Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, I mailed a certified letter to XXXX/XXXX, and Radius Global for validation of the credit card account stating I owe XXXX {$2300.00} and XXXX {$2900.00} they placed on my credit report, which does not belong to me, I never open this account with XXXX/XXXX, Radius and XXXX, its been over 120 days and XXXX ( XXXX ) only sent was bill statements attempt to show proof, no proof of signature which I requested. Radius Global never replied with the XXXX XXXX collect account and now XXXX ( XXXX ) is stating they have assign to Radius Global. I need Radius Global to show proof of both accounts by supply signatures.

Complaint: I received notification to my credit reports of a collections by the company, Radius Global Solutions. I was never sent any communications from this company, neither have i ever received any calls from this company. So for them to place this on my credit report without attempting to contact me, is illegal. Adding the amount for collections is in dispute. I today contacted the initial company/creditor XXXX XXXX who verified that my driver 's license may have been used to verify my identity and obtain my social security number ( XXXX XXXX never requested my SS number for service ) and how the collections company XXXX have gotten my social security number to place the account on my credit reports. My driver 's license information is up to date, and I presently still reside at the address on the driver 's license plus XXXX XXXX has the same address as address of service and billing address. They also confirmed my telephone number, so this company had my contact number. Yet no attempts at communication. I am making a separate complaint against XXXX XXXX.

Complaint: I held one particular XXXX XXXX account since XXXX, that has a {$30000.00} credit limit. In approximately XXXX__ I guaranteed a credit card for a corporation that could eventually had difficulty making payments on time and during the merger in XXXX/XXXX. for XXXX XXXX, XXXX could not find that account at all. At that time, XXXX XXXX cancelled my personal credit card that was in good standing and had been in place for almost 17 years. In addition, XXXX XXXX began to charge a penalty interest rate of 29.99 % making the interest payments on this debt almost impossible, let alone payments to the principal. Many attempts were made to contact XXXX XXXX but to no avail. Multiple collectors from XXXX call my work several times a day, using aggressive language and tactics with me, my assistant and the receptionist. They have called my son. Attempts continue to be made directly to XXXX XXXX to resolve the issue and get on a reasonable principle and interest payment amount, but nothing gets resolved. They continue to harass me, destroy my credit rating and refuse a resolution.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received a credit alert that a collection from Radius Global Solutions was placed on my credit report. This collection is for {$990.00}. The open date states XX/XX/XXXX and the original creditor is XXXX. I have never received any communication from Radius Global Solutions. XXXX is a power company who operates in CT, MA & NH. I live in Maine - they do not service my state. I have lived in Maine for quite some time and could never have had a bill with XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX. Radius Global Solutions violated the FDCPA by not providing notification of the debt prior to placing a mark on my credit report. Radius Global Solutions is reporting false information on my credit report, as there is no possibility I had an account with XXXX which went delinquent in XX/XX/XXXX. Radius Global Solutions must remove this mark from my credit report immediately as well as provide validation of this debt they allege I owe. They must provide all historical statements as well as a signed contract and the alleged address that they are claiming XXXX provided services to me.

I've been getting continues calls and letters from collection agency Radius global solutions for an old debt to XXXX which was included in a list of accounts on my credit record when I did credit repair about 3 or 4 years ago. I check my credit record often and I see no accounts on collection, my record simply appears clean in all 3 bureous, and I actually have a new account with XXXX already. That account is from around XX/XX/2012 or even before. I asked the person that helped me fixing my credit and he said they have no right to charge me or do anything anymore against me. So I need these people to stop calling me or sending those letters. XX/XX/XXXX Radius reference number XXXX CURRENT CREDITOR ; XXXX XXXX I, XXXX {$1100.00} I got another letter after that on XX/XX/XXXX offering me an option to pay the debt in 3 payments, for a total of XXXX, but as said before, I know my credit is clean and this is for a very old debt which was cleared from my credit report

Complaint: In checking my credit, I found a collection for " Medical Payment Data ''. I called Radius Global Solutions and paid the balance using a credit card. I asked them for a XXXX-Balance email and a Letter of Deletion, which they said they would provide. I never got the email or letter, so I called them back. I got bounced around, transferred several times and then told that it would take 48 hours for the email and up to 60 days for the letter! ( I was not told this on the initial call. ) It has now been 48 days, still no email. I called them back, got bounced around again and then they gave me a number to call that did not work.
