Complaint: on 2 separate occasions i sent Lexis Nexis a certified letter requesting a security freeze be placed on my data. I also called them twice because I never received written confirmation that my request was processed and completed. On both occasions that i did speak with one of their reps they assured me my request was processed and they would send me either a letter in the mail or an email confirming my request was in fact taken care of. I never received either.

The judgment was filed against me by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$1600.00}. This information is fraudulent and the company was found guilty of the illegal business practices.
I begin making payments, and continued to make several payments to this company because I was led to believe that I was guilty because the courts were involved. I later learned about the injunction and ruling against said company.

Complaint: i attempted to get some quotes for homeowners insurance on my home, i was given and extremely high rate {$3900.00} per year. i asked why my rate was so high and i was told it is because of a claim i filed in 2016. I called my insurance company to question the claim and was informed i didn't have a claim. I further investigated and was directed to pull a XXXX report. Once i received the XXXX report i was able to see a claim was filed against my property on XX/XX/2016 for XXXX. I filed a dispute and then i contacted my insurance company with the information, i was informed of the person 's name. The person 's policy and address were totally different from mine, but the person is my niece, she had a tenant claim on her rental property at a totally different address, but somehow it is being charged against me. i contacted XXXX once again ( they are my agents and her agents also ) and was told that i would be held responsible but they will not remove from my XXXX report. This is cause me money and stressing me, i need to know if i need to seek legal action to have this remove.

Complaint: Per bankruptcy court as well as state of Kansas placed said items on my report for all credit bureaus without permission per these said companies have verified that they do not verify these for placement on credit bureaus, I have requested that they be removed the bankruptcy was discharged in XXXX. The state of Kansas XXXX XXXX XXXX placed a state lien without my knowledge or any correspondence with rising interest which is unfair so I would like for them both to removed these are reporting back form XXXX or XXXX these are placing a hindrance on my credit which is stopping me from getting approved and the credit bureaus XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX do not want to remove them. The state tax lien is only showing on my XXXX report. Both items are stopping me to be able to establish positive credit please help and get them removed

I immediately completed the Steps and sent in the original copy certified mail .contacted state of ga revenue. Then contacted XXXX again and spoke with an XXXX supervisor representative. Can someone help me please I was told that if I followed XXXX steps that it could be removed before 7 years. Complaint: Third party are reporting a bankruptcy on our credit reports. The bankruptcy is not disclosed by the bankruptcy court and are in violation to the fair credit act. I have asked for it to be removed from our credit reports but keep getting from the credit bureaus that it is a valid reporting without having verification other than stating theu received it from a third party. The bankruptcy court has informed me that they do not report information to the third party and that they do not disclose bankruptcies.

Complaint: On our around the XX/XX/XXXX, 2017, I received a Lexis Nexis report in the mail. I do not know why I received this report. Some information on the report is inaccurate. I tried to call the number listed on the letter to inquire about why I was receiving the report. I gave them the case number listed on the cover letter of the report and they said they did not have that number on file. They then told me I would need to give them my social security number and other information to determine who had ordered the report. I refused. I 'm not sure where to go from here but I do not feel comfortable with the situation and I am having trouble finding information about why I would have received this report. I do not know where to go from here.

Complaint: In XXXX a Bankruptcy was file and dismissed under my name.
The Bankruptcy is being reported / re verified, reported incorrectly, to XXXX by XXXX XXXX, in violation of Federal Regulations.
I.E. Fair Credit Reporting Act Sec. 1681C, mentions nothing in in this act on the disposition of dismissals or filings, the law clearly states from " Date of Adjudication '' or " Order of Relief '', in the event of a " Dismissal '' there is n't an " Order of Relief or " Adjudication ''.
or 1681 ( a ) 5 of the FCRA, for more detailed information.
Therefore, XXXX XXXX is in violation of selling/reverifying public records to XXXX, knowing they are in violation of Federal Regulations and XXXX is aware of this and still refuses to remove said, Bankruptcy Reporting action, from my report, both companies need to be held accountable for knowingly violating Federal Law.
So, all the reinvestgations have proven to be a farce and have n't held XXXX XXXX or XXXX to the letter of Federal Regulations
