Complaint: Lexis Nexis has not provided no proof of no liens showing my name nor social security number.Lexis Nexis just state things with no proof to as there response collecting data or information that is not correct nor the amount showing correct. There has been no documentation and what law gives Lexis Nexis the right by law to state information with no proof from the source that Lexis Nexis states with no documentation to support there claims. There has been no proof from the source of the debt by the debt from them stating any liens or taxes by the the debt owed to by them from them. Lexis Nexis has not provided by law any documents by the debt that Lexis Nexis states from the source Lexis Nexis just has words with no supporting proof from the IRS or State that Lexis Nexis make claims.

Complaint: LexisNexis has not taken the necessary steps to correct information given to XXXX XXXX about an accident I was involved in on XX/XX/XXXX. The report has it listed as an At Fault Accident although it was not. The accident report taken by the police states that the other driver admitted he swerved in front of me causing me to hit his vehicle. Also, the claims representative that handled the claim agreed that it was NOT an At Fault accident yet, LexisNexis, XXXX, etc. has it listed as such. Again with another accident on XX/XX/XXXX, which was weather related, is also listed as an At Fault accident. My insurance quotes and rates have been ridiculously expensive averaging around $ 400/mo. because this issue has not been corrected or resolved.

Complaint: This is my 2nd time addressing this same issue. I originally mailed LexisNexis in XX/XX/XXXX and thought this would be fixed. But I have heard nothing and just pulled a new XXXX report which still shows the inaccurate information.
In XX/XX/XXXX my auto insurance literally tripled- for years I paid between $ 1200- $ 1700 yearly. Then when I wen to renew in XX/XX/XXXX it was {$4700.00}. I asked why and was told it was due to a ticket and claim.
On XX/XX/XXXX I ordered my XXXX report from LexisNexis confirmation # XXXX XXXX LexisNexis has me down for the following inaccurate information : XX/XX/XXXX at fault accident 4pts. ( I was not at fault and have a copy of the police report from the Michigan State Police attached ) If anyone wants to question its authenticity all they have to do is pull the report themselves.

I am not an attorney and had no idea what i could do to fix this. My insurance agent said I had to get a copy of my XXXX report and dispute anything that is wrong.
However, I am also a XXXX of my wife who has serious illnesses. XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and was on XXXX.
In XX/XX/XXXX My wife spent 5 months total in the hospital. In XXXX she spent 4-5 months and had XXXX XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I had to rush my wife to emergency 14 times. Each time resulting in her being admitted for at least 3 days, a few times for weeks. In XX/XX/XXXX I came up with XXXX XXXX. Had XXXX and now monitoring that along with caring for my wife, What I am trying to say is that I have very little time and energy to spare trying to get this corrected, but I can not afford the insurance.
I used to drive a XXXX XXXX, but had to get rid of it due to the high insurance cost. Me and my wife are now dependant on a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with over XXXX miles. Which always breaks down. And i am paying over {$1300.00} just for LIABILITY, which is absurd!
If I had to run my wife to emergency and the car breaks down she could die.
I recently found out that my XXXX report has me with 4 pts for an at fault accident in XX/XX/XXXX this is NOT CORRECT! I never had an accident in XX/XX/XXXX.
I was involved in an accident on XX/XX/XXXX which was not my fault, I did not get a ticket and even won a civil suit against the driver who did cause the accident and received the ticket.
PLEASE have LexisNexis correct my XXXX report and provide me with my FULL FILE DISCLOSURE REPORT. attached is the Request for FULL FILE DISCLOSURE FORM. I am also sending the original via certified mail.

Complaint: I submitted a public record investigation request to LexisNexis XX/XX//18. I received these very vague responses attached, more than 30 days later. Additionally, they exceeded 30-day response requirements as per the FCRA. In my correspondence, I requested the Method of Verification which LexisNexis did not give in clear violation of FCRA.
LexisNexis claimed to contact the bankruptcy court. I contacted the court and the clerk was certain there was no verification request from LexisNexis How can this be..?

Complaint: LexisNexis is reporting 4 BK accounts that were dismissed and filed in error. The law states from date of adjudication or date of order for relief. Any case, civil or otherwise, that has been dismissed no longer exists in the eyes of the law and a case filed may never have actually been adjudicated. Therefore, you have no right to maintain information which the government has deemed nonexistent.
Therefore, it is only fair that in accordance with Section 1681 ( a ) ( 5 ) of the FCRA you delete this information from my credit report and please send me a updated copy when it is completed. Considering that this does not require an investigation, I would appreciate your response within 2 weeks from the date you receive this letter.

Problem with personal statement of dispute
Complaint: Our Automobile insurance is with XXXX XXXX and we just purchased a new Automobile and notified XXXX about the change / update. They stated they would be send us a new Policy which included the new Automobile. Once we received it was outrageous over {$7600.00} per 1- year. We called and spoke with the agent - XXXX @ XXXX regarding our new policy. According to XXXX XXXX apparently Lexis Nexis had reported XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX with Adverse Driving Notices to XXXX and that was creating the very high policy. XXXX @ XXXX requested that we need to reach out to Lexis Nexis and resolve the issue with them specifically. As XXXX XXXX can't do anything for the XXXX family. We requested if XXXX could access the Texas motor vehicle division and run reports on the XXXX XXXX members. The results that XXXX received were totally different that Lexis Nexis had reported. All XXXX of the XXXX Family members had clear driving records in Texas.
Now we contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX and spoke with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. We stated the purpose of the call and that we needed to validate and clear why all XXXX of the XXXX family members had " Adverse Driving Notices from Lexis Nexis ''. XXXX proceeded to run reports on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and yes XXXX. To XXXX surprise, everyone came back with a CLEAR Records except for XXXX. By the way XXXX just received her Texas drivers license on XX/XX/XXXX and they couldn't locate anything on her period. However ; XXXX sent me papers which I have included that states that XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX have Adverse Notices. She was confused why Lexis Nexis did that and was going to send me my Lexis Nexis reports, see XXXX, XXXX, XXXX Lexis Nexis Reports included as all XXXX state CLEAR.
On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX called and spoke with XXXX but we were disconnected as I tried to gain additional information regarding XXXX XXXX.
XXXX called back again and spoke with XXXX XXXX. XXXX checked XXXX, XXXX and XXXX Lexis Nexis reports and again found the XXXX records CLEAR. However XXXX could not be found. XXXX in the meantime proceeded to send XXXX, XXXX hard copy reports that stated they were CLEAR, please see attached documents.
XX/XX/XXXX XXXX called back and spoke with XXXX XXXX at Lexis Nexis and he was not very helpful. In-fact he was very rude, resentful and non professional and demand that he speak with XXXX XXXX and authenticate her even though she is a minor. XXXX stated NO and that was not going to happen. And requested a Supervisor to call me back to discuss why Lexis Nexis needs to authenticate a minor and why I need to send her Texas Driver License number, Social Security number and Birth certificate Lexis Nexis. Thats their job not mine as they reported all XXXX of the XXXX family having Adverse Driving Notices not me or the State of Texas.
On XX/XX/XXXX A Lexis Supervisor ( I forgot his name ) from Lexis Nexis called and we discussed the issue. However ; he was demanding that he speaks with XXXX XXXX and authenticate her. XXXX is XXXX and a minor and I'm her parent responsible for her well being. Lexis Nexis didn't care as he read me their policy manual ( I don't work for them and remember they original reported all XXXX-of the XXXX family having Adverse Driving Notices, not me or the State of Texas ). It was a heated discussion and I gave him XXXX XXXX Texas Driver License Number and Social Security over the telephone and Lexis Nexis still couldn't locate XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX never spoke with the Supervisor.
That is why we need your assistance. We feel that Lexis Nexis has violated our rights : 1. Demanding to authenticate a minor that resides in her parents home.
2. Falsifying state records across state lines 3. Reporting false information to Insurance companies
and other vendors which creates Insurance rates to soar for the XXXX family over {$7600.00} per year 4. Time & research on the telephone, away from work attempting to prove the XXXX family innocents.
5. Trying to clear all XXXX of the XXXX name with Lexis Nexis which is an impossibility without legal counsel.

Complaint: I have a judgment against me from XXXX County Courts in XXXX, GA. I use to live in an apartment complex and left which caused me to break my lease. I have tried to settle the balance but have not been able to reach the company ( XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX ). I called XXXX XXXX several times ( from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX ) and they gave me the run around about how to pay and who to pay. The last time I called, I found out that another company now manages the apartments. I reached out to XXXX County Courts and they advised me to contact the lawyer for the case. I contacted the lawyer ( XX/XX/XXXX ) but did not receive a return message. I am stuck because I have been trying to settle this account. Because of this, I have been denied apartments because of this issue.

Complaint: To whom it may concern, I mailed a certified letter to Lexis Nexis 3 times asking to send me validation of proof of this public record chapter XXXX bankruptcy. Lexis Nexis responded that they received all three letters, but Lexis Nexis continues to send me a letter stating verified. I asked for the letter of verification be sent to me on courthouse letter head etc. a sample letter is attached. Lexis Nexis continues to put this matter in dispute why?? Lexis Nexis then sent me a credit report stating verified, that's not what Im asking for Im asking for. Proof of validation is, and Lexis Nexis continues to not validate or show proof. Lexis Nexis has no proof and I want this deleted off my account. This is my final step before filing suit in Small Claims Court.

I was assured this freeze was to be in place immediately and I would receive further documentation and a PIN for un-freezing when needed. Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I disputed a ch XXXX bankruotcy on my credit file wanting the information in the report to be reportrd accurately and be verified. XXXX had 30 days to do so upon request in the dispute XXXX removed the public record because they could not verify the accuracy of the information. As ofXX/XX/XXXX there weas no record of the bankruptcy on my credit file. As ofXX/XX/XXXX the information has / reinserted/reappeared on my XXXX credit report stating Lexis Nexis is the furnisher of the public record 3rd party vendor of the public record and not the court. I called XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to dispute this matter of the reinsertion I spoke with XXXX but he told me there is nothing he could do. Also it says on the report the date reorted for the bankruptcy was XX/XX/XXXX was that the date the inquiry was added or discharge? Again inaccuracies I have a report of XX/XX/XXXX that does not include the bankruptcy on the record and the discharge date for the bankruptcy was XX/XX/XXXX.I never recieved Certification Of Accuracy with a 5 day notice telling me about the reinsertion. Adding XXXX did not verify the public record with the court or court reporters because the court does not verify or furnish information to the credit bureau. Public record sources must also include individuals name, address, full social security number, and date of birthto improve accuracy by the standards of the National Consumer Assistance Plan. I am requesting this information be deleted for finial resolution

Lexis Nexis refuses to delete the bankruptcy from there records permanently.
In XX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXX I was a victim of extortion a girl used me for money which is why I filed a chapter XXXX they claim the bankruptcy needs to stay on my report XXXX and I strongly disagree.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I was informed by XXXX XXXX that LexisNexis was showing a claim history for me ( including a {$31000.00} claim in XX/XX/XXXX ) that forced them to decline me homeowners insurance.
I contacted LexisNexis and found out that they had mixed the records of an XXXX XXXX XXXX with mine ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). When I asked them to correct this they told me they had 30 days to investigate even though the XXXX XXXX lived in another state and had insurance with a different Insurance company ( XXXX ). Claim number XXXX was assigned Despite dozens of calls and promises that they were expediting their investigation nothing happened. The " fix '' was as simple as getting the other persons social security number to confirm what I told them. I supplied the other persons phone number, address and insurance company as well as people at XXXX who could also have separated our records.
LexisNexis may be a company most firms rely on but as far as I am concerned they need a big slap on the wrist for careless reporting and then a incredible lack of judgment and concern for their negligence.
Recently they removed that XX/XX/XXXX claim from my file while incredibly leaving other claims for that same individual in my file. How can this company be allowed to operate when they can't separate two people who don't even have the same name. How many red flags do they need?
This has cost me hundreds of dollars in insurance premiums as the insurance policy I was quoted became unobtainable. In addition, I have spent dozens of hours and endured frustrating discussions with poorly trained employees I would like them to be fined and I would like to be compensated for their negligence Anyone in my shoes would understand that LexisNexis needs to retrain employees as well as overhaul how they collect, record and file information Thank you

Complaint: I would like to request a security freeze be on my Consumer Disclosure report. I choice to opt out of your disclosing future information until further notice including the C.L.U.E . report and other furnished Lexis Nexis regrading all personal information of mine.
This security freeze request not only restricts credit bureaus and creditors, but also future potential employers until I lift this restriction. Under the Fair Credit Report Act youre required to comply.
