Personal information incorrect
Complaint: LexisNexis as of XX/XX/XXXX states that they verified Judgment & liens and the amounts are accurate. the documents I have from the State Lien are not correct nor is the amounts correct as showed on file. Lexis Nexis also does not report accurate information and I disputed the amounts 2 years ago and those was put into dispute and as of XXXX County has incorrect information showing and I hired an attorney to pursue the issue to the matter. The information that is on record is wrong. Lexis Nexis has and can not provide my information by law with my full social security number my full date of birth and full address as well as my full names attach with all this on public file. There was a law passed in XX/XX/XXXX that clearly states if all the full information is not on file for Liens, Lexis Nexis needs to Delete/Remove all information pertaining to Liens & judgements on file. Lexis Nexis also needs to provide full information on file with full social security date of birth etc in full not partial information to be valid or legal

Complaint: I've contacted the source for the credit agency Lexis Nexis to dispute bankruptcy case numbers XXXX and XXXX they have conducted an investigation and deleted the information. They informed me that that the reporting agency could see that it's been removed from the reporting source. The reporting agencies, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX continues to report that Lexis Nexus is reporting the information is correct and remains the same. I've submitted the report from Lexis Nexis and they still refuse to correct the information or show proof of anything different from Lexis Nexis or the Courts.

Complaint: Today, I received a letter from Lexis Nexis, which has a corresponding consumer number & case number. I called the customer service number identified, as the letter stated to inquire about the letter. However, to no avail was the associate able to assist because she was unclear and appeared as if she couldn't do anything. When dealing with personal information etc. it is extremely important to have associates capable of handling specific issues. The letter you sent to me appears vague, doesn't make sense, and clearly was unexplainable by the associate named " XXXX '' in the call center, who was unable provide a reference number or ID number to identify " her '' regarding my call, which is absurd. I requested a supervisor, she stated that they can call me, I requested email communication, Per my request to ascertain accountability, i want email communication. She then stated that someone could email me. Again, I mailed a letter to LexisNexis located in XXXX Georgia, inquiring about some type of soft inquiry identified on my XXXX Report. I have yet to receive a response from Lexis Nexis, except what I assume this letter is. The leter I received, states that LexisNexis is unable to determine exactly what I was disputingm My request was Clear, concise & to the point and provided with Source based info, proof.. I specifically, want my actions answered and a written response. I did not authorize LexisNexis or any other entity to perform this activity on my XXXX Profile. IF further info is requested later by Lexis Nexis, I can comply as it will mirrior my initial request. Please contact me by email.

Complaint: I disputed a bankruptcy with XXXX requesting information on how they verify the information for a bankruptcy on my credit report. The investigation came back from a 3rd party vendor and not the original part which is required by the FDCPA this is a huge violation and not accurate. When requesting validation they are suppose to provide original documents from a unauthorized source that does not have authorization to provide any personal information. I have contacted the bankruptcy court that has sent me a email they do not report the credit bureaus. I am requesting this information deleted from my credit report immediately. I have no account with Lexus Nexus nor do they have any permission to verify any information that may pertain to me. XXXX can not verify accuracy from a 3rd party vendor .I demand this removed within 10 days of receive this

Complaint: Both my self and daughter have requested numerous times to have a freeze placed on our consumer credit files. We have certified acknowledgement that both XXXX and XXXX XXXX have received our requests. As of today, we still have people searching our credit without authorization to do so and false claims on our credit. With the breach of XXXX and our mail stolen ( with Police report ) we have requested with the 3 credit reporting agencies to put fraud alerts as well. My daughters credit report was obtained by a mortgage office ; however, we expected to be able to release the check for 24 hours to allow them to pull report. There is NO FREEZE on these accounts. If we don't receive the cooperation, we will file a small claims court action to protect our rights.

Complaint: In 2017 I had a lexis nexis report sent to me. I found out that I have a bankruptcy inaccurately listed on my report. I disputed the report. They said it was accurate and received information from the circuit court. I contacted the circuit which I have emails and they stated they do not report to credit bureaus or creditors. They lied to me in writing and I would the bankruptcy removed from my report immediately and all credit bureaus notified of this error.

Complaint: Tried to apply for credit and was turned down. That's how I found that there was a XXXX Bankruptcy reporting under my ss #. I requested with all 3 major credit reporting agencies by letter on XX/XX/18 to remove this incorrect information also providing proof of the error. As of today I haven't heard from XXXX XXXX, XXXX or XXXX. However LexisNexis received the same request as proof of their company error and sent a letter stating they did an investigation and found it to be correct. As you will see from all the paper work attached that I provided clearly states that it is not his bankruptcy. I called and spoke with rep from LexisNexis who really could have cared less on XX/XX/18 and as of today still haven't heard back.
