Complaint: XXXX : XXXX Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC . Regarding loan : XXXX - XXXX, UT XXXX I am a XXXX in XXXX specializing in Short Sales. I have been doing this since XXXX. Never have I seen anything like this. I have had a good offer on this property since XXXX. Ocwen has drug their feet, changed numbers in their system, repeatedly putting me off for months at a time, only to turn around and tell me they now need updated financials from the borrower which is only due to Ocwen holding onto this property. I call Ocwen every few days - all my conversations are documented. Ocwen repeatedly told me that XXXX was the investor on this loan and that XXXX is the holdup. However, I have contacted XXXX and they confirmed that they ARE NOT the investors on this file. Also, Ocwen sent me a letter stating XXXX was the Trustee - XXXX told me that Ocwen has the sole power to make all decisions on this short sale. So, my complaint is that Ocwen has been giving me the run around for almost XXXX years - They have an offer for more than their current value yet they continue making me jump through hoops and stalling on officially responding to this short sale. I do not know what benefits they get for keeping this property on their books. But I have never seen such poor business practices. I have other loans I 'm working with Ocwen and the last one only took XXXX weeks to get an approval letter and the offer was lower than their current value. So, it would appear that Ocwen is intentionally keeping this negative file on their books for their own gain. This property is physically falling down the mountain and now with the heavy snow melting the damage is only getting worse. The home is breaking in half - the roof leaks badly so there 's mold issues ... and they have a full price offer. There 's something wrong or shady going on with this file and Ocwen.

Complaint: I submitted a request for assumption back in mid XXXX XXXX. I confirmed reciept with Ocwen and I also called to verify that they had a complete package and they said they did. I also followed up on several occassions being advised that I would receive an answer shortly. It has been over two months since I submitted my complete package and today XXXX XXXX XXXX I received a call from XXXX XXXX at Ocwen advising that he needs all updated information and also he requested 2 new items a XXXX and an HOA statement. I advised that these were not requested initially and its now 2 months later and they are asking for new items? Ocwen promptly cashed my check for the assumption and today I am told that my file has not even been sent to underwriting at all.

Complaint: I just received an ameratization statement and it showed an among due of {$4800.00}! I immediately telephoned and received differences in amounts due either by automated and person. Finally asked for supervisor and received more different figures, told to call my bank and trace the payments, did that and all payments show being made to the mortgage, none returned. Telephone the mortgage company OCWEN with response from bank and giving them the 'dates and amounts of the payments ) and they ca n't tell me anything other than the money was returned, we did n't have permission to make XXXX payments, and they ca n't override their system to accept any payment other than {$4800.00}, due to the account is more than 87 days delinquent, yet now at the end of the call they want another {$2900.00} for a shortage in the escrow!! What can I do?

Complaint: According to the statements I have received, I have account shortage of around XXXX. After looking at the numbers, it seems that the calculations are off. If you look at page XXXX of XXXX on attached document, from XXXX 2016 to XXXX 2016, the payment of actual ending balance does n't change ... .now it does change for XXXX 2016 because they said they are assuming I will pay, but it does n't change for XXXX 2016. On my most recent statement, the same issue occurred and I do n't know how far back they back doing this

Complaint: Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC has violated RESPA 12 CFR 1024.17, Improper aggregate accounting in connection with the escrow account. On XXXX XXXX, 2017, Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC, provided me with an " escrow '' analyzes statement. Page XXXX of XXXX reflects that Ocwen loan Servicing LLc collected {$480.00} towards the Flood insurance policy. The amount of {$480.00} is incorrect. Flood policy reflect the premium to be {$260.00}. Ocwen collected a higher amount seeking to pocket the difference. Thus, according to the insurance agent ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ), the flood policy was never paid by Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC . This means that i was without flood insurance policy for an entire year while Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLc collected the amount from the escrow and failed to pay the insurance company. Page XXXX of XXXX, of the escrow analyzes reflect that Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC collected the amount of {$3600.00} towards the Hazard insurance. Please see the attached Hazard Policy. The record reveals that the insurance policy premium to be {$2600.00} and not the mount described in the escrow analyzes. Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC has committed fraud upon the escrow account

Complaint: I purchased my owner occupied home in XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX in XXXX. I used 80/20 financing from XXXX Mortgage/Litton. I defaulted in XXXX. I was negotiating a loan modification with Litton. Later Litton sold the 1st XXXX to Ocwen who modified my loan in XXXX, writing off about {$350000.00} of principal, lowering my loan amount from about {$570000.00} to {$220000.00}. I had to " earn '' this reduction by making timely payments for 3 years, etc. Now I have discovered that Ocwen did not eliminate the 2nd ( from the original 80/20 purchase ). I believe a case can be made that Ocwen should have eliminated the 2nd at the time of the modification. By not doing so, Ocwen effectively transferred the equity/benefit of the Principal Reduction to themselves! I believe it is irrelevant that Ocwen does not own the 2nd : the current holder of my 2nd, XXXX XXXX presumably paid good money to someone for it because they are demanding {$110000.00} from me! So something that had no value was given ( my ) value fraudulently. I believe Ocwen was " paid '' by the US Government to provide me with this loan modification because I believe it was the result of a settlement with the US Justice Dept. whereby Ocwen agreed to do penance by offering loan modification to atone for its sins. So I believe a case can be made that Ocwen defrauded both me and the US Govt. XXXX/Litton XXXX al is also guilty because someone sold a worthless 2nd that is now worth {$110000.00}. The 2nd XXXX had no value before the principal reduction and should have been eliminated if Ocwen had used a modicum of common sense. If they had notified me, I could have negotiated with the 2nd, just as is routinely done in Short Sale transactions were is it almost universally true that XXXX sign off for nothing or close to nothing because if the 1st is underwater and doing a Short Sale, the 2nd is worthless. It seems to me that a case can be made that Ocwen had a duty to me because since they were modifying my loan they were in the similar position of a Mortgage Broker or Bank with Superior Knowledge. It seems to me this is a possible test case/ class action case. Complaint: I was put on a modification payment XX/XX/XXXX and made the required downpayment and when I went to make my XX/XX/XXXX paymen ton XX/XX/XXXX. ocwen would not take my payment online and I called and was told a relationship manager would call me on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX. no one called. I called again and was told the next available date for a call back is XX/XX/XXXX and I asked for an earlier appointment as I wanted to make sure I paid XX/XX/XXXX mortgage per the repayment plan. I received a call XX/XX/XXXX and explained this again and and I was put on another repayment plan to take effect XX/XX/XXXX with a payment of {$4900.00} and 5 payments of to get back to current payment of {$3500.00}. I schedule another call back for XX/XX/XXXXto make sure payment was taken out of the account on XX/XX/XXXX. I am told today that was denied. each time this lender keeps giving info to me and I comply and then they change their mind and causes more fees and time. I never received any mailed documents as it was to be sent via email as requested. now they cant take the payment because its over 90 days. and the relationship manager refuses to transfer me to US rep., I have waited over 1 hour to speak to a manager in their XXXX office andXXXX keeps calling to transfer me and I cant keep holding

Complaint: My loan was purchased by Ocwen from XXXX ; this is after my loan had been sold several times before. It was originated at my local bank and sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who went bankrupt ; XXXX froze assets and totally made a mess of auto-debits and escrow. However with all the bedlam every time my mortgage was sold, my loan payment was never deemed late AS it was in the aftermath of the XXXX bankruptcy or any other loan servicer. The sale upended my autodebit payment and escrow balance every time. When Ocwen bought my mortgage XX/XX/XXXX ( I believe ) I was simply notified by mail and the uproar began again ; making sure everything was in place did not go well with Ocwen. After the mortgage was sold it was next to impossible to get any service or a person on the phone. This was not because Ocwen had a sophisticated phone system ; it was because the same man came on the phone every time & knew nothing. lt sounded more like an upstart company manned by one fraternity brother left to manage the concession stand than a professional loan company. My auto debit was upended multiple times causing the 30-59 day late payments on my credit report. I did not miss any payments through any fault of my own, it was the poor system Ocwen had in place. There are 4 late payments on my credit report and then a tax lien. IF my homeowners insurance and taxes were being paid by Ocwen as they should have been there would be no late tax payments OR any need for local people down on the square at the courthouse to place a lien on my property. I ONLY know anything about the tax lien because it, along with the supposed late payments, because OCWEN is harming my credit! I had a large loss House fire XX/XX/XXXX and I lost much of my paperwork ; SO I can not produce Ocwen paperwork ; I do however have the lovely tax lien during their tenure with my mortgage. I thank God for Ocwen NOT being my mortgage holder when the fire happened ; I shudder to think how they would have handled the whole thing. I want Ocwen to do the right thing and own up to their fault in my late payments AND remove the blot on my credit. They were a nightmare that just continues ; I have disputed this blot and tax lien several times through the credit bureaus to no avail. I was widowed XX/XX/XXXX and I have managed my household and paid my mortgage all this time ; I as a consumer, and a widow and a veteran deserve better for being a good homeowner and paying my mortgage. I hope something will make them do the right thing, apparently they have acted wrongly with other consumers. Thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX

I am in Discovery and am finding discrepancies in the documents filed by OCWEN as inconsistent with proper documentation. ie assignments signed and notarized by robosigners XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, Redacted copies of a Note, Mortgage and attestations under Notary in presentation of their Discovery not having correct name ... A I do not want to lose a house when a Plaintiff appears under false pretenses regardless of duplicity or ignorance. I paid the mortgage off previously with XXXX and was not acknowledged.
