Complaint: I recieved a transfer of funds from someone for purchase of computer and the funds were fraudulent they froze my account and stated that freeze would be removed when investigation was complete so I was later told needed to close account and open another because funds had been released and now someone different was trying to withdraw funds so money was mine and could get it and deposit it in new acct. went ti bank where branch manager phoned fraud department who stated same thing that funds were mine and 8 could withdraw them and deposit some in new account, which I did and a few days later was told that funds were returned to person claiming that he dud not make deposit and now they claim I am responsible for those funds I don't belive I am responsible for any funds due to fact manager was told same thing that funds were mine to do with as I pleased and that someone not me was trying to withdraw funds and with proper ID could release funds to me and open new acct. with those funds or withdraw them. I was cotacted by the bank I am not at fault for this money it wasrekeased with authorizatuon of bank itself. I had a branch manager whom contacted fraud dept. and was told ok to release funds, due to fact we were both told that funds were mine I was sure it was safe to take money, I would have never taken it and the fraud was perpatrated futher through the mail have documents to prove that the same person tried to continue to defraud me.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, a fraudulent charge was made on my Chase Visa credit card in the amount of {$6100.00} by a vendor identified as PP*samdesigner, while I was in XXXX on vacation. Visa did not contact me when this charge took place and just let it through. Upon my return to the US, I signed an affidavit to Chase informing them that this charge was fraudulent and was not made by my husband, who is joint on my account. Since that time, I have been on numerous phone calls with them informing them that this was a fraudulent charge and that we did not make it. On XX/XX/2019, I received a letter from Chase Fraud Services ( attached ), informing me that I am being made responsible for this charge. I received 2 additional letters from them dated XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/2019 confirming that they are making me responsible. I was then told that I must appeal to the Chase Executive Office. Since that time, I have written to them 3 times. I have attached the final letter which summarizes my proof that we did not make this charge and that this card number was hacked while we were in XXXX, as we received similar charges from 2 other bank cards. Both the other banks have dismissed the charges. I have received 2 phone calls from the Executive Office, both claiming that we are responsible for the charge. They do not address any of my documentation proving that we did not make the charge and do not provide any proof that the charge was legitimate.

Payment was sent via Postal Money Order via certified mail on XX/XX/2019 and was cashed by Chase Bank on XX/XX/2019. Credit reports do not reflect upon the agreed terms of the contract. I have a copy of the contract terms and proof of payment in regards to contract. All evidence can be provided upon request. Terms of contract are once payment was cashed by Chase, negative tradeline was to be removed within 30 days of acceptance of payment.

Complaint: I called on XX/XX/XXXX saying that my work had sent a direct deposit with the wrong deposit numbers. After 45 mins and talking to an acxount supervisor ( XXXX? ) that said she " spoke to the ach department and was told that I had to wait until Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX for my money to be available. '' While on the phone with customer service got laughed at 2 times .... supervisor was fine tho ... Called on XX/XX/XXXX speaking to a guy who put me on hold for an hour saying he was waiting in que to " talk to an account supervisor '' never got to one and confirmed the money sent to an inactive account .... XX/XX/XXXX called and was talked over the entire time. Asked to be transfered to a supervisor. Got transfered to a " supervisor '' named XXXX. XXXX put me on hold for 3 mins saying " let me call the ach team '' she came back and said you will just have to wait till end of buisness today and it probably wont go to my account and will just reject. After saying this makes no sense and why did you wait to tell me 5 days later .... what they are saying. The admitted the ACH team isnt even taking calls yet are not open ... .. then who was everyone wasting my time " talking '' too? It seems as tho this is a case of no supervisors and just customer service reps who dont care who trasfer you around to other customer service reps that also know nothing? This is disgusting from a customer service stand point and from a banking standpoint. This check is only XXXX ... ..my sons birthday is in 3 days and now im struggling with presents. Banks just dont care at all.

Complaint: Complaint about Chase Bank ... .. We were told our loan should have no issues, excellent credit, lots of equity, large income. We were told to expect to closing on or near the date of XX/XX/19. But the APPRAISAL VALUATION DEPT. at Chase Bank had the appraisal that was done on the property and was holding up the process. Question after question, some that were complete nonsense. Questioning 1. why the quest house didn't have a dining room, 2. why was value giving to our game room, 3. why wasn't foreclosures uses as comps, ( more than once this question was asked ) 4. why weren't we living in our main house yet, 5. then why were we living in our guest house, 6. obsessive questions about why we didn't have crops while living in the country, 7. why didn't we sale our house when we listed it last year, 8. saying our pond would be not be conducive to crops ... .THEREFORE UNMARKETABLE, 9. they insisted properties with only one house be uses as same value to our property that has two large newer homes. On and on they ripped the appraisal apart for 3 weeks. Costing us time and money. Trying everything to DEVALUE my property over and over again! When we had had enough we emailed the loan agent a note that we believed the only thing they were validating was their jobs, also the appraiser got snarky with them because they were never happy with any of her answers. My loan agent had forwarded our email to that Valuation dept. and the result was that the Appraisal Valuation dept. DENIED our loan. My loan officer was shocked ... I believe this was out of spite. We have had appraisals done 3 times by 3 different people over the course of a year and all were over {$1.00} XXXX. But Chase Appraisers could not accept that. Our Credit score over 800 Our Income over $ 100K Over $ 780k in equity ... .. The loan agent filed a complaint on our behalf and we were supposed to receive a phone call from the bank within 3 days ... that never happen. It seems to me the appraisers at Chase should just do their own appraisals, why pull a third party into it? I am attaching copies of the questions the appraisers at Chase Bank sent to the independent appraiser THEY HIRED at my expense.

Complaint: I have had a lease for a car for my daughter for three years through JP Morgan Chase. I was 60 days ahead of all scheduled monthly payments throughout the initial lease period. In XXXX, my daughter decided to extend the lease for 6 months. She was informed by Chase, that the payments would remain the same. Nothing more was disclosed. I had a credit monitoring service just inform me that my credit score took a hit due to JP Morgan finance. I immediately called chase over the Holiday Weekend and they were closed. I called today, Monday, XX/XX/XXXX and was informed that when the lease was extended, new payment arrangements had to be set up. I was never informed of this via letter or otherwise. I asked Chase today, why didn't they call me to inform me of late payments. They stated they have 'too many accounts ' and 'we don't always call. But we do send a letter '. Interestingly, today I received a letter from chase stating I was behind on payments. I already settled the matter this XXXX, and when I inquired as to clearing the delinquent reporting to credit bureaus, Chase stated we can't do anything for you '. they stated that I was told on XX/XX/XXXX 'that new payment arrangements must be made ' ( I never talked to anyone, my daughter took care of the lease extension ). I was told that there were details involving the conversation ( that I never had w chase ) so, I asked if Chase would mind sending me the recorded conversation. I was told 'this would not be possible '. So, I now have a derogatory credit report from a company where I made payments 60 days early for three years and when they extended the lease, and didn't receive new payments because I didn't know I needed to reschedule payments, Chase now reports me delinquent for {$100.00}, and they won't access the alleged call where anyone was notified of the new payments needing to be scheduled.

Complaint: When I received my XXXX statement from Chase for Visa ending in XXXX I noticed 9 fraudulent charges dated XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX totaling {$410.00}. Eight of these charges were to XXXX XXXX and one was to XXXX seller repay. I contacted Chase to report the fraudulent charges. My credit card was canceled to stop further use, I was issued a new card with a new account number and the fraudulent charges were removed from my account. I then received a letter from the Fraud Department dated XX/XX/XXXX stating that after an investigation into the unauthorized charges they had determined that the charges were not fraudulent and were being added back to my account. The reason given for each of the 9 charges was You received benefit from this transaction. After receipt of this letter I telephoned the Fraud Department and spoke to XXXX insisting that the charges were, in fact, fraudulent. I was told that a second investigation would be launched and XXXX assured me that he would call me the following week. XXXX did not, as far as I can tell, ever try to contact me. I then received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX, Sr. Specialist II, stating that the second investigation confirms the previous findings that the transaction is valid. I am appealing this decision. I have filed a police report. I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I would like my account closed immediately as I no longer wish to do business with Chase.

Complaint: Hello. I opened my Chase Sapphire Reserve card in XX/XX/2018. My yearly membership fee of {$450.00} plus a {$75.00} fee for an authorized user was charged on XX/XX/XXXX. Before that fee was charged Chase decided to close my account, and at the time promised to refund my fee ( see attached email ). Why would Chase close my account and keep all of my yearly fee? I used the card as intended but Chase decided to close it for some reason.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019. My niece got a call saying that the Sheriffs would be out in an hour or so to arrest me. So I called the phone # back & I talked to a guy named XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in which he never enclosed who the debt was from or even what company he worked for. He just said I owe {$3900.00} & wanted pymt. He threatened me with the Sheriffs coming out & getting a judgement against me, plus going to my place of employment to get a 25 % garnishment if I didnt pay the debt that day. I told him I didnt have it & that. But he kept on threatening me & intimating me. So I ended up paying {$390.00} so I could sent up a {$100.00} monthly pymt plan. This debt is at least XXXX old.
