Complaint: I would like to request a security freeze be on my Consumer Disclosure report. I choice to opt out of your disclosing future information until further notice including the XXXX XXXX report and other furnished XXXX XXXX regrading all personal information of mine.
This security freeze request not only restricts credit bureaus and creditors, but also future potential employers until I lift this restriction. Under the Fair Credit Report Act youre required to comply.

Complaint: XXXX Confirmation # XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Personal Information has wrong address and this has been going on for over 4 months now with no end to XXXX putting address are not my address as office buildings and other address that XXXX has or can not provide proof of the address.
Employment not showing last reported or Previous Employment not showing. I have sent in my current proof of XXXX from employment and have yet to see anything on my credit report.
Liens showing on my credit report as to I have ask XXXX for proof of my full name full social security number full date of birth and full address in my name showing all the information as required as to the laws changing in XX/XX/XXXX pertaining to this issue.

Complaint: I contacted Lexis Nexis two months and disputed a Bankruptcy for XXXX Dollars. They never sent me any information nor did they remove the inaccurate reporting. I did another Dispute called and talked to a XXXX who stated that court give them the information. He stated they have court runners, and they also have a third party they go through, but he couldn't give me that information. I told him he was violation my rights without verification he refused to do it. I wrote the court a letter, and they responded. They refuse to send me validation or proof.

Complaint: I filed IRS Form XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX with the IRS to have a satisfied tax lien removed from by credit file. The IRS accepted and approved my request in late XX/XX/XXXX. They filed IRS Form XXXX A with the Clerk of Superior Court of XXXX XXXX to withdraw the lien on XX/XX/XXXX. I have personally verified with the XXXXrk of Superior Court of XXXX XXXX that the lien is no longer recorded with the court. I filed a dispute with XXXX to have the lien removed from by credit file. I received a notification from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX stating that the lien is reporting as released. That is incorrect. The lien has been withdrawn and is no longer being reported..

Complaint: I recently submitted a complaint about how XXXX stated they verified a Bankruptcy on my credit report. I am aware that under the Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1971, are to only report one hundred percent accurate information. I submitted my complaint through the CFPB and their response was not made through the CFPB which is also a violation of my right to due process. XXXX did this to hide the fact that they know that they are reporting inaccurate information. The response has been the same, verified through a third party LexisNexis. The information purchased by XXXX from LexisNexis has redactions that are required under Federal Privacy laws. LexisNexis is not provided a full and complete social security number nor are they provided a full and complete date of birth when they purchase public record information from any Court. LexisNexis then sells that incomplete information to the major credit bureaus as verified and validated information. In doing so, LexisNexis and XXXX have violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1971 by reporting and providing inaccurate and unverified information about consumers. I demand that LexisNexis and XXXX be investigated for fraudulent business practices as well as violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Complaint: Lexisnexis is now saying I may be a victim of fraud this is complaint So I ask what have they done to correct the information that they deem as a fraud. Are they still reporting said information as fact? What steps have they taken to correctly report information? Please advise..18th compliant lexisnexis keeps saying I did not provide new information. What information do they need I provided it I have no idea who XXXX and XXXX XXXX are [ s you can see i have complained about this company 8 times this will be the ninth. Let 's go back to complaints 1 through 7. As you can see they had verified proof that I lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Guess what the street the address doesn't even exist. It was till I did my own research on XXXX maps that I found the street or the address did not exist. Again now after complaints 7 and 8 they are saying I lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as verified proof again this is completely FALSE and misleading information!!! Again let me STRESS I want to be crystal clear. lexis nexis stated on 5 different occasions I lived at an address that doesn't even exist!!!! Now they are claiming again as verified proof I lived at XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Let me tell you for the 9th time this is FALSE AND MISLEADING information. Again I want to point ot 5 times they said i lived at an address that does not exist. So again I did some homework and guess what the home at the time belonged to a XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX Not XXXX XXXX XXXX please have this corrected ASAP. They are providing FALSE AND MISLEADING INFORMATION. They did not investigate this just like they did not investigate the 1st 6 complaints

Complaint: I recently purchased a vehicle for myself to get to work and take my daily commutes. The person I co-signed with is insured and I was authorized to drive the vehicle but we really want to get my own insurance on the vehicle. On XX/XX/18 I called multiple insurance companies and they all refused to get me insurance coverage because an error with LexisNexis ' reporting of my public record. When the companies look into it they clearly see that the accident and driving record reported on my public profile are not me. I even have a legal state document proving no accidents on my driving record for the last seven years. The individual has a totally different middle and last name and lives in a totally different state. When calling LexisNexis there is a completed automated system and no way to converse with a person quickly. I can not refute this issue without my full report that must be mailed to me and I can not drive without car insurance. This is ridiculous that someone with a totally different name has somehow been mixed up with my profile. It's making my life a little XXXX at this point.
