Complaint: XXXX at Chase not willing to give me any reference number or anyway to identify him if I would call back has stated that both checking and savings that I opened less then a week earlier are closed, and sending check out as discussed for both checking and savings account, and would absolutely not give me any reason at all for the closure of the account. Furthermore I have a chase credit card as well which I was locked out of and had to work on getting access back into my credit card account, so it is very strange that they were to close checking and savings account I decided to open with them, and without any rhyme or reason at all. So I would like them to reinstate my checking and savings account

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I was traveling in the XXXX XXXX and purchased XXXX at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at approximately XXXX XXXX using my Chase Presidential Plus Card. The product I purchased turned out to be conterfiet. I contacted Chase Bank to get their advice at approximately XXXX XXXX. I was advised by customer service to not return to the store as the items were counterfiet to avoid a conflict as I was alone. I followed the banks instructions, See Attached. On XX/XX/XXXX I filed a written dispute as the bank had instructed me. They issued a credit. On XX/XX/XXXX I recieved a letter from the bank that the retailer responded say that the XXXX where infact as advertised. I responded on XX/XX/XXXX in writing contacting Chase 's executive offices. On XX/XX/XXXX I recieved a phone call from Chase that said that they were denying my claim as there was no further recorse as the merchant did not provide any serial numbers on the reciept so I am stuck. I followed their instructions on handling and they are particpating in fraud along with the retailer. I am shocked that they use the retailors dishonesty as a way to not protect me as a a consumer. Beware of Chase Credit Card Services. I have called Chase and let them know I was referring this to you.

They blamed identity theft last time, and I have not had my personal info compromised-that has been verified. Furthermore if it were my identity being stolen than why is Chase the only financial institution that I am having issues with.

Complaint: I opened a savings account through chase.com back in XXXX. When opened online after clicking on promotion its immediately says as you begin application coupon automatically applied ... so in XXXX I wondered why I still had not received my {$150.00} promotion even after completing All task ... I contacted chase on XX/XX/XXXX they immediately said there was no coupon applied to my account upon opening ... I then went back to chase. Com and preceded as I was going to open new account same message coupon automatically applied. So I told rep this is a error on Chases side they opened a investigation I would hear something by the XX/XX/XXXX I didnt so I contacted them on the XX/XX/XXXXthey said I would hear something by the end of the day in which I didnt so again I reached out on the XX/XX/XXXX and they are still giving me run around saying the investigation is still in progress. So basically I opened a savings a count with chase with a balance of XXXX and they have held my money since XXXX and I have made XXXX in interest and now they are trying to XXXX me out of my {$150.00} after I did everything on my part I could have easily put my XXXX somewhere else and be growing interest at more then XXXX in 4 months

Complaint: I applied for a chase checking account of XX/XX/XXXX and I noticed there was message on the banker computer and he didnt read it but it saids dont open this account for this customer but this banker in XXXX Texas open a chase checking account no questions ask and I set up future payments so I can have my bills paid and the next day on XX/XX/XXXX chase decided to end a relationship with me and wouldnt tell me why since I didnt do nothing wrong and I had there credit card for 11 months with no issues and never been late or I never made a minimum payments and Im trying to restore my relationship was XXXX and I do think they are a good bank but I was wrong I had few reps were rude to me and being a smart XXXX and they refused to release my funds and I told XXXX that I have a upcoming direct deposit coming up this Friday on the XX/XX/XXXX and they told me I wont get it and it will be a huge delay and I explain to chase that if they dont give me my money that I worked hard for I will have to hired a lawyer and I feel like this is abuse and discrimination based on my race and my XXXX .... I also look on the banker screen while he stepped away and I noticed there was a charge off account back in XXXX I never applied for XXXX in XXXX I want XXXX open up a Fraud investigation on it ... XXXX has let me down and ruined my day and closed my checking account and I had to move money over and called my other banks and cancel payments and I end up getting charged a return check fee from XXXX XXXX Because XXXX block my payments XXXX XXXX is unable to collect them

Complaint: I have a mortgage that is serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Account # XXXX. My payments of {$1200.00} have a grace period of the 15th of the month. I sometimes pay just after the 15th because of my pay period and accept the late fee of {$52.00}. I have always paid within the month and have never paid after the month end ( XXXX, XXXX, or XXXX ). My account is current ( always has been ) and " Paid as Agreed '' status. For my XX/XX/2019 payment, I submitted my payment of {$1200.00} ( late fee included ) online on XX/XX/2019. I received a confirmation email ( attached ). It was to be withdrawn from my Chase Checking account on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/2019 the payment had not been deducted from my checking account, so I contacted XXXX, who told me my Loan had been purchased and was being transferred to Chase Home Mortgage. The transfer started on XX/XX/XXXX and I would be able to access my account information on the Chase website starting XX/XX/XXXX. My payment, since it was paid electronically would eventually be withdrawn from my checking account. On XX/XX/XXXX, I logged into the Chase website to view my transferred account Account # XXXX and it indicated I was " Past Due '' for my XX/XX/2019 payment. I immediately contacted Chase Home Mortgage Customer Service and explained the situation, she said " Don't worry '' the transfers have a 60 day grace period and you will not be reported late. She opened a case to locate the " Missing Payment. '' I told her I had the email confirmation and it was submitted electronically. She said it will eventually show up. I said when I pay my XX/XX/2019 payment, will they post it to XXXX or XXXX, she said XXXX. I felt somewhat relieved by the 60 day transfer grace period and that, at least, I would not be reported 30 Days Late. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a credit monitoring alert to my phone with a message that " Derogatory '' information on you Mortgage Account has been updated in you credit bureau. I logged in and sure enough, XXXX, XXXX is reporting me 30 Days Late for my XX/XX/2019 payment. I was livid!!! I should not be reported 30 Days Late as I was not 30 Days Late, the mortgage transfer has my payment in a black hole somewhere. I should no be penalized with a derogatory mark on my credit bureau for a system issue in the mortgage transfer to Chase. This is very unfair and somewhat of a deceptive practice. Moreover, this is inaccurate record keeping by a financial institution. I am requesting this 30 Days Late be removed from all three of the credit bureaus ( XXXX XXXX an XXXX ) and updated to reflect " Paying as Agreed. '' I am beyond frustrated with this situation and the customer service from XXXX, XXXX. Any help is appreciated! Thank You, XXXX XXXX XXXX

Complaint: My situation started when I received a payment of {$4100.00} from an unknown business that operates in Colorado. Following this situation a person called me claiming to be partners with the company that sent me the money, this person told me that he was interested in giving me a job, the job was to take the amount of {$4100.00} out of my bank account ( the money he sent ) through the ATM and deposited into one of his accounts. I immediately knew that something wasnt right. So What I did was I send the money back to the original sender ( Company in Colorado ) in two electronic payments of {$2000.00} each totaling {$4000.00}. A day after I completed this transactions the bank froze my account, I went to the bank and spoke with the claims department and notified them about this issue, I also notified them that I sent the companys money back to them and that I only needed to send back {$170.00} more. Now this company in Colorado made a claims against the original transaction, which the bank ( knowing about the fact that I gave them their money back ) approved their claim and debited my account for the total of {$4100.00} creating an overdraft in my account. So now this Company in Colorado have kept {$4000.00} extra out of my expense because the bank Forgot about the two transactions of {$2000.00} that I sent back. I called the bank so that they could reverse the two transactions of {$2000.00} each and they denied my claim. I think this is really unfair because the bank should be responsible for this matter since they authorized a debit to my account knowing that I gave the money back to the original sender. Now Im negative {$3000.00} in my account and the bank is telling me that I have to pay for it.
