Complaint: I had an account with Chase Bank..it was a checking account. I have XXXX on my vehicle which enabled me to use my phone. I informed XXXX in XXXX that i would be changing financial instutions and to cancel the debiting of my account for payment. However, when time for payment came around they debited the account anyway, but by that time I had changed financial institution.
There was no more money in the account for XXXX to get money. At Chase Bank it should have came back as " insufficient funds. '' Thus, the situation would have been null and void. But because I changed financial institution Chase Bank accepted the payment without my approval and without funds in the account. In the past when I have had an account with Chase Bank and would go to another institution relinquishing direct deposit, they would recognize such and close the account. i did not have overdraft protection with Chase for them to accept payment without funds in the account. My new account is with XXXX XXXX.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a {$200.00} transfer through XXXX via JPMorgan Chase to another person. This payment was sent to purchase merchandise, which was posted on the app called XXXX, by a person named XXXX. I never received the merchandise, and the seller took down the original merchandise post and deleted their account.
On the same day ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I called JPMorgan Chase and spoke to an agent, supervisor and manager on the phone, who all told me nothing can be done to return my money or have it refunded. I explained to them that this was fraudulent. I was given no opportunity to present evidence to prove my case, given no opportunity to prove that I was scammed, and they took no attempt to reach the receivers bank. I was told several times that nothing could be done.

Complaint: I had a check for {$16000.00} that was sent to the IRS for tax payment. It was made out and mailed on XX/XX/2019 and cashed on XX/XX/2019. The IRS stated that they haven't received the funds although it was cash by the IRS. The endorsement on the back of the check is different from the check cashed in the previous year. I was sent a claim form that required the IRS to sign the form which is almost impossible to get. In my initial call to Chase the IRS agent was on the phone and provided her ID # and stated that the check wasn't received. I have tried for 4 hours to get someone to sign the form but that is almost impossible. See that Chase is the largest depositor or transfer of funds to the Treasury in the world it should be easy to identify if those funds are in the possession of the Treasury or refunds me the funds that enabled fraud to happen at their back because the endorsement states that Chase cash the check.

Complaint: I am looking back at some descrepancies in insurance check deposits at Chase bank for personal checking account in 2012. I requested the check images which Chase saves and uploads to online banking for me to view. The images for 2012 are not available and when calling customer service, they stated they can only go back 2 years. I don't believe the check images are deleted, instead archived. Chase should not hold back potential evidence that I require as a customer. The check deposit images are mandatory and in the world of big data, Chase may be withholding my check deposit images from my viewing to prevent me from filing a complaint if descrepancies are found.

Problem with rewards from credit card
Complaint: I applied and was approved for the Chase Marriott Bonvoy Boundless card from Chase. I used a link which advertised 1. {$200.00} statement credit after first purchase within 3 months of account opening, 2. Two free night awards valued at up to XXXX points each after you spend {$3000.00} in purchases in your first 3 months of account opening 3. Annual fee of {$95.00} waived for first year.
I instead received a {$250.00} statement credit and only 1 free night award valued at up to XXXX points.
The award statement on my account documents Premier Plus Two Free Nights, each certificate good for 1 free night up to XXXX points. There was only 1 certificate though.
I contacted Chase several times to resolve the discrepancy. I asked them to change the statement credit from {$250.00} to only {$200.00} and to provide the 2nd reward certificate. I was not able to get any resolution, even with an escalation to a supervisor. The supervisor told me that the reward that I signed up for was a {$250.00} statement credit and 1 free night certificate.
I do not agree with this. I carefully read the details on the Chase page before applying. In addition, the language in the certificate on my Marriott account documents 2 Free Award Nights. I have attached a picture of this.

Complaint: 1 ) My Friend transferred the amount of {$1000.00} from his registered XXXX XXXX XXXX via XXXX to my registered account of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had registration via my Mobile Number ( xxx-xxx-xxxx ) and he sent via Email Id.
Normally in such scenario transaction are reverted via Bank. I got an email from Chase Quick Payment saying that amount will be received which is not relevant, As I have not account in Chase Bank. On further investigation with Chase Customer Service they told that they have a customer checking Account with same email id as mine ( Huge security breach for me ). We checked back with XXXX XXXX XXXX and they told that they went to the Chase Customer and he refused to do the reversal.I have all the transaction details but none bank is ready to provide me any more details on the amount.
Issue : 1 ) Currently anybody transferring the amount on my email id, Chase customer who is registered in XXXX would receive the amount with no association of him on this transaction.
2 ) Customer is not ready to reversal of transaction even he is not owning the transaction which is biggest concern for me along with Bank.

Complaint: I found that in XX/XX/XXXX Chase my mortgage company had not been reporting my mortgage payments. After alerting Chase, on XX/XX/XXXX Chase sent me a letter that stated they agree with me and they would begin reporting to the 4 major credit reporting agencies. Listing them specifically including XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I wrote to Chase alerting them that my XXXX credit report in fact did not list them at all. XXXX XXXX, Executive Director with Chase, wrote back XX/XX/XXXX and essentially blamed XXXX stating " there's an internal credit agency policy that's preventing your account from showing up on your credit file ''. Chase advised that I contact XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke in-depth to several departments at XXXX and they do not have Chase as a creditor that is reporting my mortgage payments.
Despite me telling Chase that I spoke with XXXX, giving Chase a copy of my credit report showing that they are not listed and telling Chase that XXXX suggested they call them, Chase has not called them or attempted to correct my report. Instead, Chase is deliberately not reporting and deliberately lying to me by continuing to claim that they are. Chase simply keeps telling me they are reporting although XXXX and my credit report proves differently.
Chase has lied to me for 3 years by claiming they have been reporting. There are 18 years of mortgage payments that are missing from XXXX.
