Complaint: All three credit bureaus are reporting a Bankruptcy Chapter XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX on my credit reports, however, XXXX immediately removed it upon my request, yet XXXX and XXXX continue to report it claiming it obtained the public record from LexisNexis. I sent my first letter to LexisNexis on XX/XX/XXXX via certified letter ( letter and certified receipt are attached ) and they did not respond within 30 days, therefore, violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). I then sent my second letter on XX/XX/XXXX via certified mail ( letter and certified receipt are attached ). I also asked for a copy of my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX and have yet to receive it, therefore, I called LexisNexis yesterday to enquire and they basically had no answer, so I decided to ask about the letter regarding the 'Bankruptcy Dispute ', I spoke to XXXX and he said he had good news, that there were some items removed, however, not the Bankruptcy. I've never seen the credit report LexisNexis maintains under my Social Security Number, so I'm not sure what good news he had for me and he did not disclose that to me. Nonetheless, LexisNexis failed to respond to me violating the FCRA section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), therefore, they must remove the Bankruptcy and issue me a letter confirming as much. Lastly, Federal Law Rule 9037 prohibits their validation methods.

Complaint: Lexis nexis responded to complaint XXXX filed by me to the cfpb per their response PACER serves as the way for persons or organizations to obtain case information electronically instead of requiring those same persons or organizations to visit the courthouse physically to view a case file. Because court records ARE public, any person or organization can view them through the PACER system Lexis nexis is in violation of the fcra because Lexis nexis did not verify directly with the Bankruptcy court. Pacer.gov is a third party entity that collects information and then sells the information to Lexis nexis and other credit reporting agencies. Under the fair credit reporting act any information must be 100 % accurate If a bankruptcy court is not placing information on my report that becomes an automatic inaccurracy because the information was placed on my report by a third party pacer system. I feel I am a victim of scrutiny.

Complaint: Please see attached response from Lexis Nexis. This company has been reporting to STATE LIENS, that belongs to someone else with the same or similar name. I disputed these with them and they did not remove the invalid information from my credit report. This is a total violation of FCRA. This is my last resort before taking it further and having a legal counsel involved. Also Attached to this complaint are copies of my IDs proving that these items do not belong to me or I am not the person they are reporting this lien for.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I placed a call with Lexis Nexis, opening a dispute, regarding reporting that included incorrect additional drivers at my home address, my incorrect address located on the reporting, addresses associated with my name and information where I had never lived, identification records listing information that was not mine ( this information was my mother 's and I also informed them of that ), and watercraft records with information that was not mine, nor were they related to me ( this information was also my mother 's and I informed them of that as well ). Lexis Nexis informed me they would have all items fixed and send me a new report with all corrections made. They also informed me they would communicate all of this to the companies they received this information from. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received updated paperwork which STILL included identification records listing information that was not mine ( this information was my mother 's ), and watercraft records with information that was not mine, nor were they related to me ( this information was also my mother 's ). On XX/XX/XXXX, I placed ANOTHER call with Lexis Nexis, re-disputing the incorrect information I received on XX/XX/XXXX, informing them AGAIN that their reporting included identification records listing information that was not mine ( this information was my mother 's and I informed them of that AGAIN ), and watercraft records with information that was not mine, nor were they related to me ( this information was also my mother 's and I informed them of that AGAIN ). Lexis Nexis informed me they had made a mistake, the notes on my account stated this information should have been removed, and they would have all items fixed and send me another new report with all corrections made. They also informed me they would communicate all of this to the companies they received this information from, AGAIN. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received updated paperwork which STILL included identification records listing information that was not mine ( this information was STILL my mother 's ), and watercraft records with information that was not mine, nor were they related to me ( this information was also STILL my mother 's ).

Complaint: OnXX/XX/XXXX I filed a complaint with XXXX XXXX for supplying inaccurate personal information to XXXX, the company that provides a Mobile banking product to my bank. Because of the inaccurate information, I am unable to access my banking accounts through mobile banking because through their stepped up authentication process I can not answer their questions correctly because of the inaccurate information they provided. After multiple calls to Lexis Nexis I finally received a written report with their compilation of public record and non public record on XX/XX/XXXX. I called Lexis Nexis today to ask them to remove the inaccurate information and they refused. I called the number published on the report ( XXXX ) XXXX-XXXX and spoke with XXXX. This is causing me consumer harm as I can not access my accounts through mobile banking, nor make mobile deposits. One of the accounts I have is a rewards checking account that requires me to log on once per month. If I am traveling without access to a computer I can not meet the account product requirements because I can not used my mobile phone to log on..
