' under my plan. However, after review they said my " international '' coverage was only for XXXX and XXXX. After my refusal to pay this ridicules amount they have turned the " debt '' over to a collection agency and even lied saying I had already made a payment, which I had ( my original payment online ) but that amount was refunded to me. They are the ones who terminated our contract without notice and I will not pay them because of their breach and lies about coverage.

Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Complaint: On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I made the decision to port my three mobile telephone line from XXXX to XXXX wireless. I informed XXXX that day because I had a previous balance that was due. The XXXX representative informed me that the previous balance and the current balance would be adjusted once the old devices were returned to XXXX. I was also instructed that it would take approximately two weeks to get the package and posting documents to send the devices back. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email stating that my account as going to be turned over to collections for none payment. I contacted XXXX and they told me to disregard the email because the devices were in route back to the company and the adjustments would need to be made to the balance. I was then informed that no later than XX/XX/XXXX I should receive my final bill with all my adjustments. I waited for the updated bill and logged into my account but the balance still read {$770.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a phone call from a collection agency named Receivable Performance Management in regards to my XXXX account. The customer service rep I spoke with was very aggressive and when I tried to explain that XXXX has not forwarded me my finalized statement she then began to over talk me and yell a break down of charges on my account. I attempted on three different times to explain to her that credits needed to added to my account and them I would pay XXXX my remaining balance due. She told me that XXXX would not take payment and that they would forward me back to her. I then hung up. I contacted XXXX that same day at approximately XXXX and spoke with XXXX . He reviewed my bill and looked over the charges. He even broke down the charges for the remaining balance. He even observed that I was charged for a service that I did not have on my phone. He called the adjustments department and had them remove it which he stated could take up to two days. When I asked about my tablet he informed that services were not suspended when I asked but were done at a later date. He informed me that those charges will need to be added to the final balance but that final bill will not come due to XX/XX/XXXX. He then stated that I should be able to login to my account and see the final bill by XX/XX/XXXX. When I asked him about payment he informed me that XXXX will still accept payment on the account and that the account is still with them. He also stated that once the payment is made they will notify the collection agency, but they still legally own the account. He informed me that no action can take place until the tablet charges are added to the final bill.
