Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I went to XXXX after speaking to loss and prevention on the phone to confirm that I was able to open an account with XXXX since back in XXXX I did have an account close due to fraud. The gentleman that I spoke to stated that the accounts were closed and no account was active so I could walk into any Chase Bank branch and open a new account. I went to the local branch in XXXX XXXX XXXX, NV on the corner of XXXX and XXXX XXXX. spoke with XXXX XXXX who opened a new checking account for me. I placed over XXXX in the account over the weekend and on sunday XX/XX/XXXX I went to check my account balance from the weekend to find out I was locked out of online access. I called the number on the screen only to be informed that XXXX had decided to end our banking relationship without reason and I would not get MY money until they seemed fit. I again called on XX/XX/XXXX to the same department and was told it was possible for the branch to release the funds if they had the staff but after some department reviewed the account was told this was not possible. Now XXXX has over XXXX of my money, I am left without any funds to feed my children, get food, gas, or emergancy funds if something were to happen since I moved all my money to this bank and they on no reason decided it was no longer MY hard earned money and it was theirs to do at will with and play with peoples lives. The only thing I did was wire money as I was told by the banker was the quickest was over multiple times and for that I feel I am being wrongfully punished by this bank, my children are being neglectied their right for food and a way to get to school since I can not provide gas in my vehicle as of now .. This has to be stopped. These people are wrong to be messing with peoples lives.

Complaint: I requested that an overpayment I made to my credit card be sent as a refund check to my home because I mistakenly made a double payment to my credit card. The refund check was returned by the courier because i wasnt home and I have been calling chase to get the refund reissued. I have waited nearly a month for them to return my overpayment. And I have been hung up on multiple times and they have been using stalling tactics, telling me to wait ten business days for a stop payment to be done then an additional 3 - 7 business days for them to figure out where the refund is, or whether its been cashed or not. The supervisors cant give any updates about this issue.

Complaint: On XX/XX/18 Chase notified me that they were closing all my credit cards that I had with them. Chase fraudulently informed me that this was due to " our affiliate ending it's banking relationship with you ''. I do not have, nor have had a chase bank account in nearly 20 years. Additionally at least one account ( my freedom card ending in XXXX for example ) was opened prior to chase taking over the credit card account and at no point did I agree to the terms of the card, specifically those governing the closure of the account without forewarning and arbitrarily - therefore I am not bound by those terms.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a payment of {$200.00} to a seller that was selling shoes and clothing through an instagram account. I made the payment using XXXX by XXXX on the Chase XXXX and assumed, since the option was in the Chase XXXX itself, it would be simple enough to have the payment canceled if I ended up getting scammed. After I sent the seller my payment, he blocked me on XXXX, meaning I could no longer contact him whatsoever. I tried contacting the seller about the scam on 4 seperate XXXX accounts, only to have them all blocked as well. The following day, XX/XX/XXXX, I called my bank to see if there was anyway for them to cancel my payment, but according to them there was nothing they could do, and using XXXX was the equivalent of handing the seller cash. This took me by surprise as I thought XXXX would have had a strong connection with my bank and a strong protection program, considering the option to pay was right in Chase 's XXXX, but apparently I was wrong. I'm XXXX XXXX XXXX and I really don't want to get into a huge law enforcement mess, as I'm pretty sure that will cost me more money than I'm trying to get back and a lot of stress, all I want is my {$200.00} back that I assumed would have been protected by my bank. The sellers XXXX account XXXX ( that's two underscores ). Thank you for taking your time to hear my concerns, and I really hope to hear back from you soon!

Complaint: Hi, for the past 4 months I've been going back and forth the credit reporting agencies regarding these accounts in question and the reason for this is because I know that these accounts are being reported incorrectly. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 609 ) it is my right to challenge any account in my credit if I believe they are being reported inaccurate, unverifiable or incomplete. I believe they are and some of them have been corrected on some of the bureaus and some have not. I would like to make this complaint to show the level of urgency I have towards this matter. If you can please help I would really appreciate it. These accounts have to be deleted since they are holding my credit scores back and I'm looking to use my credit soon to make a major purchase. Complaint: I opened a Chase Card Services - XXXX XXXX credit card account in XX/XX/XXXX, and purchased approximately {$800.00} in 2 weeks on it - nothing purchased afterward. I forgot about this card. The FIRST bill I received wasn't until XX/XX/XXXX! I called them right away to try and reduce the charges and pay off the account balance. I was told I need to wait a week and do this during the next billing cycle. I made a {$200.00} good faith payment right then. On XX/XX/XXXX, I talked with a supervisor on a recorded line. She told me that if I paid {$600.00}, then the account would be paid off, and I would owe nothing further. I asked her again if I would owe NOTHING FURTHER if I paid this amount and on a recorded line she repeatable assured me of this. The next month, I got a bill ( for something less than {$100.00} ), and called back on XX/XX/XXXX. I talked with another supervisor, XXXX, who cleared the charges and told me I OWED NOTHING. He also repeatably assured me on a recorded line that I OWE NOTHING FURTHER. I now have a new bill for {$49.00}. I called on XX/XX/XXXX and talked with XXXX, who said she could do nothing for me. After being lied to at least 6 times, and told at least that many times I owed nothing further, but I keep getting bills, Im contacting you for help.
