Complaint: My XXXX XXXX . auto claims report erroneously lists me as the vehicle operator for an accident that occurred on XX/XX/XXXX. I am in receipt of a letter from XXXX XXXX showing that this erroneous information was considered when calculating my insurance premiums.
I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and was advised that my dispute would be investigated. As of this afternoon, the error remains on my report.
I called XXXX this afternoon, XX/XX/XXXX. I was told that XXXX XXXX has confirmed that the information I disputed was incorrect. The agent was unclear why this information remains on my report, but promised to have his company 's investigators review the file.
I would like this error corrected and new copies of my XXXX XXXX report sent to me and to my insurance company.

I am, again, continuing with the abuse directed at me by the hands of Lexis Nexis. In reference to the dismissal as I was a XXXX, XXXX. I am appalled you accepted this and Dismissed the case. I responded as Feedback the TRUTH, I tried to add Documents, FAILURE. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY. I was instructed to Fax Documents. After 2.5 HRS, I called again and was told to file another Complaint. Here we GO!
The first page with all the NUMBERS are the RECORD of the Times I contacted Lexis Nexis. The Reply states no data without the ( silly implied ) surname does not appear withing the " FIXED and Repaired, all better NOW Reports ''. The names on some of these Internet Providers are my Father 's. My Wages of XXXX ARE NOT MINE! To fix this is a LIFE THREATENING situation. Ask me, I 'll tell you why I must Fix this False Reporting. Some of the Phone Numbers listed as MY FATHER '' S are Mine! Lexis Nexis and I 've been over all these DETAILS more than thrice. I see this as DELIBERATE! I was told my Father 's name as my own was gathered from a REPORT from XXXX XXXX OHIO. I contacted XXXX XXXX, the Copy is attached. My name of XXXX XXXX is on there. I contacted the Attorney of Record, the Copies are attached. My name of XXXX XXXX is on there, both times. The copies from the Attorney Cost me {$25.00}. I am billing Lexis Nexis for this. This item occurs XX/XX/XXXX : Two seperate accidents reported on both reports itemPer Law, Lexis Nexus had thirty days to respond to my initial dispute that occurred on XXXX ( case XXXX ) and failed to comply. I called to initiate the dispute XXXX. I then called seeking resolution on Monday XXXX XXXX. I was notified the dispute was open and I could call on Friday as Lexis Nexis had until Thursday to respond. I called back on Friday XXXX XXXX and was told the dispute was closed but there had been no resolution letter or response generated. They would have an individual call me once they figured out what occured and provide resolution. I did n't recieve a call back. On Monday XXXX XXXX I called again and spoke with XXXX who again told me there was no resolution letter generated and confirmed the 30 days had passed. I requested all of my data in question to be deleted per law. She stated she would call me back. After recieving a missed call about two hours later, I called back and spoke with XXXX on XXXX XXXX and was told a resolution letter was now generated and it was read to me. He stated it would be mailed and emailed out to me. As of XXXX XXXX I have not received anything from Lexis Nexis. Per law the items in question must be removed from my clue report as it took longer then what than the allowed time to respond. I have recordings of conversations and documents that substantiate my claim.

Complaint: My state tax lien was vacated/expunged by the XXXX, however it is still showing on my XXXX credit report. I sent a certified letter to Equifax on XX/XX/XXXX along with proof of the Expungement requesting that the tax lien be removed from my credit file. On XX/XX/XXXX I received the results of the investigation and XXXX did not delete the tax lien from my credit file. Their response was they verified the information with Lexis Nexis.I contacted Lexis Nexis on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to a representative who first had a difficult trying to locate the file because she said it was archived. I informed her that the tax lien was expunged and no longer appeared in the XXXX records or the County Register of Deeds records. The representative asked me to send her a copy of the Expungement which I scanned and emailed to her. I received a generic response stating they were currently reviewing my communication. I am at odds with XXXX because it is like pulling teeth to get them to remove inaccurate and damaging information from my credit file. Once they received the Expungement that should have taken care of it, there was nothing to investigate. My credit is suffering due to this and it is making it difficult for me to purchase my home.

Complaint: I submitted a public record investigation request to LexisNexis X/X/2017. I received a response more than two months after stating that the public record item was verified. In my correspondence, I request the Method of Verification which LexisNexis did not give in clear violation of FCRA. Additionally, they exceeded 30-day response requirements as per the FCRA. They know this because I have a friend who had the same issue recently and LexisNexis in accordance with the FCRA removed the item in question I contacted the court and the clerk was certain there was no verification request from LexisNexis How can this be..?

Complaint: On several occassions I have contacted XXXX to verify and VALIDATE the allegied bankruptcy that is being reported on my credit profile. They always come back saying it has been verified but never validated!. I have a letter from the bankruptcy courts saying they do not give out that information so inorder for them to be reporting CORRECTLY per FCRA REQUIREMENTS that in fact XXXX XXXX XXXX is the one thats showing as whom is reporting it and they ARE NOT. XXXX XXXX lies and to catch them in a lie I contacted on XX/XX/17 LexisNexis and they tell me they get their information from XXXX but yet XXXX states they get it from LexisNexis. They are caught in a lie and they are NOT upholding the FCRA REQUIREMENTS.

Complaint: I used to be a XXXX customer. When my insurance was about to expire, I reached out to other companies for quotes. A few weeks prior to the end of insurance coverage, I purchased auto insurance from XXXX XXXX. A month later, XXXX XXXX canceled my insurance. The reason for the cancellation was due to a report from Lexis Nexis ' Clue Report. They reported that a claim was filed while I was a XXXX customer. The accident that was reported involved someone I have never heard of, in a town that I have never visited, in a car I have never owned. The policy numbers did not match. Lexis Nexis has not been cooperative in resolving this issue. XXXX states that they reported the policy numbers correctly and that XXXX XXXX has made the error. XXXX XXXX wants to take 30 days to straighten out their mistake. Meanwhile, I am without auto insurance.

Complaint: I sent LexisNexis a letter of dispute regarding two public records ( Tax Liens ). XXXX and XXXX both reported that this information was furnished to them by LexisNexis, which is a third party vendor. I advised XXXX and XXXX that this is a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I sent a certified letter of dispute to LexisNexis on XXXX and they signed for the letter on XXXX. I have the actual letter attached to this as proof with no contact from LexisNexis and it has been more than 30 days. The Tax Liens are XXXX and XXXX. I also made contact with Oklahoma XXXX XXXX and they verified that LexisNexis was never given this information by them. As a result of this, LexisNexis reported this information to XXXX and XXXX without the consent of the court.In return, this is inaccurate information and the process thereof.

I called and filed a dispute on all of these items using case XXXX. Here are the issues : The basis of my dispute of the item # XXXX is that this was XXXX accident that occured and not XXXX seperate accidents. My wife accidentally backed into her parked car and a garage. This is XXXX incident and as such, should be XXXX claim and not XXXX. Attached please find a letter from XXXX dated XXXX XXXX stating such. If anything is should show ups as XXXX claim and not XXXX claims.
XXXX. Secondarily, XXXX # XXXX shows on both XXXX XXXX and Kameka XXXX CLUE report. XXXX XXXX was not a policy holder nor the driver. Therefore, both claims should not up on XXXX XXXX clue report. Again, review the letter dated XXXX XXXX from XXXX and the second letter attahced from XXXX of policy dated XXXX XXXX. This should be deleted from XXXX XXXX XXXX report.

Complaint: I found numerous errors in the XXXX report issued on XXXX XXXX, XXXX : wrong names associated with my personal information ( SSN, DOB, address, etc ). I also found that my unlisted phone number is actually listed in several marketing databases even though registered my phone number with no-call list maintained by Federal Trade Commission.
I attempted to contact an American representative of XXXX company but after about 20 calls all I was getting was XXXX customer service, and did n't feel comfortable revealing any personal information to them, especially after my identify was stolen 2 years ago, possibly by some overseas customer service representatives.

Problem getting your free annual credit report
Complaint: Sent letter with attached application, copy of passport and utility bill to LexisNexis/XXXX over four weeks ago asking for annual disclosure. I called on XX/XX/XXXX to ask for the status of my disclosure. They only acknowledge receiving it on XX/XX/XXXX with no other information as to what is taking so long. I was told a " ticket '' would be put in for more information.
They claim it was sent out on XX/XX/XXXX. No report has come in the mail yet.
LexisNexis has a history of failing to send reports, taking a long time to process requests and ignoring complains from me.
