Complaint: In the months of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX of XXXX, I asked Lexis Nexis to have the inaccurate public records data suppressed for two reasons : Firstly, because of an inaccurate public record that they have supplied to the three credit bureaus : XXXX XXXX and XXXX and secondly because of the increasing and alarming rates of identity theft and data breaches occurring. After four months, I finally received a letter from Lexis Nexis on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, which I have included for your review to Opt Out. Well, this inaccurate public information ( Bankruptcy ) is still being reported to the three credit bureaus as I have rechecked my credit reports on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. This matter has caused me great XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I do n't know which way to turn as Lexis Nexis is violating my rights as a consumer. This company has been putting consumers through the ringer for years, and it is time that they are stopped. Please help me.

Complaint: Effective XXXX XXXX 2017 It is to my understanding that my credit report will require any public record such as a lawsuit, judgement, tax lien and real property lien submitted for reporting on a consumers credit report, to include the consumer 's name, address and either their social security number or date of birth. If any of this information is missing on a reported public record, it will no longer be reported on a consumer 's credit report. I would like to have 3 bankruptcies and 1 tax lien investigated immediately and removed from my report. Thanks in Advance, XXXX XXXX

I called on XX/XX/XXXX to ask for the status of my full file disclosure. They acknowledge sending it out USPS on XX/XX/XXXX and informed me it takes seven to ten days to reach me. That time has past. I still have not received the file.

XXXX XXXX XXXX has turned me down for a new policy because there are six entries that are erroneously linked to me on my Auto Claim History Results report from LexisNexis Consumer Center. This information has not allowed me to obtain auto insurance for a vehicle I have just purchased. I have sent LexisNexis many documents that proves that I am me and that I do not own more than one car. Six cars are on this report that are not mine! Could you please help?

Complaint: I have tax liens on my Consumer report with LexisNexis, XXXX and XXXX. I have contacted XXXX to disputa all tax liens, XXXX did an investigation and stated in a report the information was provided from LexisNexis and that LexisNexis verified the records as belonging to me. I contacted LexisNexis on XX/XX/XXXX and was told an investigation would be done and results sent to me. XX/XX/XXXX, LexisNexis Consumer Report XXXX case Number XXXX that states the XXXX County Court in Texas, identified the records as belonging to me. There is no identifying information as to a date of birth or social security number other than a name and address. I have again contacted LexisNexis on XX/XX/XXXX and told LexisNexis that XXXX County Texas Court does not report this information to Credit Reporting Agencies as relayed to me in a telephone call on XX/XX/XXXX by a XXXX County Texas Records clerk. I emailed on XX/XX/XXXX a copy of the Tax record to LexisNexis for the their review. Again, I was told that XXXX County Court supplied the information, which XXXX County Court, said " No, we do not report Public Records to any company and all information as to date of birth or social security is redacted. ''

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX of XXXX I requested a copy of my full file disclosure as well as a full suppression of my file information through Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions department through mail using the official form available for download online. Several weeks passed and I received no documentation. I attempted to contact the company through the email portal on their website and have received no response to date. On XXXX XXXX of XXXX, after vigorous research I attained a telephone number that directed to me a representative that could assist me with my situation. He stated that he could see no request for any file information or suppression. When questioned, the postal service informed me that the mail had in fact been delver to the appropriate location. The phone number provided on the LexisNexis Risk Solution Consumer Site is busy many times a day and when calls were processed, they were not answered. However, the number I attained did transfer me to a representative who was able to process my file disclosure request as well as my opt-out request. I was told this process would take up to 10 business days. On XXXX XXXX, I received mail with a document stating my file suppression request had been processed, however no file disclosure was provided. It is now XXXX XXXX of XXXX, a total of one month and I still have yet to receive any file disclosure since my original request. I have requested consumer files from over thirty of the top third party bureaus and have had little issues with all but two. LexisNexis Risk Solutions is one of them and as such an influential and large bureau/ investigation firm/ data reporter/ and multinational corporation, this is unacceptable and against the FCRA regulations.

Complaint: XXXX is reporting an UNVARIFIED Chapter XXXX bankruptcy on my credit report based on information that they received from a third party agency LexisNexis. Under the FCRA, XXXX XXXX Agencies XXXX Credit Bureaus XXXX must provide a copy of the verifiable original creditor documentation if it is requested properly by you the consumer. Since they can not provide proof of verification to you in the form of a physical contract document per your written request to do so the account is classified as UNVERIFIED and under the FCRA all UNVERIFIED accounts MUST BE DELETED. Whether the account is correct or not makes no difference. If the CRA can not provide you physical verification of the account it is an UNVERIFIED account and MUST BE DELETED. Per clerk of the court of the United States Bankruptcy XXXX XXXX And XXXX XXXX of Texas, they do NOT verify bankruptcies for anyone and that is indicated in the attached letter from the court. Companies such as LexisNexis and XXXX are considered third party verifications and NOT actual verifications from the court. Due to the fact that this bankruptcy has NOT and can not be verified via the ACTUAL court, I am requesting and demanding that this bankruptcy be removed from my credit report immediately.

Complaint: XXXX and Lexis Nexis is illegally and intentionally reporting a bankruptcy XXXX on my credit report. On XXXX XXXX I was advised by a XXXX representative that they validated and verified my account via Lexis Nexis on XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX to confirm how this was because I put a complete freeze on my consumer report in XX/XX/XXXXdue to fraudelent activities. I was told by a XXXX, ( XXXX ) that i indeed have a freeze and no one including XXXX has access to my report but THEY ( Lexis Nexis ) contacted XXXX on XXXX XXXX to verify and validate the dispute I had with them regarding the inaccurate reporting of the bankruptcy reporting on my consumer report with Lexis Nexis. I was and still in total disbelief that both companies are disregarding the FCRA law as it pertains to how a consumers information is to be validated and verified and reported which is only through the original furnisher which in this case would have been the Bankruptcy Court which they ca n't validate. This bankruptcy that XXXX and Lexis Nexis are illegally and inaccurately reporting on my report has not been validated within the 30 days and must be validated thru the original furnisher and was not. I plan to sue both Lexis Nexis and XXXX for their unethical business practices if not removed immediately as required by law. Please assist in giving them guidance and instruction on this matter. It 's blatant Lexis Nexis has broken the law and provided someone with my information with out authorization after my report was frozen and it 's blatant that XXXX did n't verify the dispute in accordance with the law because they ca n't but they continue to report rather than delete as required. They claim they both contacted each other to verify so how did it get verified if either party verified. I do n't have a bankrupty reporting on any other credit bureau but XXXX.
