Complaint: I called XXXX the end of XXXX and I was informed by the agent that Deutsche Bank National Trust was the investor for my mortgage ( loan number XXXX ). I called Deutsche Bank National Trust ( using the phone number provided by XXXX ) and was directed to speak to XXXX. I wast told that he handled the mortgages handling for the state of Virginia. I reached out to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX via fax to explain my concerns and issue with identification of the investor on my loan and the negotiated payoff offer. I left several messages over the next few days and then spoke to XXXX directly the first week of XXXX. He explained that " XXXX continues to makes mistakes by misinforming their customers that Deutsche Bank National Trust is the investor on their mortgages. '' He continued " we have issue with XXXX sending people out was with the wrong information and I may be able to help identify who the correct investor is on your mortgage ''. After this conversation we shared the following email correspondence forwarded below in this email. I responded to XXXX email with the information provided, however he has not returned my phone calls nor responded to any follow-up emails. I reach back out to XXXX escalation department several time and they continue to identify Deutsche Bank National Trust as they investor, however they continue to deny that fact.

Complaint: I filed a bankruptcy that was discharged in XXXX 2011. At that time, XXXX was the servicer of my loan. XXXX was informed that I had surrendered the property through the Bankruptcy and I vacated the home. They applied for and received a lift of stay so that they could commence with taking back the property. Just prior to the Bankruptcy discharge, they sold the servicing rights to Ocwen. For years Ocwen called to collect on the debt even after being informed that I was protected by the Bankruptcy. Ocwen employed delay tactics by trying to get me to agree to a modification. It took Ocwen five years to sell the property. They issued me a XXXX cancellation of Debt but they have it coded incorrectly. It should be noted that it was due to a Bankruptcy. This is unacceptable and a violation of Bankruptcy Code

Complaint: I purchased my home in XXXX with a 1st and 2nd mortgage. Ocwen currently owns the servicing of both of my mortgages. My 1st mortgage was a XXXX Interest Only and now adjusts every 6 mos. My 2nd mortgage is a 30 due in 15 with an interest rate of XXXX %. Due to the housing market crash in XXXX, I was not able to refinance because I now owe more than my condo is worth. Since I pay my mortgage on time each month and not in default, I was told my 1st and 2nd mortgages could not be modified. Since I am not able to refinance due to my current value vs. what I owe and Ocwen is not willing to help, I am left in a situation to worry about the payment adjusting every month months, rates increasing and paying on a 2nd mortgage with high rate that will be due in 3 yrs,

Complaint: My uncle had a mortgage loan that I believe was bought out by Ocwen when he passed away in XX/XX/XXXX. I qualified as his administrator with the local courts and notified Ocwen accordingly. Soon after, the heirs to the estate then gifted the home to me. I sent Ocwen my uncle 's death certificate and a copy of the certificate/letter of qualification so that they could speak with me about the loan. I tried calling multiple times requesting information as to what I could do to keep the home, that has been home to me for now 40 years. My contact efforts with Ocwen began XX/XX/XXXX and after many failed attempts to speak with someone that could help me, I hired a lawyer who helped me do a short sale application on the loan. I hired an independent appraiser to appraise my home and he came back with an appraisal showing $ XXXX. After sending the short sale application multiple times, we still never received any acknowledgement from Ocwen. On XX/XX/XXXX, years later, I received a certified letter dated XX/XX/XXXX stating that my home will be sold at public auction on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX I contacted my attorney, who then called XXXX XXXX XXXX, advising that we had submitted a short sale application several times to Ocwen over the years. We were advised to send it again and we did. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter about a conditional short sale approval and the auction was canceled. A couple of weeks later, I received a call from an appraiser on behalf of Ocwen stating he wanted to come out to appraise my home. He did and he came back with an appraisal of $ XXXX. Now this is odd, because there has been no renovations to the home since the initial appraisal. Finally, Ocwen responded advising that I did not qualify for the short sale because I am family. Ocwen has been impossible to work with and has caused more stress than I can tell you about. I have made every attempt to work with them with hopes that I could purchase and keep my home ; however, I am still in limbo not knowing what will happen next. They know that I have a vested interest in the home not only because I live in the home but also because my grandmother 's and my uncle 's graves are here at the home. It has been years and I am no closer to resolve than I was in XX/XX/XXXX. Ocwen 's business practices are horrible. To say this is a business, there is no sense of urgency to resolve a matter. I have made every attempt to resolve this but all I get is " crickets '' and years later, a foreclosure letter. Now I sit in limbo yet again. I need resolution so that I can move forward with my life living in MY HOME.

Complaint: I was forced to sign pretender lender loan servicer {$750000.00} loan modification settlement, over {$200000.00} more then the Option One Mortgage loan that was paid in full to avoid Ocwen 's fraudulent trustee sale. Attached is email communication between Ocwen scum lawyer " XXXX XXXX '' denying my written request to have the right to discuss my matter before a congressional hearing before congress. Ocwen scums thought I would bend over and obey. The XXXX is aware of my matter and is correctly scheduling a hearing. So, get ready scums. Even if pretender lender loan servicer OcwenLoan Servicing is successful fraudulently auctioning off my home I will still fight till justice is served and I get my home back.

Complaint: My mother had fallen ill in XX/XX/2016 and subsequently passed in XX/XX/2016. I had missed some time off work under FMLA and as a result my mortgage fell behind but I was keeping up with the payments just enough to avoid the property going into foreclosure so I could catch up later. On XX/XX/2016, as I was driving, I phoned my mortgage company to check on the last date I could make a payment to avoid my property going into foreclosure and was told my one of their relationship managers that I had until XX/XX/2016, to make the payment. Because there was a language barrier, I asked her three separate times to make sure I understood the exact date and she told me three times that I had until XX/XX/2016, to make the payment. On XX/XX/2016, I attempted to make the payment online and could n't. I then phoned the company and informed another relationship manager that the computer was n't letting me make a payment and he informed me that I had missed the 89 days and would have to make the complete three month payment in order to bring the loan current. I told him I was not even aware of any 89-day rule and he said the relationship manager I had previously spoken with was supposed to inform me and I told him she had not or I would have made the payment with her over the phone that same day while I had her on the phone. I then contacted the mortgage company 's Resolution department to have the call pulled. They said they pulled the call but later told me they could not provide me any information on their findings. I explained the situation and complained that their staff had given me some mis-information which caused me to miss my deadline and therefore send my loan into the foreclosure status I was trying to avoid. I filed a complaint and after many many weeks, I was giving the opportunity to apply for a loan modification. This process took several months and they took their time about requesting the necessary information from me in a timely manner and seemed to be stalling. This eventually caused me to miss the deadline for getting the " Making homes affordable '' plan at the end of XX/XX/2016. Now my loan modification has been approved but the note is almost doubled from what I was paying before which is causing me another hardship and which could eventually lead to me losing my property. I was initially lied to and manipulated into making my payment after the allotted time so I would be forced into foreclosure. I was also denied the findings of the phone conversation. I have documented each and every call I 've made to the company. Prior to my mother falling ill, I had not made any late payments on my mortgage. I even made double payments a few times. Their mis-hap has also caused my credit to be affected negatively.

Complaint: I received a XXXX and a XXXX for {$0.00} for XX/XX/XXXX from OCWEN. The property in question was foreclosed on and the debt discharged under chapter XXXX bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX, however the date of the identifiable event is listed as XX/XX/XXXX. I 'd never heard of OCWEN prior to receiving these documents, so it is unclear how they were transferred a mortgage that had been discharged in XX/XX/XXXX, and are now trying to take a write off on a loss that they should not have incurred. Is there a pattern of false reporting from this company that needs to be investigated?

Complaint: We sold our house in XXXX 2014 and we received the FULL RECONVEYANCE along with a check for the money we made from the sale of the house. We did n't know until now when we are trying to buy a house that OCWEN destroyed our credit because they said our house was paid for less than the balance. I have been fighting with them for months and they now say we owned them almost {$10000.00} and they refuse to clear our credit report to show the house was paid in full. The title company and the Escrow company has even been involved and does not understand. OCWEN claimed they voided out the payoff quote and gave a new one however, no one ever saw it and it was done after the house was paid in full and we received our FULL RECONVEYANCE. Again, they refuse to change our credit reports and they claim we owe them almost {$10000.00}.

Complaint: My loan was transferred from GMAC to Ocwen years ago. I had to fight with them on even getting ACH payments set up. I have NEVER made a single late payment on my morgtage, and today when I noticed my XXXX 2017 payment was never pulled by OCWEN I called them. I was told they transferred me to a new division in OCWEN and that the system cancelled my ACH payments and I was " notified by a letter sent out ''. I was NEVER notified, I have NEVER made a late payment and now they wo n't set up my payments again. In order to set up a matching payment plan they want an extra mortgage payment upfront " because that is what the system tells them ''. I will be watching my credit reports and scores closely, I have spent too long rebuilding my credit from my " stupid XXXX 's '' period to now to have this crooked company ruin it now.
