Complaint: I have recently been informed that XXXX maintain a Tax Lien in their file under my Social Security number. Upon ordering a copy of my credit report, I see an entry listing in the amount of {$31000.00}. XXXX County Recorder Case # XXXX does not report Tax Lien to credit bureaus. The New Credit law in XX/XX/XXXX says that federal law protects the privacy of most personally identifiable information reported. However, credit bureaus actively search public records for any judgements or tax liens. A Tax Lien filing is public information. Again XXXX County Recorder does not report anything to the various credit bureaus, nor do they verify that the information reported is accurate. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX has found information on Tax Lien through third party research. XXXX and XXXX have already removed this from their file so I sent 2 certified letters XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX since they are the only one showing this Tax Lien to validate this information and provide me with copies of any documentation associated with this account bearing my signature. In the absence of any such documentation bearing my signature. I formally request that this information be immediately deleted from the credit file you maintain under my Social Security number. I received a reply back from XXXX that it was validated by LexisNexis in which I never received anything of the such. So I sent them another certified letter again this time one to XXXX and one to LexisNexis requesting my signature to validate this information. This time XXXX sent me a Reinvestigation letter stating that LexisNexis Consumer Center is currently not reporting on the XXXX file. So not true, I requested another credit report and it was still there as of today. I did not get any results from the credit bureaus which has brought me to file this complaint. I will also be filing today XX/XX/XXXX with the Attorney General Office and the Better Business Bureau. This need to be deleted off of my record immediately as it is affecting my credit scores. I also sent them a copy of the New Credit Law where all the bureaus agree to delete all tax lien and judgements off of credit reports.

Complaint: I have sent requests to have the BANKRUPTCY removed from my credit reports, as I have contacted the Bankruptcy Court and received a letter from them stating that they do not report to the credit bureaus. The response information I receive back from the all 3 credit bureaus is that is has been " VERIFIED '' and they obtain public information from the local, state and federal courts, which is untrue since I have a letter from the the Bankruptcy court stating that they don't report to the credit bureau, so I'm asking for help in this matter to have this removed from my credit reports from all 3 credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX & XXXX ).
