Complaint: In response to a denial of an extension of credit, this consumer checked with one or more consumer reporting agencies and discovered the following : 1. On or about XX/XX/2019, Radius Global Solutions ( hereinafter RGS ) began furnishing negative information about this consumer to one or more consumer reporting agencies. ( See attached Exhibit A ) 2. Upon information and belief, RGS is a debt collector as defined in section 803 ( 6 ) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). As part of RGSs debt collection activities, RGS furnishes information to consumer reporting agencies. As such, RGS is a person or entity subject to regulation and liability under Section 623 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), which imposes a series of duties and prohibitions upon any person or entity that furnishes information to a consumer reporting agency. 3. Section 623 ( a ) ( 7 ) of the FCRA requires that persons or entities such as RGS send to this consumer an initial disclosure stating that RGS may report information about this consumer to one or more consumer reporting agencies. Additionally, Section 623 ( a ) ( 7 ) of the FCRA requires that this disclosure be provided to this consumer in writing, prior to, or no later than thirty days after RGS furnishes the negative information about this consumer to a consumer reporting agency. 4. In connection with the furnishing of negative information about this consumer to one or more consumer reporting agencies, RGS failed to notify this consumer in writing that it had furnished negative information to one or more consumer reporting agencies, a practice commonly referred to as debt parking. 5. Notice of the debt and that RGS is reporting it is of particular importance to this consumer, the deprivation of which has caused this consumers personal character, reputation, and/or credit to be unjustly damaged. In addition to the foregoing, RGS is furnishing the negative information about this consumer to one or more consumer reporting agencies under what appears to be an alleged account ( # XXXX ). Upon a meaningful review and investigation into this consumers records, this consumer has determined that there does not exist a record of any transaction ( s ) executed between RGS and this consumer under account # XXXX. Therefore, it is reasonable for this consumer to believe that RGS is falsely representing to one or more consumer reporting agencies that it holds an account belonging to this consumer. Furthermore, in the absence of such a record, it is reasonable for this consumer to believe that RGS used this consumers identifying information without authority to manufacture and give semblance to the existence of an alleged account.

Complaint: After viewing a copy of my report, I noticed a collection account placed on my credit report from Radius Global Solutions LLC in XX/XX/2019 in the amount of {$480.00}. First and foremost, I have confirmed that the debt collector, Radius Global Solutions LLC is not licensed in the state of Louisiana to collect on this debt. Secondly, Radius Solutions LLC violated FDCPA rules and regulations when they failed to send me a written debt validation notice including the amount of the debt, name of the creditor, and notice of the consumer 's right to dispute the debt within 30 days. Third, what obligation do I have at all to Radius Solutions LLC? I have never heard of them, have no written contract with them and have never received any benefits from them, yet Radius Global Solutions LLC has submitted negative information to all three credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) against my name and social security number and is demanding payment from me in the amount of {$430.00}.

Complaint: I received a notification from XXXX credit reporting agency that my credit score was decreased by 46 points because of a negative entry submitted by Radius Global Solution for {$100.00}, I called Radius Global and asked them to verify the debt over the phone and in writing because I did not even know what the debt was for. The phone agent transferred me to an alleged supervisor. The supervisor, when attempting to verify my contact information, told me my address, which was not even correct. I was told By the supervisor I would receive an email verifying the debt. To date, I have not received any email. This company submitted a negative entry to my credit report without giving me an opportunity to even see the debt or pay it.

In the results of your first investigation, you stated in writing that you verified that these items are being reported correctly? Who verified these accounts? You have NOT provided me a copy of ANY original documentation required under Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) and under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified. The law is very clear as to the Civil liability and the remedy available to me for negligent noncompliance ( Section 617 ) if you fail to comply. I demand the following accounts be verified or deleted immediately.
