Problem with personal statement of dispute
Complaint: Two ( 2 ) years ago today, XX/XX/XXXX, LexisNexis accessed my credit report which was under Initial Fraud Alert due to report of ID Theft on XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX.
XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX sent correspondence to me based on XXXX credit report sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX.
XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX sent correspondence to me stating " we are unable to authenticate you on information we received '' -- different Consumer #, different Case # ; but sent to me and my address of record since XX/XX/XXXX exclusively.
Keeping it simple here and starting @ the beginning since it disappears from credit reports tomorrow. If an American consumer, who is an Identity Theft victim, can not be authenticated by a company who is in the fraud detection and identity verification business? What possibility do you think exists for " contacting and working with this company? '' By the way, XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX is NOT accredited by XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) see attached five ( 5 ) documents.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a Certificate Letter to LexisNexis ( XXXX in order to validate the accuracy of the account which reported by US Bankruptcy Court negative information : US BANKRUPTCY Acc. # XXXX Its been more than 30 days since received my certificate letter to complete the investigation, and as of today I havent received any answer from them.
On XX/XX/XXXX I proceed to send other Certificated Letter : ( XXXX indicating that they had violated a Federal Law under the fair debt collection practice act, the fair credit reporting act and the corresponding local state law, by not replying in a timely manner to my initial letters. Once again, I never received a reply.
I am filling this complaint because LEXISNEXIS has ignored my request to provide me the documents that their company have on file and was used to verify the accounts I disputed. In two different occasions they havent verified this accounts. Under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA- they are required to '' promptly delete all information which can not be verified.
According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), you are required by federal law to verify - through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract - any and all accounts you post on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) you have on file of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Under the FCRA, unverified accounts must be removed and if you are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, you must remove the accounts listed below see attach below with copies of the letters sent a proof of delivery by USPS.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I called Lexis Nexis and spoke with XXXX who froze my credit report at my request. She informed me that I would reduce a confirmation letter and pin to unfreeze muy report in 7-10 days. On XX/XX/XXXX spoke with XXXX who confined that he saw tracking for the letter and pin. He stated they were mailed on XX/XX/XXXX and I would receive the letter, pin and my credit report within 7-10 businesses days from that date. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX exactly 11 days from XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX who stated that the letter and pin were mailed out on XX/XX/XXXX at my request, which is a completely false statement. They refuse to provide my credit report, as well as my confirmation letter and pin number.
