Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted a complaint with this company due to previous disputes about a inaccurate dismissed bankruptcy reported on my credit report with XXXX XXXX and LexisNexis in the amount of {$0.00}, which dates disputed with XXXX were XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX were XX/XX/XXXX and LexisNexis. As of XX/XX/XXXXthe new law stated that all new judgements and liens will not go on credit reports unless they have identifiable information. Credit bureaus should begin to remove previous judgements and etc. that do not meet the new standards. XXXX XXXX and LexisNexis failed to remove the bankruptcy off of my credit report in a timely manner. XXXX advised that it were investigated and came back that the Arkansas bankruptcy court verified the information which is a violation of the fair credit reporting act. I never heard a response back from XXXX and LexisNexis never replied with their dispute. I have listed documentation from the US Bankruptcy court that they do not report information to credit bureaus. XXXX followed the new law and removed such items from my credit report immediately.

Complaint: wrongfuly evicted undermultiple TN codes for " failing to maintain ''. summoned twice. records are showing XXXX cases, all are showing open-unpaid. The law says the landlord isnt due money. The accounts were PIF. The lawyer refuses to state the client was paid in person XXXXmos ago. The company and corporate offices refuse to answer summons by XXXX co ( XXXX ) counrthouse. The courthouse refuses to answer appeals and casde information and in fact plays bullshit.I have an active supoenae, unanswered by the courts. This has prevented me from gaining lawfully maintained units repeatedly, as has unlawful unrequested file freezes and blocks I previously didnt ask for. My mail was repeatedly stolen and not forwarded. I have filed fraud charges w XXXX pd, XXXX pd, and IDT.gov. companies do not care and report the slander anyways. same goes for my other credit accounts. information provided from companies is not accurate. I was never late and I hired XXXX XXXX on retainer for XXXX, which nobody wants to abide by. companies were told to notify XXXX. XXXX was in charge at said time for XXXX months last year.If I have to, ill hire another firm and pay cash for the case to enforce compliance, but my credit will reflect accurately the true nature of my credit- not what people are claiming. multiple companies are refusing to comply w fcra law. This is a felony act. I have filed multiple demands for correction over the past 12 mos to no avail.I have hired XXXX XXXX and other organizations.

I 've contacted the furnisher listed on my report using the address that they have reported to verify my account, but the letter returned to me as " not deliverable ''. I then contacted XXXX and informed them that they are reporting erroneous information on my file. They 've responded as " verified '' and information remains. XXXX continues to report false information. I 've also contacted the organization that XXXX claimed they verified the information from and they have not responded to me. This is very damaging to my credit and I I demand this furnisher be removed from my file that they are reporting. It is hurting my credit. I get no verification authenticating that this account belongs to me. I 've attached my initial letter I 've sent XXXX along with the response they 've given me of my dispute. It does not makes sense to me to keep information in my file that do not belong to me nor if I ca n't verify with the furnisher of validation that this account does indeed belong to me.

Complaint: multiple agencies are making unlawful mistakes : sending my mail willy nilly wo consent reporting move when I didnt move and then refusing to give me an updated report after demand for removal under part 209 FCRA. unfair credit abuse and slander and oppourtunity to repair good name after multiple companies, including a XXXX bankruptcy atty have broken the law and burned me on bad deals. refusing to provide a working fax number, or failing to maintain it. repeated attempts get cut off at 5 page mark or need multiple ( 100s ) of attempts to go thru. ( companies refuse to reasemble on remote end because of this ) this includes key credit which is supposed to help consumers. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX lexisnexis all guilty and have lied to me on paper about what they have done.

As you can see they had verified proof that I lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Guess what the street the address does n't even exist. It was till I did my own research on google maps that I found the street or the address did not exist. Again now after complaints 7 and 8 they are saying I lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as verified proof again this is completely FALSE and misleading information!!! Again let me STRESS I want to be crystal clear. lexis nexis stated on 5 different occasions I lived at an address that does n't even exist!!!! Now they are claiming again as verified proof I lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Let me tell you for the 9th time this is FALSE AND MISLEADING information. Again I want to point ot 5 times they said i lived at an address that does not exist. So again I did some homework and guess what the home at the time belonged to a XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX.. Not XXXX XXXX . please have this corrected ASAP. They are providing FALSE AND MISLEADING INFORMATION. They did not investigate this just like they did not investigate the 1st 6 complaints

Lexisnexis keeps saying they verified as correct information In complaints 1 through 6th they had verified me with an address that does not even exist XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY did they pull that out of thin air? Now they are saying and more complaints would be deemed frivolous, I mean give me a break it took them six times to correct an address on my report as verified proof. They should be called false and misleading information. Now as far as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is this going to take another 6 complaints before they do there job? Here is there response for not doing there job now 8 times. Please be advised that we have received six previous complaints on behalf of XXXX XXXX disputing the same claim on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX and responded on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX, respectively that XXXX XXXX was the vehicle operator and the policyholder at the time the claim was filed. Please note that further complaints from XXXX XXXX regarding this claim will be closed back to the CFPB as frivolous, as XXXX XXXX has provided no new information or documentation that could substantiate his. I did n't submit proof the other 6 times other than looking on XXXX to fin XXXX XXXX XXXX did not exist as they claimed as verified proof. Complaint: Back in XXXX XXXX, I contacted LexisNexis to place a security freeze on consumer file and suppress consumer file. I applied for an apartment which uses XXXX screening. I requested from them a copy of my Report/File Copy of the information they had for me. When the sent me my information it stated that information was furnished to them via LexisNexis. I never gave authorization nor gave them permission to remove security freeze or unsuppress my consumer file. They have clearly violated my trust and right as a consumer. The have also violated several sections and articles of the FCRA. I have already contacted my attorney about this. The info they provided is info that is not to be disclosed to anyone without my written permission which was not given. I even have the letter with the pin they sent that stated that it was frozen and suppressed.

Complaint: I have tried to get this resolved on several occasions. XXXX does nothing with the dispute process. I have written letters and still have not gotten any resolution. I have been informed that LexisNexis is reporting the wrong information to XXXX. I have tried to do a dispute through LexisNexis and still have not gotten any resolution. This tax lien that appears on my XXXX credit report is an error. I have provided documentation to support that but they still refuse to remove it.
