Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize
Complaint: There is an inquiry that has been placed on my credit report on XX/XX/2019 by CHASE BANK from JPMCB CARD. I sent the credit bureau ( XXXX ) a dispute letter asking them to verify the inquiries because I did not authorize the company or anyone to submit any application and if CHASE BANK claims that I agreed for them to pull my credit then I want to see the original documentation with my signature for this inquiry because the FCRA states the company needs to have permissible purpose. All that the credit bureau sent me was a copy of the credit report that says that CHASE BANK verified or validated this inquiriry when in fact I never authorize the bank to submit any application for credit. What I received from the credit bureau is not enough to validate this inquiry. I received the copy of the credit report on XX/XX/2019, this application was submitted fraudulently.

Credit card company won't increase or decrease your credit limit
Complaint: JP Morgan Chase has decided to decrease my credit limit and did so without notification of doing so. The decrease was more than half of my previous limit for over 5 years. Because of lack of notice I used the cad. the usage would have been less of 10 % but because of the decrease I am now in danger at 50 %. I am currently in the process of trying to buy a home and other financial decisions. I called and escalated my issue ( XXXX ) and was met with an option to make a hard inquiry on my report. Again causing further credit damaging issues.
The fact of lack of notification is my biggest issue. Note I have paid on time have good credit and been a long time customer. Banks need to honor their customers and offer more transparency in evaluating. We are humans making real life decisions.

Overdrafts and overdraft fees
Complaint: This is so unfair! Its also unacceptable and unconscionable!
The three NSF fees charged on XX/XX/XXXX were all for transactions that were completed when the account was positive - right after my payroll deposit was made on the XXXX of XXXX but due to a banking holiday - Labor Day - Chase accounted was pushed back by a day ... ..AND I HAVE TO PAY THE PRICE!!!!
If any NSF fee should have been charged, it should have been for the {$480.00} transaction to XXXX XXXX ONLY!!
This is highway robbery!!!!!

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Complaint: Chase Bank is refusing to take responsibility for late payments that were reported on my credit report as a result of their phone agent setting up payments incorrectly during a request for enrollment in a hardship program. I had 3 different accounts set up under the hardship program, 2 of which were set up correctly and reported correctly. However, the third account was set up with automatic transfers on a date that would cause a rolling 30 day late payment to report on my credit report. I called in to set this up around XX/XX/XXXX, only 11 days after the payment due date. Chase has claimed I was already 30 days past due which is incorrect. They keep lying to me on the phone despite my having evidence of the date I called in and the dates the payments were set up. They refuse to take responsibility by setting up the dates incorrectly and not informing me that the date they did choose would put me in a late pay status. The payment amounts were set up to cover more than the statement minimum payment, and I completed the hardship program payments as directed but still have derogatory marks on my credit. This is hugely frustrating and unfair to the consumer.

Complaint: My mortgage loan was transferred to Chase effective XX/XX/2019. In XX/XX/2019 Chase, without notifying me, increased my payment. This increase was in violation of the original terms of the loan. The loan was established with a fixed rate, 30 year term, with no escrow for taxes or insurance. I pay the taxes semi-annually and the insurance is paid annually in XXXX, both are paid and are up-to-date.
When I called Chase to try to resolve the problem I was kept on hold for over 40 minutes as a " Supervisor '' researched the issue. Clearly Chase, despite having cost American taxpayers trillions of dollars in a bail out that was necessary because of their greed continue to operate like a criminal enterprise. They illegally increase costs to customers and when confronted delay responding to any complaint.

Overdrafts and overdraft fees
Complaint: I lost my job, and expressed this to Chase many times trying to get them to help me maintain my account. Since XX/XX/2019 - Today, XX/XX/2019, I have been charged 20 NSF / Returned fees. That's {$680.00} total. {$170.00} of that is recurring card transactions. I've paid {$170.00} on little transactions, one of which, for example is {$9.00} razors from XXXX. REALLY? Another {$68.00} is fees on retry transactions where the money STILL wasn't there. Why not just return it altogether instead of racking up fees for me to have to pay? Frustrated, I called Chase today to cancel my card so that they couldn't keep making money off of their predatory recurring transaction fees so that I could get this stupidly high balance paid down. They were unhelpful with trying to assist me with the fees, but they will mail me another card once I bring the account current. I am so frustrated and I'm usually very responsible with my money ... that's why I buy things with my debit card because if I don't have the money, my card will get turned down. It scares me that I have to try and remember every single recurring transaction that MIGHT occur off the top of my head to ensure that Chase isn't taking advantage of my unfortunate financial situation. This is a time in my life in which losing {$680.00} to fees that didn't have to happen is a really really big deal, and I'm so disheartened that there's no kindness in the banking industry. It really is just profit. No one cares when I call and tell them to please help me get out of this. Please stop paying recurring transactions. I don't have overdraft protection on, but they don't care.

Trouble using the card to spend money in a store or online
Complaint: Chase keeps blocking my transactions on my credit card without my permission. I bought something online last night from amazon, chase blocked the transaction and didnt even bother to tell me about it until 5 hours later at 4 in the morning.
I have asked them so many times to disable this feature on my credit card because of the inconvenience it imposes on me. If I need to use my card in an emergency when I go on a road trip I dont want it getting blocked. It scares me to think about how they just arbitrarily pick and choose transactions to block for no good reason.
Chase keeos ignoring my request to disable this feature. Asked them at least 5 times.
Chase Fraud : Did you use card ending XXXX for {$12.00} at AMZN Mktp US on XX/XX/04? Reply YES or NO. Msg & data rates may apply.
Chase : Thanks. The transaction wasn't completed. If you want to make the purchase with this card, have the merchant reprocess the transaction.
Ive got 4 cards with chase I want this feature disabled on all 4 of my cards the chase freedom, chase XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX.
