Purchased a XXXX XXXX set on XX/XX/XXXX Found a lower price on XX/XX/XXXX and submitted - Claim : XXXX Was told that it wasn't for sale, despite website indicating it is. Found another lower price and reopened the claim - Now Claim : XXXX This time the claim was denied because " item you are claiming was not purchased with an eligible credit card account '' So I call on XX/XX/XXXX and the representative, after being given both claim numbers, says that there's no store selling the item and there's nothing in the records about the email saying the card isn't eligible.

Complaint: Good Afternoon. I applied for a Chase Card via Amazon. I called the recon line and they denied it again. At this point I feel like I am being discriminated against and no one is looking at my true credit report. My lowest score is XXXX and my highest score is XXXX. I have no negative items on my report. My last late payment was a year ago, which was my student loan. I am now in a ibrp with them and have had on time payments for a year as of this month. I am an AU on my moms JPMC card as well. I make payments on her card as well. Lastly I have a secured loan that I pay monthly on with on time payments. They said that I had multiple inquiries ... .a few of them were from jpmc and a lot of accounts, which I don't. I think they were trying to find a reason to deny me. I would like someone else to take a look at this. Also, they said that there was a card open a very long time ago that I have never had. I am a victim of identity fraud and I have fraud alerts on my reports. I have never had a credit card with jp morgan chase at all. No one gave me any advice on how to clear that up either.

Complaint: I have asked Chase Bank REPEATEDLY not to let anyone into my account. I have asked them to block any merchant from taking funds. I get my direct deposit into this account and transfer it to another accounts. There have been over {$300.00} in fess this year alone!!! Recently, I had two {$35.00} fees for automatic purchases with one purchase under {$10.00}. Still I received a {$35.00} fee. Is a 300 % fee LEGAL. When Chase would not reverse these fees the next day, I asked for my account to be closed. I said I would pay whatever I owe them, it was over drafted, but not their usurious and excessive fees. After asking for a refund on fees, asking for my account to be closed, I get this statement ( attached ) that CHARGES me ANOTHER FEE for my account. I can not even use my account. I cant log into my account BUT CHASE IS STILL CHARGING ME FEES This had to STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Complaint: I received a XXXX payment of {$500.00} as a deposit for a private sale and the money was posted the same day into my Chase checking account. Three days later the payment completely disappeared from my account showing no transaction that funds were deducted. When contacting Chase they verified that the funds had been received but claim XXXX had an outage that cancelled transactions, and that the money was being sent back to the receiver. The most concerning thing about this is that the money just disappeared from my account without any recording transaction. And Chase claimed they could not give my proof that the money had been sent back to the sender. I contacted the sender and they have no record of the money being returned to them, and sent me screen shots of their bank account to prove it. So {$500.00} just disappears into thin air? I believe consumers should know the risk of using XXXX, particularly because Chase claims there is nothing they can do about it since it's a XXXX issue, and XXXX is telling me they can't support me since I use XXXX through my bank account. If payments are revocable, that should be made plain to the consumer, and communication should go to the sender and receiver letting them know the payment has been returned ( neither sender nor receiver were notified ). CONSUMER BEWARE!

On XX/XX/XXXX I had an outstanding balance of {$2600.00} for which I was charged {$49.00} in interest rate. On XX/XX/XXXX I had an outstanding balance of {$850.00} and was charged interest of {$77.00} After speaking to a Chase representative, I was told that as long as there is outstanding balance Chase charges interest rate on every transaction irrespective of what the final outstanding balance was.

Complaint: I had a card with Chase that I was not using, and that had been carrying XXXX balance for some time. The card was linked to a ride sharing service, and I accidentally charged XXXX {$50.00} to the card. Having not realized I had made the charge, I was late in paying the bill. Though Chase obviously had my email and phone number, I never received an alert through either of these media informing me I had an overdue balance. Rather than sending a simple text message, email or making a call Chase charged ~ {$170.00} in late fees. Also, my credit report was seriously damaged over a very small debt ( {$50.00} ). While of course customers are responsible for charges incurred, the bank should make a reasonable effort to inform customers of overdue bills. Chase easily could have done that and failed to do so.

Complaint: We had a 42 month lease which was due to terminate in XXXX of XXXX. We paid off the balance remaining in order to fulfill our financial responsibility to the lease. The car was under the allowed mileage and in good shape. The lease was terminated on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX we received the attached letter ( dated XX/XX/XXXX ) which indicates a Gross Early Termination Amount of {$13000.00} and also indicates that the amount may be more. My husband and I called Chase immediately and spoke with XXXX ( XXXX at XXXX EST XX/XX/XXXX ). XXXX was unable to explain why we received the letter and or explain the gross early termination amount. At one point she admitted the letter must have been sent in error but was still unsure of why we received the letter. We then asked to speak with a manager, XXXX ( XXXX at XXXX EST XX/XX/XXXX ) who was also unable to explain the charges or why we received the letter. This is concerning when no one at Chase can explain why we received a termination letter in the amount of {$13000.00} with the chance that it could be even more. The letter attached is deceptive to the consumer.
